Having received a gift card for christmas this year, I decided to take the family to chili's for dinner this evening. Arriving around 5:30, we were pleasantly surprised to find there was no wait. At first the hostess tried to sit us at a table, citing that they are forbidden by law to seat a high chair at a booth (which is a lie because I've worked in restaurants for years (up until about a year ago) . After informing her this was unacceptable, she said we could have a booth if my 11mo old could sit in a high chair...which, while untested, proved to be ok. Service was prompt, yet casual and we started out with our drinks and an order of Skillet Queso. The queso itself was great, but the chips were saturated, no, floating in grease to the point of being inedible. We did what we could with what we had and ordered our entrees -- two burgers. Both burgers were ok, if not a little dry. Mine, the southern bbq bacon burger was huge and for the first time in memory, I was unable to finish my entree. Our server came back for a final check and finally pre-bussed our table (I had been sitting elbow to elbow for a while with my dirty used plate) and asked if we wanted dessert, which we declined. Completely awful.. Fried pickles were not only not pickled but was also mostly batter and crumbs and very few pickles.. What was supposed to be steamed broccoli was raw and wet.. Steak was much over cooked and not seasoned well at all.. Burger bun seemed as though it was smothered in butter and was even more greasy than the burger itself... I am a loyal chili's customer but this one was by far the worst I've ever been to first the waitress comes and asks us for our drink order and does not ask for appetizers then when she brings the drinks back and we order chips and queso and the chips come with no queso and she said the queso was on its way 15 mins later we had finished the chips and she comes back and says the queso is backed up and we said them just take it off the bill next we placed our order and when the food came we realized we only had one fork and my fiancées salad had a moldy avocado on it so we wait for the very inattentive waitress and she comes back finally and we show her the avocado she says I'll fix it and does bring a fork but brings the same salad back with just a new avocado. Wtf like that's not the way it's done so at this point I call the manager and he agrees to remake the salad they did take the salad off the bill but I feel like chili's can do better and I urge the reader to be careful eating there read more

Worst experience i have ever had. Called a week ahead. They wouldn't take reservations even though there were 20 of us for my gf birthday party. So called two hours ahead of time as instructed. They gave us a waitress who had been there a month which aparently qualifies as new which lead to Many excuses. An hour and a half after being seated we still didn't have sodas. Chips arrived . No sodas. Two and half hours after ordering we received our meals which were largely ineadible due to length of time under the warmer. They brought queso, no chips. They brought one couples app after their meal. Same couple ordered a martini. They were told they were out of olives but had cherries. Not even Sure what that means. Place should be Closed. Service is horrible and the food was not even hot . We usually go to TGIF or Buffalo Wild Wings down the street but the last three times here have been horrible . It's one thing to have bad service but bad service and cold food isn't a good combination. read more

Every time I go to this location I received bad service. The manager are very rude and do not care about their elderly customers. The hostess do not have enough experience to work at a busy restaurant. They tell you it's a 30 minute wait and it ends up being a hour wait. They do not keep up with who is next in line. Today I waited 45 minutes and I was next in line to be seated. The hostess set someone who just walked in and move me from being next to two groups in front of me. So when I went to ask him why I moved from being next to two more parties in front of me. The manager Katy walks up because she see me asking him about what happened. She rudely cuts me off and started talking to him like I was lying.. He told her the same thing I just told her. She said come on so I can seat you like I'm a child. I told her I'm not going to tolerate her being rude and I'm about to go off. She came back up to me and said I'm trying to seat you. I said you can do it and say it better. So she seats us in the bar and I have my elderly mother with me. She walks with a cane. She couldn't get up enough to sit in the high chairs so I had us seat somewhere else so she could sit down. Gnats were in my drink. Told the bartender and they remade it without asking me if I wanted them to. Later watched the bartenders tell the manager that a bottle contained them and they took the bottle to the back and strained the gnats out. The manger then returned and had one of the bartenders label the new container. Once my check came out I asked about receiving my drink for 1/2 price (not FREE) and the bartender went to get that same manager. The manager said "I ate the cost for the first drink and we remade it for you so you cannot get it 1/2 off". Will not return to this location that we frequented often. read more

Went to Chilis on the 21st. Of June for a special dinner with my friend and our family members. As the five of us walk in we noticed a lot of empty tables. We are greeted with first a unfriendly hostess to be told there is a no seating policy and that would be for at least a hour since the kitchen was backed up with twenty pages of tickets. No once again I have to say a lot of empty tables. We were very disappointed with this since we planned to eat at our favorite restaurant Chili's. I understand being short handed but allowing customer after customer to just walk out. I' m sure a lot of people will not return. Our meal alone would have been eighty dollars sad and disappointed. read more
