Tori excellent server and customer service

Late post from 5/14/26 We've recently had both lunch and dinner here, but I absolutely had to give a HUGE shout out to Tori for taking such amazing care of my son's graduation group! From start to finish, she was fast, friendly, efficient, attentive, and so pleasant the entire time. Handling a large party of 10+ people is never easy, especially during busy hours, but Tori made it all look effortless. She stayed organized, upbeat, and on top of everything while making sure everyone in our group felt taken care of. The food runners were good, but Tori truly stood out and made the entire experience exceptional. Employees like her are the face of a business and a big reason customers return. She helped make our celebration even more enjoyable, and I sincerely appreciate her hard work and positive attitude! Thank you again, Tori!

This review is based on the 3 for Me Menu. When fast food lost their minds and thought people would pay well over $20 for a combo meal, Chili's decided that they could capitalize on that fantasy and offer a good meal for reasonable prices. The menu has a few choices that can easily push the meal up to about $18.00 but, remember this is a sit down meal with quality food on plates with silverware. Way to go Chili's. This location has good service ana a clean modern dining room.

This is one of our go-to restaurants. It's close to home and we have gotten to know the employees. Our server, Jose, was friendly and attentive. He kept our beverages filled. The restaurant is alway clean and inviting. The manager, Dave, came by to see that everything was to our liking. This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant.

We had the fajitas at Chili's and they were fantastic! They came out hot and sizzling, with plenty of flavor and a generous portion. The meat was seasoned well, the peppers and onions were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh. The service was friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a meal we'd order again! We also had the Shark attack drink with no sharks not sure what made it a shark attack all in all $75

If you want to get bang for your buck, try the specials. Starting at $10.99, the (three for me) includes a drink, starter, and main. I enjoy it because I can find a gluten-free meal. My favorite here is the Steak Fajitas. I always leave with leftovers (that's how much there is). The steak is cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. with grilled peppers and onions. It is served with beans, rice, cheese, pico de gallo, tortillas, and sour cream. I ordered guacamole to go with it. My husband and my daughter's fiancé ordered burgers. My daughter got the triple dipper. That used to be my favorite until I went gluten-free. My son got the Cajun Shrimp pasta. We got chips, salsa, and Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos. The nachos were so scrumptious. I could see myself getting that for my dinner. What a lip smacking bite. Service was great. They made to keep up on our drinks. Everyone enjoyed their meals with lots of laughter between bites. This restaurant is located off McCarran and close to Mae Anne.

It's been a while since I've been to a Chili's! A pretty long time. What a fantastic visit. We were seated fairly quickly upon arrival. The restaurant was busy this evening patrons seated on both sides of this location, laughing, talking, enjoying their meals of course. The vibe felt good here. Lively but not too chaotic, lol. We'd briefly meet our waitress as we got settled in. She comes around within minutes and takes our drink order as we look over the menu. Robust. Their menu has so many items. Burgers, fajitas, chicken, barbecue seafood, rolls, salads, soups, alcohol--drinks, galore. You have to be ready when you come to Chili's. Definitely download the app or go online to look at their menu. I would end up having the Triple Dipper, which was a combination of sliders, southwest eggs-rolls and fried mozzarella sticks, which were more like tiny bricks. You can switch items out for a combination of other bites like flavored chicken strips or loaded potato skins. Fritzie would have the Three For Me, consisting of a burger, fries, endless chips and salas. You can do either a soup or salad. It felt like so much food for under $40. Every bite was enjoyable. Chips crispy and plentiful, each burger patty was juicy and delicious, the fries were crispy, southwestern egg-rolls crunchy, mozzarella bricks, cheesy. Along with our watermelon and strawberry lemonades I have no complaints. The food, the service, the ambiance--fantastic. We really enjoyed our visit to the North McCarran location, seem like their staff enjoys what they do and works great together an example of great leadership in my opinion. Shoutout to our waitress Tori whose wonderful personality and courteousness made for a great experience. Check them out!

A standard in Reno, a chain, but good food, good service, big portions at a reasonable price. Tonight we had the chicken crispers and fries, a couple of kids meals, the big chicken sandwich which is huge and the always dependable baked potato soup. Everything was good. Our server was great and the place was really full on a Sunday night.

Solid experience overall. The service was great from start to finish. Our server was friendly, attentive, and kept things moving without feeling rushed. I ordered the tossed chicken tenders and they came out quickly, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for. Crispy, well sauced, and satisfying. Everything on the table looked good and the portions were solid. Nothing fancy, but it delivered on what Chili's does well: dependable food, good service, and a smooth experience. Would happily come back.

