I was craving a Quesadilla Explosion salad, so I talked my husband into lunch at Chili's. We started off with chips and salsa which weren't as good as they used to be, chips were kind of stale. My husband ordered the shrimp tacos which were good but the sides looked nasty. I had the salad, which is my favorite item at Chili's, and the salad mix was wilty and looked like it sat under the lights for awhile. The chicken and quesadilla quarters were ok so I ate that and left most of the salad. What has happened to Chili's? They used to have great burgers and fries, but not anymore. We were in the restaurant about 4:00 and there were about 5 other tables and they had no clean knives, so all we had for utensils was a fork. Lame! But, it's the end of the month and managers don't want to break out new knives because it will go against their bonus. read more

I almost didn't leave a review because it was so bad. I wanted to calm down. This chilis is terrible. We sat down, waited 10 minutes for our waiter. Ordered two beers. 15mins later our beers arrived. Ordered chips and salsa. Reminded the waiter twice about them. That beer was the 1st and final drink of the night. Waiter wasnt around much and never got us another beer. I ordered a chili burger. When it arrived it was overcooked and had no chili on it. I didnt send it back because a:I couldn't find the waiter and b: it took 40mins to get it. I ordered a large dinner and picked it up to-go consisting of a few burgers, appetizers of boneless wings and one chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Everything was great and packaged perfectly just as if we were in the restaurant. Portion sizes were also the same as if you were dining in. My only comment was on the quesadilla. It seemed as it was made very sloppy and was mostly tortilla and barely any cheese, chicken or bacon. Have frequented many Chili's for years, I love their Oldtimer with Cheese. However, my wife and I went into the Chilis in Parker this past Monday evening around 7PM. They weren't very busy and we were seated immediately. The table had been wiped off, but there was still bits of food remaining (fries, etc.). The floor under the table also had ample food bits. The unclean table made me uneasy. We waited for several minutes as wait staff passed us by, but they did wait on the table across from us. So without any service, the table was not cleaned off, we did not get a menu or were offered a drink. As time passed (and we weren't in a hurry), it is one of the very few times I suggested to my wife that we leave. Hint to their management - Service, Service, Service, Service!!! Living in Parker, we try to utilize Parker merchants. However we will certainly not be going back to that Chilis for years to come. Good News - None; Bad News - No service and dirty restaurant. you know I am a fan of Chili's, but I am not a fan of this location because after a certain time they start taking down shop. They don't work until they close. I ordered doordash at 9 p.m., tells me that it's a 30 to 35 minute delivery, and they close at 10 p.m., and they canceled the order at 9:20 p.m. not doordash, Chili's cancelled the order. Although I don't really like chain restaurants my experience here today for lunch was really good. We where sat promptly and greated by our waitresses quickly. I ordered the chipotle chicken and waffles, let me tell you this was one of the most satisfying meals I have had in a long time. This was my first time eating chicken and waffles but man what have I been missing out on. We never ran out of drinks and we are getting use to paying on the machine (even though I don't like them at all) so we left quickly. I can't wait to have more chicken and waffles. The taste was subpar and the shrimp looked nothing like it the shrimp that is displayed in the menu. The steak tasted like nothing, no flavor just warm meat. The chicken didn't get any better. Ew. The menus were filthy, food and drink splatters all over-that alone was enough to make me nauseous. We ordered drinks for our kids (10 & 6) and they arrived in large adult glasses, rather than kid cups with lids. My husband and I went and ate on the 30th of March in the evening. We normally like going to chili's and enjoy it but this night was not good. First of all we had two young girls seating behind us and all night long our waiter along with another waiter kept going over to the girls and hitting on them. We hit this restaurant at least a couple of times a month...my kids are always earning FREE Award meals at school, so it makes the bill easier. :-) I am addicted to the Queso and the Southwestern Egg Rolls at Chili's!! Terrible experience. Ordered online (for a family of 5) for take out and scheduled pick-up for an hour and a half later. Showed up at scheduled pick-up time and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes at curbside and another 20 minutes inside the restaurant