First off- staff at this location in Greenwood Village is SO kind and nice! Very welcoming when we came in for a late dinner. The green chilli and ranch chili dips are what it's all about. When the chips and salsa come out, don't sleep on the ranch dip it comes with. YUM! I got the enchiladas combo and it was soooo yummy. Plenty of leftovers, too.

Hello to I entered the Togo area of the chuys today by 4:45 PM for it to go order . I was greeted in seconds by Aaliyah . I was able to sit at the bar and wait for my food until it came out which I was greeted by the bartenders who are very polite and offered me chips, water and a margarita. The Togo woman Aaliyah who was so great ! Fast and professional and and manager Steven ball were wonderful and had great menu knowledge. I ordered 3 dozen tortillas and fajitas everything was fresh and made perfect . 1.The manager I encountered this evening was incredibly attentive, professional, and made sure every guest felt welcome. 2. Our waiter provided exceptional service, was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and anticipated our needs perfectly. To go Great work ! 5 stars I will return .

I was too hungry to wait! Chile relleno and chicken enchilada.

Food was hot, fresh, and the service was fantastic!!! I haven't been a Chuy's fan in the past, but this experience exceeded expectations! Summer was an incredible server. She got everything right while maintaining a full dining room and bar. Everything tasted great and was served piping hot. 20/10! Will be back.

This place is awesome. We decided to try something we haven't before. And being a long time reviewer, I've heard good things about this place. I'm glad we did. It was an awesome unique lively atmosphere. Our waitress was on point. The food was delicious, huge portions and fair prices. Their house marg is a good deal, very tasty and pretty strong. Great value. The salsa is sooo good too. We'll definitely be back.

Can you get your Frozen Blackberry Lemonade Virgin?

It's best to check when you're dining with us, and if it's not available we have other great options without alcohol.

Is the free nacho bar available again during happy hour?

Can we reserve a table for 10 at 4pm on Sunday, July 15?

They wouldn't take our reservation for lunch on a Tuesday, but we got there early enough and they were very accommodating for 11.

She was given a table near the S. patio exit right next to the double doors (Literally the table straddled one of the patio doors). As I pulled into the parking lot of Savina exactly 4: 20, I called my friend to let her know I'd arrived. She stated she would meet me outside. As my friend exited to meet me in the parking lot, she told both a server and the Host at the front desk that she would return shortly. Upon re-entering there were approximately 3 or 4 employees at the front host desk. NOT one of them acknowledged our entering, NO 'hello, can we help you, or friendly smile', although, they chatted amongst themselves as they kept their eyes on their respective cell phones. As we made ourselves back to our table the view was breathtaking. Both my friend and I proceeded outside to wonder the 360-degree view, spectacular. Finally, we returned to the table after a few pics, within a 10min window of having met me out front. I didn't really pay attention to the location of our table except when I tried to squeeze myself between the other table where two elderly women were seated. I excused myself as I attempted to get comfortable, to my surprise they acknowledge, and yet ignored me. I politely mentioned how crowded it was for me to accommodate myself. My plea fell on DEAF ears as they snubbed me (in their defense -both were blue haired possibly hard of hearing or just rude). Therefore, I sat on the same side of the rectangular table, as I could not sit comfortably opposite my girl. As we sipped our water several servers passed us, we had a few chips and salsa at the table while sitting patiently. Within the 5-7 minutes, I attempted to get anyone of the servers' attention, the dining-area was steady but not crazy. At which I again wondered why we were seated in such a poor spot (both our chairs clearly blocked the pathway to the outside) somewhat an emergency or fire hazard. I scanned the dining area, and more than half the dining patio tables were empty. I finally got a young waiter's attention and asked if we could order a drink or move to another spot, perhaps the bar itself. As I spoke a young lady-server approached. She stated that she was our server, then stated "I thought you left", I didn't think you were coming back". Not offering to serve us, but surprised we were back- 'NO apology or 'what may I bring or help you with?' I asked again, would it be possible to get another table, or better yet sit at the bar. We were told that the inside bar was available but NO offer to help accomodate. I offered to pay for the chips and salsa... Young lady stated, NO Charge, I placed $5.00 on the table anyhow. As we made our way toward the bar, the server did not offer to help carry our water, chips or salsa to the table. By this time, it was closer to 5pm and the actual bar was crowded with no seats available... Yet again NO server to offer us another place to be seated. I would've thought she would have followed us to help or communicate our predicament to the host or other servers in the bar area. Frustrated, thirsty and hungry, we found ourselves in the parking lot deciding where else we might choose to dine. I'm writing this to express just how indifferent the staff was upon entering and leaving your establishment. I say this because as we walked out... AGAIN, NOT a single host, waiter employee at the front desk said, 'goodbye, thank you, see you soon', how was everything?' I currently work for HCA medical in Englewood and was given the recommendation to dine here by my director. I've worked in both food and beverage and the Hospitality field for over 40 years, currently as a hospital administrator. I was truly looking forward to seeing my friend and enjoying my Birthday meal. The few chips and bit of salsa were tasty. Hell, you can get good chips and salsa at 90 percent of the Spanish or Mexican restaurants in Colorado! Yet, POOR service is what shuts down 90 percent of restaurants. Not sure I will give Savina in Castle Pines a second chance, possibly give Denver's location a try. PS. I returned to my vehicle having left it in the parking lot... I needed the men's bathroom; I purposely went into Savina, finding NO one at the front desk. However, on my way out from using the facilities, one of the young hosts called out 'goodbye'. This 2 hours after dining at Los Dos Potrillos up the road. (Which was Wonderful, service, food and tequila)! Respectfully, Joey A Shook Prior Chef-Owner Sierra Fine Catering Admin Assistant-HCA Medical

