We came here at 10:00 on a Saturday night and were seated promptly. We sat there waiting to be served, and there were 5 waitresses standing behind us talking. Another man and woman that worked there were not far away and facing us but again talking to each other. After about 5 minutes a guy walked by and said he'd be with us, but then walked by us a couple more times and didn't help us. My husband waved down the lady who sat us and said we still hadn't been helped. She said she'd look into it. After another couple of minutes we decided to leave. We were very happy when we learned that Chili's was coming to PCB. We have eaten here probably 10 times because of the chips and salsa but no more. It is simply one of the worst run Chili's restaurants that we have ever visited. The food takes forever and either they are understaffed or the staff just doesn't care. This place is the WORST CHILI'S EVER! They were extremely slow, even though there was no one there. We waited for 2 hours! The food came out at three different times. The food was terrible, it was cold and burned. The service was terrible, the manager was very unprofessional. I was not the only one who thought the food was terrible. The table next to us sent their burger back twice and she still couldn't eat it. I still had to pay FULL PRICE for the food we couldn't eat. It was such a waste of money, and time. Unfortunately I have been continuously let down by Chili's. The hostess was unsure of the tables that are open and there was a good deal of confusion on who should be seated where. The server was friendly when he was around , but the food was less than par. The best thing that we ordered was the chips and salsa. The burgers had no flavor and the Crispers were incredibly dry. The only way to salvage them was to drench them in ranch dressing. I will not give up on all Chili's completely just yet. But I am definitely not coming back to this one. read more

Just an overall bad experience. Friend found long red hair in food (my friend is bald so no chance it was theirs) and replacement meal was ridiculously hot (not in the nice hot meal way but here's a plate don't scald yourself way) there was a miscommunication between the waiter & me and the waiter made sure to let me know that it was my fault not his. The 2 for 1 beers are actually a large beer split into 2 small glasses so you're not really saving anything in the long run. Was willing to forgive all this but then they still wanted to charge for the burrito with a long hair in it. If you want a quiet and well attended restaurant this Chili's location is not for you. An unattended child was screeching and screaming for at least 40 minutes ( our entire meal session) and had the entire seating area's attention of why it wasn't addressed and the manager told me that she cannot intervene. Our group of six were told last night there would be a wait of 30-35 minutes when we arrived around 9 pm. There were clean tables not being used by anyone and other dirty tables. There were also two other parties waiting to be seated. After noticing they were not sitting anyone at these clean tables, we left and were texted around 45 minutes later a table was ready. The bathroom I used had no towels in it to dry my hands and the garbage can was overflowing. I attempted to get three drinks from the bar but there was no bartender. Today we decided to try Chili's again. I say again, because we tried to go two weeks ago, with a gift card from our son. That experience was awful-when someone finally noticed us, and rudely said to pick any table (not at all busy), we sat down to be ignored some more. Over 20 minutes later, my husband inquired about salads, which arrived 5 minutes later. When this ordeal hit the 40 minute mark, we asked about our entrees (after hearing repeatedly that they were "out" of just about everything, including the Baby Back Ribs), we finally got them-STONE COLD- with the explanation that they were OUT of roasted tomatoes, and had set these aside to "figure out what to substitute". After a few words with the manager, we walked out- he agreed we didn't need to pay. Well, today was not much better. We were acknowledged and seated promptly-good start. Waiter was friendly, took our drink order, brought drinks, and took the food order. I asked him for Splenda, he said he would be "right back". He came out of the kitchen, attended to two other tables, and ignored me twice when I tried to get his attention. Fine-raided another table. We kept waiting for the salads to come out, and after 20 minutes the food arrived. The server (not the one who took the order) was asked about the salads, she said she wasn't aware that we were supposed to get them, so we told her to forget it, take them off the bill. Since we ordered fajitas to split, she asked us if we wanted plates-YES! I prefer it to licking things off the table. So, we waited for almost 5 more minutes, no one came to the table with anything, let alone plates, so we walked out. We will never be back!!!! read more

