When smasher arrived it had cheese. They took plate to kitchen. By time new plate arrived friends were about finished. Refused order from one person then a second tried to deliver. Asked if i wanted it boxes and i refused. To add insult to injury they comped the table. So my friends got a free meal because they screwed up my order and i got to leave hungry. Im really pissed. The steak is definitely one of my favorite foods. Their appetizers are amazing. The people are good at their jobs.

I can't truly remember if I've ever eaten at a chilis or not but yesterday may or may not been the first time I've eaten at said establishment. But all I will say is chilis fucks! Let's start off with the ole lady's triple dipper! It was amazing, the mozzarella sticks"good", the burger bites"good" , and the honey chicken"good" ! It left her stuffed and not wanting any more! As for me I got the bacon burger, with a double patty and fries. Probably one of the best chain burgers around, it was hot and juicy and full of flavor. The fries were perfection as well! Wow I used to love Chilis. Went the other night for the first time in years. It was not good. My food was cold. My husband said his was just mediocre. Honestly we can cook better at home for less than half the price. If you're hungry, but don't want to go out. You may think Chili's, but you would be sadly mistaken. The app is about as worthless as it comes. You can order, yes. You can even attempt to pay, but it's not going to process the payment, no matter how many times you try. What it will do is tell you to call the restaurant, but won't supply a number. After you call to place the order you already tried to place three times now, you will be informed that you can't get delivery, because that has to either go through their app that NEVER works or DoorDash. I went in to order to go and decided to have a beer while I waited. The bar tender hovered over me and kept asking if I was ready to pay. The only other folks at the bar was a couple who he did not pressure to pay. I order chips to eat there and he stood and stared at me, I was actually putting my card in the machine and he ran over and asked if I was taking care of it. No, he was not getting ready to leave. If i could give this 0 stars i would. Hands down the worst dining experience i have ever experienced in my life. McDonald's Atleast fixes their mess ups. Burger was wrong, mixed drinks tasted like watered down flavoring, mashed potatoes were refrigerator cold, when manager was requested she could be heard across the dining area running her mouth then refused to come speak to our table. I do not in any fashion expect my food for free but was not compensated 1 single penny. I will never return to this establishment ever again and i have lived in this area for 34 years. Our fajitas we ordered came out. however the person who took our order never checked up with us until the piping hot fajitas went cold. (My spouse - boiling at this moment) Our fajitas were to be covered with queso which it was. However by the time we got our side dish and napkins and plates our cheese went cold. That's hard to do on a piping hot cast iron skillet. I ordered a beer and when it was empty I waited about 10 mins before the empty glass was noticed. I WANTED ANOTHER until it was just not worth trying to flag down our server I get it that I could have ordered via the kiosk thing. But we honestly were looking to have some interaction with our server....which would lead to a bigger gratuity. I did hear another table complain as well and the management came out of kitchen to talk to that table. Our interaction was with the manager that brought dessert ordered via kiosk because we hadn't seen our server in a long while. ... and I specifically ordered 2 spoons and received zero until I promptly asked the manager as he got 15 steps away from our table. The whole experience has me wondering what was Chili's- Pittsburg KS location thinking about staffing the place the Friday before Christmas Eve!? Less is better? I've always enjoyed going to Chilli's. Never had bad food or bad service, the restaurants themselves have always been clean with a fun atmosphere. Tonight however, completely changed. My mother, brother, sister in-law and myself went into store #1329 in Pittsburgh, KS, managing partner is Tracy Laintz. It started as a your typical dining experience ordered drinks, got the drinks, ordered a starter, got the starter. The server took our food order. My mother in ordered just a side of loaded mashed potatoes, brother the queso burger, sister in-law the brisket quesadillas and I ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and a side salad. My mother's loaded mashed potatoes came out WAY before the rest of the food, then 15 minutes later the rest of the entrees came out. As I was cutting my chicken fried steak, I realized it was actually chicken. And then realized I had not yet gotten my side salad. I told the server that my order was wrong and I was supposed to have gotten a salad. She apologized and said they wouldn't have time to make a new chicken fried steak, then went to the kitchen. Came back out with my side salad and then at that time said they could make my steak if I wanted. I told her we didn't have time to wait and that I would eat it. I mean mistakes are made sometimes, I understand. At that point we noticed the table behind us had gotten food delivered that was not what they had ordered as well. Again, I was still in the mindset that people make mistakes, so I thought nothing of it. We ate our meals and requested a to go box for some of the food and the bill. Reminding the sever that we were in a hurry. 20 minutes later we have not gotten our boxes or our bill and I looked for our server and she was taking an order for a table that was just seated. This is the point that I was getting upset. We had to remind our server again that we needed to box and our bill. I think she was realizing that I am now upset, because she immediately got them and brought them straight out. She claimed that they discounted my meal for the mess up. We paid and left. Knowing to I would write a review I had forgotten to get the store # so I went back in the restaurant to get the number. While waiting for the hostess to find out what the number I noticed a table that had been waiting quite some time for someone to take their food order had finally got tired of waiting and got up and walked out. So there's the count of 3 parties unhappy to with the service, just in the time frame I was there. I then get the info I wanted and left. Not long after we left my bother felt sick to his stomach and vomited. Again I realize the people make mistakes and I was willing to let it slide until the server gave no concern to us wanting to get our bill and leave. Instead she chose to wait on another table that had been seated only after we requested our bill. I was in food service and been in and out of customer service for many years and I would NEVER have treated ANY of my customers so poorly. And trust me, when I say, there were quite of few that would have deserved it if I had. From I can tell from other reviews of this particular store #, this is not the 1st time they've treated customers poorly. Great food, tall beers and friendly staff made for an excellent evening. We asked to sit in the bar area so we could watch the college game we wanted to see and were accommodated immediately. When we requested said game they turned it on and put it on the biggest screen for us. Great service! If we are ever back in Pittsburg, we will come back again and again. I eat at Chili's in Pittsburg, KS about twice a week. I always find something new every time that I go there. The staff is friendly and can answer any questions that you have about an item on the menu. It has an enviroment that you can enjoy yourself, but also enjoy people around you. The food is amazing. They are reasonable prices for every type of budget. They have specials such as the 3 for $20 which I do sometimes when I want to try something different. The appitzers and main meal and desserts are very delicious. read more
