We usually like to sit at the bar however we were sat somewhere else this time. Since it a big party we asked for a booth. We ordered fajitas and ribs. I tried a espresso martini because I was feelin fancy. And we have member which with the phone number we order chips and salsa. The waitress was attentive and helped us with any questions. the menu was rather extensive. It took us a few minutes to look through it all's . I don't know why this location has such bad reviews! We come here all the time and the service is always great as well as the food. The servers we have had are always nice and check in frequently. The manager even swings by here and there during some visits! They always have games on the tv as well which is great! We typically stay with the same things for food but even when we branch out it's still good. I love the wings here but typically I get the Alex's Santa Fe burger and I love this sandwich!! They Southwestern eggrolls are phenomenal as well and are a staple here. We always get the beef queso as well when we come and their chips are one of my favorites because they are thin and not super heavy compared to some other places. On Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m., my daughter and I stopped in to have lunch. We were pretty excited, as Chili's happens to be one of our favorite restaurants. To our surprise, our experience was one of dissatisfaction. My daughter had the Triple Dipper (sliders, Nashville hot mozzarella, and chicken tenders), and I had the Margarita Chicken with shrimp, which happens to be one of my favorite dishes. As soon as I received it, I could tell it was not fresh or steaming hot from being cooked. To no surprise, I cut into my chicken, and it was cold. I took a second bite, thinking maybe it was just the end piece. Unfortunately, my entire meal was cold. I could tell the chicken had been cooked earlier in the morning and then reheated upon order. I asked the waiter, and he indeed confirmed that they cook in the morning, place their proteins in hot boxes, and then reheat them upon order. I was very sad to hear this, as these meals are advertised as fresh upon order. I thought about just asking the waiter to throw it in the microwave so it would at least be warm, and in my head, I could imagine it being a fresh meal. However, I decided not to. I wasn't mad, just a little upset, and I advised the manager that, in the future, his cooks could at least make it seem fresher by either microwaving it or leaving it on the grill a little longer before serving, so that it at least feels somewhat fresh. My meal was comped off; however, when you're paying $17.00 per plate, you would at least expect a warm meal. I still enjoy Chili's, but I'm not sure I'll visit as often. I hope they can improve, use this as a learning experience, and serve fresh, hot meals when customers are paying a good chunk of money. read more

Looking for somewhere to eat in Parker - but more variety- we selected to meet up after work one night hubby and I met at Chilis. It was busy and our server was great ! We ordered appetizers: and fajitas. The only thing that was missing was the sizzling sound you hear when they are bringing out that order, the sound to me means my food is really hot and really fresh! The space was clean and bring and in always love the Blackberry lemonade. So maybe next time I go, I'll hear that sizzling sound from the fajita order. read more

today I ordered twi bowls of chicken enchilada soup take out. Whrn I got home I found out I had what appeared to be cups not bowls of soup. When I called to discuss it with them they said that was their take out size of a bowl of soup. They wouldn't do anything about It. I will never order take out from them again. read more

