I absolutely love this Chili's location. The food is always consistently good, fresh, and comes out hot every time. It's one of those places you can rely on when you want a solid, comforting meal without any surprises. The staff is honestly one of the best parts. Even when it's super busy, they stay friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You never feel rushed or ignored, which says a lot when a place is packed. The overall vibe is always warm and inviting, and I genuinely enjoy coming here. If I had to mention one thing, I would say the drinks aren't my favorite -- they tend to be a little too sweet or sometimes taste a bit watered down. Easy solid four or more for fun casual dining. We used to do this location with the parental units two or three times a month since they opened. Hey, they're boomers, they Love the chains and went out every other night. ....well, used to. So we brought dad back in who was curious about how they're doing these days remembering we hadn't done them in awhile and he pretty much enjoyed himself. There's a buzz here. Certainly so, and hospitality was really very high, so far as chains go. So there's that. We got the triple dipper just because (they got me) and it was good enough. That QP mock Quarter Pounder with cheese was actually better than the genuine article but lunch was a bit much. Was fun enjoying ourselves revisiting them for old time's sake. I like Chilies but yesterday I ordered the new menu item, the Big QP. I asked what was on it and I was told lettuce, tomato pickles, cheese, onions, mustard, and ketchup. I asked for no onions, no ketchup and no mustard, and no bread. The burger was cooked until there wasn't a bit of moisture in it. It was actually crunchy. And no lettuce or tomato either. This is no where near the TV commercials portray it. I tried cutting it to see if the middle was edible but nothing was. I spoke to the server when she came to the table and told her that the burger was not edible. I always have been told in the past that the burgers were cooked medium.. this was beyond well done. She said she would tell the manager, but nobody ever came back so I left very disappointed. read more

Above & beyond! Customer service was more than I expected, after ordering through grub hub, and our order arrival being pushed back numerus times, calling the driver who wouldn't answer, I called Chili's. They were AMAZING!!! I was just asking if our meal had been picked up & they said no..... but they said they would remake our order but the driver had come in to pick up the order while on the phone with the general manager, who ran outside trying to stop the guy. Needless to say Denise, the manager, agreed to have one of have a employee bring us fresh food. The guy dropped off our cold food and within 10 minutes we had fresh food! Mind you, they are in Orange City & we were in Sanford, the food was amazing & the customer service was over the top! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I have been going to Chili's for years since I was a teenager. The food has always been pretty decent. I'm noticing the portions have gotten smaller since Covid and with every place in the world, their prices have increased. Unfortunately the quality wasn't great. I ordered a 1/2 rack of baby back ribs and my husband said it looked like 1/3. I ordered Mexican street corn which I have had before and it's usually plump, this corn almost looked dehydrated, but at least was tasty because of the toppings. I noticed they didn't even offer us chips and salsa, well it's about $6 now. I used to get rewards for free chips and salsa all the time and that would bring me into Chili's and haven't seen anything. At least our server was good. I have been to this Chillis so many times and I'm finally gonna review them. Chillis is great for getting together with family and even getting drinks with friends/coworkers. I like the aesthetic of the restaurant and the lower lighting. Servers here are usually pretty nice but there can be a bit of a wait sometimes. Their best menu item hands down are the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. They are SO good! Perfectly crispy and the sauce is perfect. They also have really good ranch that pairs perfectly with them. I love the Queso Blanco Dip and their thin crispy chips. Texas Cheese Fries here are always amazing here and of course everyone knows their Chocolate Molten Lava Cake is the best. I also love their margaritas and that they have a different one every month. They do however need to get better at packaging their takeout orders! Every time the sauce from the crispers gets on everything. It should be packaged separately or at least the sauce come separately. Also please get better packaging for your chips and fried items they are always soggy when they arrive. Or you could just poke some holes in the boxes so they don't get mushy. These menu items are great in the restaurant but not when ordered for takeout because the way they are packaged. I will definitely keep going to Chillis. However, I would not recommend ordering takeout from here as the food isn't the same after being delivered in their current packaging. read more

I went here with a friend at 8:30-9:00pm Aug 27th the server didn't even attend my table till about 5 ish minutes after we sat down, we asked for water with lemon and she said okay, so 10 minutes later she brings out food to another table, asked again we weren't ready to order food yet but we sure were thirsty!!! still NO water, she never came back with waters, something so simple. This is our local Chili's and every time we go it's always a solid win for us and our kids. The food is always hot and tastes fresh at this location. My husband and I got two burgers for lunch and there were so good! Honestly one of the best burgers I've had in quite a while. Service for large groups is pretty bad. They need to be better organized when attending large groups. The food is ok and they really promote the drinks. I guess good taste better with a little cocktail. Anyways, once we received the check, the waitress was so confused as to who should pay what, and kept adjusting the bill. Some were over billed and some were not. We received extra food we didn't ask for and they took it back but as you know, when food is taken back, it's tossed. The service was so bad. I work in a restaurant and i was so so patient with every worker me and my friends interacted with. We waited half an hour for our food and only got 1 check up and that was when we were ready to pay. We split the check 3 ways because we are teens but we have our own jobs and we asked if it was possible because ik it can be annoying or against policy, the checks were split with the wrong drinks and when my friend wanted to pay in cash it took 10 minutes before my friends got up and had to ask the hostess where to pay because the server didn't come back until the manager had to call her. I came in with my mother and son earlier today. We were promptly greeted by the hostess after seating a larger party than was ahead of us. She took us to our table that looked clean to us but she noticed something missed, so she recleaned it without skipping a beat and saying she just wanted to be on the safe side. We definitely appreciated that as my sassy mother is immunocompromised. Anyways Tom was our server. He was absolutely amazing and a blast to banter back and forth with. My mom flipped the bird at him fairly early in our dining experience which caught us all off guard but it was hilarious and he handled it well. My mom's sense of humor isn't for everyone, but Tom caught it quick, So thank you for not taking offense. I was definitely bummed out that Ibc root beer is no longer available and there was a small moment of panic when we were informed of the veggie burger being out as of the night before, But Tom made the magic happen with some creative problem solving. (Shout out to the kitchen for making an epic veggie quesadilla for my son). Our food was delicious as well. My mom and I both got steaks. We all have leftovers for tomorrow and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you for making our outing so much fun. They removed the veggie fajitas from the menu- but I was so happy they still made a modified version for me (referred to the allergen list to make sure everything was vegan). NOT ANYNORE The last 3 or 4 times I've had food delivered or dined in the food has been awful. We went last night and our Margaritas were watered down. Part of my food, my eggrolls, was undercooked and the other part, my nachos, were burned. We spent over $100 before the tip. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