It was a very poor first impression. After being seated, things didn't improve much. The staff working the bar and nearby tables were very short with us from the beginning and gave off the impression that they didn't want to be there. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn't even busy at all. I ordered a michelada, and honestly it was one of the worst I've had. I've tried micheladas all over the Americas, and this one was terrible. I specifically asked for it to not be too spicy, was told "okay," and it still came out extremely spicy. I couldn't even drink it. For food, I ordered a burrito while my friend ordered fajitas and a quesadilla. The pictures looked great, but the food arrived cold. We had also ordered well before the two tables next to us, yet they received their meals at least 10 minutes before we did. The only positive part of the experience was the woman who brought our food out from the kitchen. She was very kind and welcoming, and honestly the best part of the restaurant. Back staff should probably be taking the orders. After our food arrived, nobody checked on us even once. We were never asked if the food was okay, if we wanted another drink, or if we needed water refills. The server only came back when it was time to pay. Walked by us multiple times and never took the time to stop to ask us how we doing. There was essentially no service throughout the meal. I will say the decor and atmosphere were beautiful. The restaurant did feel like a small piece of Mexico, which I appreciated. However, as a Latino, the hospitality and service did not reflect the warm and welcoming Latino vibe I expected. Overall: great decor, but the service and food were extremely disappointing. There are many other Mexican restaurants nearby offering much better experiences. This place seriously needs to improve its hospitality and customer service.

It was not busy, but we were also a little ahead of the lunch crowd on a Sunday. We were greeted and seated quickly and our server, Michael, was attentive and great at his job. The food was as good as we remembered it. I am not going to argue "authentic" with anyone. This is OTB and the food is what it is ;D We've been coming for years and happen to like it. Just chain restaurant level. But we do like the queso, and the fajita steak burrito I split with my husband was good. The beans/rice are not that great. (That's always a given.) If I'd had a bigger appetite or we were staying longer and could have leftovers I would have ordered the fajitas since they're my favorite. It was nice to visit an OTB again. This was also a location that hadn't been through their modern makeover so they still had the previous bright decor and darker interior. The old way is so much more festive and inviting than the new, sterile (dare I say ugly) restaurants. It was like stepping into a time machine and seeing an old friend.

I mean seriously!! They care about their customers that get satisfied with their service and meals. And it does draw a very diverse crowd from the Hispanics to Caucasians to Asians, I mean you name it. They also get a lot of to-go orders. Some people came in, grabbed their food and went on their way for the night. My friend got the Torta Los Carboncito. This is a massive sandwich with plenty of meat inside. Since the menu has colored picofor almost each item, what caught my attention was the fish dish. There are two of them: one is trout and the other is something else (I forgot) but I got me the non-trout one. The lady asked me if I wanted the flour or corn tortillas so I went with the corn one. As soon as I got home, my late night snacking started. I only took several bites out of that whatever the huge fish. And oh my goodness, it was so delicious! Well-seasoned with very light salt. Although I mainly got it for tomorrow morning/lunch I had a hard time quit eating because of its deliciousness. Extremely welcoming staff (I even met the owner, Alex as he was dining with his family), quality food and value pricing, this place checks out for the hidden gem restaurant that's not necessarily super fancy but it's worth every penny and time. Yelping is so much fun. That is why I cannot quit my foodie-ness! What a nice discovery!