Went to try the triple dipper because of social media, it was good! The mozzarella sticks were ok I would recommend getting the Nashville style ones for more flavor! The cheese pull is 100%real btw. The egg roll things were also amazing. A+ for the sauce. The sliders HAD TO BE THE BESTTT PART. they were delicious. I had the Cajun pasta and it was okay. Service was quick. The workers were very nice. Our server was attentive and great. The vibes were nice and chill for a Saturday night. Everyone loved their meals and the appetizer was great. Prices are better than most places and I feel like everyone takes a lot of pride in their work. We have been going to this restaurant for years, but for the last two years the food quality and service has declined, in. B.Loth the restaurant and bar area. Food arrives cold, delays in service, etc. w Al now h Cvid unemployment giveaways has made it difficult to find help, and stock has been backed up. However, other restaurants seem to have found a way, while Chilis has not. I'm writing today because I have finally had enough...we ordered in Mango chicken and the chicken was not totally done and seemed like processed chicken instead of a real chicken breast, and there were -0- cocking marks on it, not from a griddle nor a grill. Add to that, they have also had a history of selling old broccoli with brown ends or yellow tops, but today I had one with a yellow stalk... not even sure what that means We have enjoyed Chilis, but the one in Parker needs some corporate oversight to fix it, while finding some employees that actually care about the product produced and their overall reputation. Don't let the waiting lines fool you, there are,so many people moving into Parker that they are getting people that come once, and will avoid it the next time. With Parker's growth perhaps there is less concern, but if that is the case it is really showing too. It's not just the chicken either, because the last last times we had the Ancho Salmon, it was completely over cooked, and burned underneath. The food was good. Never had bad food at Chili's. I met a friend there for lunch. We met so we could visit. But there was a problem. Loud, piped in music. We asked our very sweet waitress if it could be turned down. She explained that the powers that be want it just like that. The powers that be need to get a clue. Poor food, worse service. We came in shortly after they opened on a Monday morning and were nearly the only ones in the restaurant. The woman who took our order couldn't remember who ordered what when the food came and she completely forgot my side. Two of got our lunch special first. The other two got their full entrees ten minutes later. There was no acknowledgment of this from the server. The chips tasted like they were fried in bad oil. They were overly greasy and not good. We love this place! The food is good especially for the price and their Presidente margaritas are great. Their low cal menu has some great options and the lava cake is awesome. What we love the most though are the appetizers! We host a Christmas Eve Party every year and have our entire family (brothers, sisters, in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews, and grand-parents) over. We serve drinks and hours-devours for this event. My wife will make some hors-devours but for that many people we find it easy and affordable to order 4 or 5 appetizers to help take the work load off my wife. I had to post give Chili's a 1 point difference in efficiency, service by take out , and food today was a 3.5 - when normally in my past experiences I could never give them more then a 2.5 on a good day eating in OR take out within past 6 months. I like to give establishments several chances to average or post a review in case it was an off day. Not sure if recent Chills customer service feedback on posts have driven this location to step it up... but if so; Thank you . Previous reviews made me wary to try this Chili's location. However, I feel like most franchise/chain restaurants receive more negative reviews than locals.. Expecting the worse, we walked in tonight for a quick dessert. We were in and out within 20 minutes, or less. It wasn't empty nor was it jam-packed. It seemed like the right amount of people dining inside for a Wednesday night. I was awaiting sticky tables and menus plus dirty floors, as I've experienced those standards in many Chili's locations (in South Florida. This is only my second Colorado). The opposite occurred, sticky-free tables and menus and nearly spotless floors, from where we were seated, near the entryway. Once our waitress (I wish we knew her name!) swiftly arrived to our table, she greeted us with a big smile and proceeded to asking for our dessert order. We ordered only two things. A regular molten lava cake and a caramel molten lave cake. Both were larger than I remembered from my past lava cakes. All so moist and delicious. A few pieces of the scooped ice creams did have tiny chunks of ice, freezer burn? Nothing to complain about. I anticipated the worst but was surprisingly very cheerful of our short experience here tonight. Only four stars because it wouldn't seem fair to give five stars if we didn't try the actual food on the main menus. Maybe next time. However, I did see an awesome but temporary deal for a 3-course meal for $10, which included a select appetizer, select entree, and select mini dessert. CURBSIDE PICK UP -- A+++++!!!! During a time of such uncertainty (COVID-19 2020), we have searched for ways to have the experience of dining out, safely at home. When we discovered that Chili's did curbside pick up, we downloaded the app and made our first purchase. We were so surprised at how carefully and thoughtfully everything was packed and arranged. The curbside pick up process itself was incredibly thoughtful and felt safe. Once we arrived, we sent a text letting the restaurant know we were there. Someone came out to greet us and brought our food out right away. Since then, we have been back three additional times and plan to be back again soon. THE FOOD... our Favorites so far: Smokehouse Combo, Shrimp and Chicken Fajitas, Cajun Shrimp Pasta, and of course, the Ribs! We've gotten the Chips and Salsa every time. It started as a free perk, and we've decided it's an always-get because of how tasty the chips and salsa are. The chip portion is huge! We always have leftovers for the next day. read more

We frequent this Chili's location regularly and every time we go they take forever. But this particular time our visit was terrible! The waitress took forever and never refilled our drinks. The kitchen and bar were backed up. They messed up my sons order and although they fixed it it was 45 minutes and we were all just watching him eat his food. We ordered 2 deserts, a skillet cookie and a molten cake. The molten cake was to eat there and the cookie to go, but they brought both to go. It would have been fine if they included the ice cream and chocolate that comes on both but they gave us just the cake and just the cookie. There chicken crispers were layered in breading that gave it more of a wet corn dog taste then a chicken tender. Won't be eating here again anytime soon that's for sure. read more

Food is combined in containers (salmon, asparagus, fries), food is completely mixed together, EVERY item is cold, and it's well over an hour from call in to delivery. Salad came in a soup cup (ya, that's a small salad), browning lettuce, and lone cucumber slice was slimy. Lesson learned, never again. One young girl gave all her attention to a group of high school looking boys who all had drinks and were acting super shady about it.