after assuming they must have forgotten about my order. The two girls at the carry out register said there was one item in my order they were still waiting on but assured me everything else would still be hot. I should have known better given how long it was taking. Upon receiving my food 35 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, I made the 5-minute drive home only to find that all of the food was cold. Well, was so looking forward to a fresh Quesadilla Explosion and Presidente margarita. First off, little to no alcohol in margarita but then that's probably why it was a special for $5. Secondly, the salad was wilted and didn't have the usual balsamic dressing. More if a thousand island but not much flavor. I asked for a side of the balsamic and sure enough I was VERY different from the other stuff. The waitress insisted it had balsamic. Really? Rate I a 2 today. Not good. Update to this review: the waitress talked to the manager and brought me a real Quesadilla Explosion with fresh greens, crisp crispy noodles, beans, corn, and --wait for it -- warm quesadillas! Second week in a row of ordering curbside takeout with was the order taking 30 minutes beyond the expected time. Always had to go inside to even get any help anyways. On the second occurrence on October 30, I spoke with the manager, and she had a little interest in hearing my concerns. She told me essentially tough luck and she was short staffed and did not even apologize or try to help mitigate the issue. We will not be using this location at all in the future. Me and my mom decided to go to lunch and took 15mins for them to ask for drinks and different servers from everything I needed. None of the employees wear masks and They forgot to put knifes and straws in their brown bag not no problem but took a long time when we asked for knifes. When we arrived it was busy and they said the wait would be longer than we actually waited so that was a great way to start off. Then when we sat down it all went down hill. The waitress didn't get our drinks for a good ten minutes. I understand she is busy and was running around, but I also know being a former waitress that the first thing you do is great your new table so they know they are being taken care of and not forgotten. When she finally took our order for our drinks we ordered our food as well. We waited a good amount of time for our food which didn't bother me too much because I could tell they were busy. Then I got my food and was so excited to eat, then was disappointed. I asked for an 8 oz. sirloin cooked at medium and when I cut into it, I found it to be rare. I was so disgusted and sent it back to ask them to cook it more. My friend was already done with his meal by the time I received mine back. I was complaining to my friend that I better get the meal for free because they messed up my order and so on. The waitress did get the manager who took off 1/2 my meal, which I think was nice but I also think it should have been more. Our waitress was a total dodo bird and didn't hear us the entire night. My friend asked for more lemonade twice and he never got it. It was hard for me to give her a good tip. I understand we all have those days where we just fuck up, but not over and over again. I know it's corporate food but I still enjoy Chili's every once in a while. The chips and salsa alone are worth the trip. It probably only gets a 4 star rating from me because of nostalgia (I ate there all the time in college and high school) but I do enjoy a lot of their food. The chicken enchilada soup is great for lunch. I also like the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas. I haven't had a burger there in forever (there are better places to go for a burger). It was my son's turn to pick the restaurant and he loves the sliders. I hadn't been in here for years and thought, "okay." Football is on the TV's. We were seated right away...but seemed to wait forever for service. Then, like magic, we had one the best waitresses and service I have had in any restaurant for a long time...quick, friendly, knowledgeable. The beer and beverages...cold. The food...average. We sat in the bar to watch basketball and have a quick dinner. The food was good and free chips and salsa were nice, but the service was so slow. Our server was nice, but we barely saw her and when she did she was always in a rush. When she'd swing by shed offer a refill or to bring something and after she'd walk by again she would remember, so everything was delayed. I ordered online for curbside pickup & they said our food would be ready by 6:14-6:19. I waited until 7:00 then went in. It still took 10 more minutes and they said all they were waiting for was the potato soup. Meanwhile all of our food was sitting & getting cold. When I finally got home, our 3 meals were cold, we didn't have the chips we ordered, and the white queso had a handful of cold spinach in it.