I never imagined I'd review Chili's but here I am. Somewhere in the parenting manual it states that you shall compromise on your ideals when it means your children will smile, and that's how I ended up at Chili's in the first place. Now back in the day, I loved Chili's. The Cajun chicken sandwich, topped with chipotle ranch and crispy onion strings, was my go to before I learned about calories. The food was good, but I always felt like they delivered great value too, and I'm happy to report that this holds true today. My kids became fans of this restaurant after my wife took them here. They love the kids menu, which has a lot of options for them to choose from and a menu format that lets them make their own selections to share with the server. For the grown-ups, we like the pick three meals because it means we get a variety at a very reasonable price. I got the chicken tortilla soup And the newer version of the grilled chicken sandwich which has guacamole on top of it and bacon and then went for the unhealthy side of french fries. The food has remained solid. It's nothing incredible but it will fill you up and you will think it taste good. The addition of a basket of bottomless chips and salsa also doesn't hurt there's something about their chips which are so Lacey thin and salty that you just can't get enough of. The service is where this place shines though. Their servers are so well trained. They listen to guests and Can often anticipate needs very well. They're quick to solve problems or deliver additional items and generally make this experience just that much better. At first, I thought my wife was crazy for taking my kids to eat here, but after having a family experience there and seeing the smiles on their faces and enjoy enjoying the experience myself, I see why this place is still around and would not hesitate to return.

First time to stop here. We did it after church and I was not disappointed they had a steak they served here. That was absolutely fabulous after our meal that we had, I ordered their lava cake. OMG! Was it fabulous? No comparison to any other lava cake anywhere. I think I was so impressed with it. It's all I can say no matter what I'll be back for that lava cable. Oh yeah the steak too. It was that good

The team here is always genuinely happy. Ive never had a slow meal or bad service. The food can be mid af because it's a chain, but it is usually pretty good! Above average stars for the staff actually enjoying themselves.

Oldtimer w/cheese and fries, chips and salsa and really good iced tea
    Janice B.

Came in solo because my husband had an appointment. I feel comfortable being by myself here because Jose takes such good care of his customers. I was very hungry and ordered the 3 for me with a garden salad, Oldtimer with cheese and fries. The salad was fresh and the blue cheese dressing is a hit with me so I polished that off first. We always get the chips and salsa that are better than most Mexican restaurants, and take home what we can't finish. I ended up taking half the burger and most of the fries home as well. Good quality food, great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. See you next time!

Not sure if the times are tough, or if they've had a change in style, but the food has really gone downhill. It's very sad to see if that's the case because it seems like any place that opens in the village at Somersett doesn't do very well. Who knows what the reason is. All I know is that I spent $60 on food that I ended up mostly throwing away because it was unpalatable. That's not good in this day and age.

Service was friendly no complaints there Overall food was not very flavorful.. too many flavor combinations trying to be fancy and for the prices of each dish I would not recommend this place. I saw it was on the yelp top 100 at one point..so I had wanted to check it out.. but it was very disappointing. A glass bottle of very warm water with the 2 smallest glasses with ice was brought to the table first. Ice is nice especially when its 100 degrees outside. But the glass was like a shot glass and with the water being so warm by the time we ordered our food all of the ice was melted which made that 1st glass of water cold which was a couple of gulp but then you're left with warm water. Food presentation was very beautiful. Taste of food wasn't anything you'd come back for. We ordered the mushroom raviolis.i expected a white sauce as it said creme sauce but it was a red sauce. It came with crispy potatoes which were very thinly sliced and fried potatoes and a citrus salad which was arugula and a very tasty dressing. There was maybe 5 raviolis not great..the red sauce is all you can taste some loose mushrooms around the raviolis in the sauce. The fried potatoes great in presentation ok in taste but I wish there was more potato in each bite. The arugula and dressing were the best thing I ate out of 4 dishes I tried. We also had the potato taquitos which I was looking forward to but it was very dense and the potato tasted like how a bad potato smells. Other than that it was very very bland. Nice crisp on the taquito. The gnocchi pasta dish was also no flavor. The sausage in it was good. 2nd favorite item was the slice of bread toasted on both sides. The bread was almost as big as the food on the plate. The 4th dish was the potstickers which also were just ok.

This cute little Italian restaurant was recommended to us by one of my BF's coworkers, and while we can see the potential, it'll be a hard pass for us until they improve their kitchen pacing and service. We made a last minute reservation for Friday 6 pm (with the table being held until 7:45) and were seated promptly upon arrival. However, it took almost one hour and a half to get any of our dishes, and tables next to us were having similar issues, with one party only receiving half of their dishes (the other half wasn't entered into the kitchen queue correctly). We had to continuously check in with our server ourselves regarding our food, which was quite frustrating, although we appreciated how she ended up comping part of our bill. While we understand that she was quite frazzled and the restaurant was understaffed, I still think the restaurant would benefit from better staff training, especially during busy dinner rush hour. The food itself was hit and miss, but I was quite impressed by several of their seasonal items, which included a salad and lobster risotto (recommended to us by our server), and I hope they can incorporate it into their menu permanently. The squid ink pasta and crab linguine (also seasonal), however, were quite flavorless (and this is coming from a low sodium girly). Cocktails were alright as well, and I would recommend ordering from their wine menu instead, which includes several excellent Italian and local wine options.