This is probably by far the worst Chili's establishment I have ever been to. Before we entered, the customers leaving told us they didn't have a good experience and the service was poor. Boy were they right!!! Walked in the door and the host was no where to be found... It wasn't packed, but the empty tables were pretty much all dirty with dishes on them so I decided to go to the bar. Get to the empty bar and there were dirty wine glasses and napkins displaced all over the bar. I was never greeted and the bartender didn't even acknowledge I was there. As a local, we have been patronizing this establishment since it opened. In the past year, this place has gone downhill fast. There will be plenty of open tables, but they won't seat anyone, the employees have little to no personality - and in a tourist town especially, guests like to be greeted by someone upbeat and enthusiastic. This time is our last visit. The waitress was snail-like and really didn't seem to care if she helped anyone or not. We got the wrong drink, then no ice or refills and the food is now just marginal. We got to this chili's at 4:30 and waited in the front for a while. My father was told they had no servers available because it was shift change and so we waited 5-10 more minutes in the lobby before someone came up to seat us. We sat at our table for 10-15 minutes and not one person came over to greet us, get our drinks, sit napkins down, nothing. How long does a shift change take? We decided to get up and leave, and on the way out, there was a family of 15 that had been waiting in the lobby the whole time we were seated, so we told them we had been sitting for a while with no service, so they also left behind us. Increase your customer service or this store is going to lose a lot of business and shut down. Sad, cause I love Chili's! :( read more

My recent dining experience at Chili's left me wondering if I would ever return to this establishment to eat. The chips, the guacamole & salsa sauces were all overly salted. Who would want to have chips that had been salted. I requested unsalted chips, but they couldn't provide them to me. So the appetizer was very unappetizing! My chicken fajitas was greasy and salted as well. I just ate the chicken and left the rest of the fajitas & condiments on the plate. One good things was the dessert, cheesecake. At least it was garnished with strawberry sauce minus the salt. How could Chili's get so much wrong with my meal? They need to ask themselves what's really going on in the kitchen! read more

We came in at 8:45pm on a Tuesday with a party of 12 and we were told they could not serve us because they were short on cooks. Not sure if they sent cooks home or just didn't plan accordingly. My husband and I love Chili's, so we decided to try this one out. Horrible experience! First, we waited at the host stand for about 10 minutes without anybody acknowledging us, then, we finally got sat at a table. The restaurant was extremely dirty. Food was all over the floor. It's like they don't even care to sweep it, or keep it somewhat clean. We sat at a table for about 15 more minutes without a single server acknowledging us. We, finally, got up and left. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Terrible service and horrible food! Stopped in around 4:30pm on a Monday. Probably 10 people in the entire restaurant. Our server came over to take our order after bringing our drinks and began to tell us all the items they were currently out of. It was literally HALF THE MENU!! We settled on chips and queso dip and a fajita (since that was one of the few items they actually had the materials for). The first basket of chips that came out were inedible. They could literally be bent corner to corner and not break. It was like trying to chew leather. We sent those back and the second batch that come out was much much WORSE! The server informed us they were "substitute" chips since they apparently were out of their regular tortilla chips. Yeah go figure. I asked the server to just bring us a check for our drinks and we would be on our way. He apologized nicely and stated he was going to get his manager to come to our table to help resolve the issue. Well, 5 minutes went by and no manager, then 10 minutes, then 15.......finally our server came to the table and told us just to go ahead (with no charge for our drinks) and leave as he could see we were becoming increasingly frustrated. What kind of restaurant can't get a manager to come to the table when their is virtually no one in the place? If you're out of food, SHUT THE DOOR and try again when your better prepared. I mean it's a restaurant. People go there to eat. I will never eat at ANY Chili's again ever and I will do my very best to let everyone else know of the horrible experience I had their!!
