Late post from 5/14/26 We've recently had both lunch and dinner here, but I absolutely had to give a HUGE shout out to Tori for taking such amazing care of my son's graduation group! From start to finish, she was fast, friendly, efficient, attentive, and so pleasant the entire time. Handling a large party of 10+ people is never easy, especially during busy hours, but Tori made it all look effortless. She stayed organized, upbeat, and on top of everything while making sure everyone in our group felt taken care of. The food runners were good, but Tori truly stood out and made the entire experience exceptional. Employees like her are the face of a business and a big reason customers return. Great service from Brad. Santa Fe salad with chicken crispers was delicious, albeit a bit spicy. Fresh ingredients and a side of honey chipotle makes it even better mixed with the ranch dressing Crispy tender dinner with fries was also tasty. Kids meals were finished without any issues, a Mac n cheese and a mini burgers with applesauce, always a plus with toddlers. The place is a bit noisy, but nothing too bad, as we ate earlier than most. A five star experience tonight. read more

It's been a while since I've been to a Chili's! A pretty long time. What a fantastic visit. We were seated fairly quickly upon arrival. The restaurant was busy this evening patrons seated on both sides of this location, laughing, talking, enjoying their meals of course. The vibe felt good here. Lively but not too chaotic, lol. We'd briefly meet our waitress as we got settled in. She comes around within minutes and takes our drink order as we look over the menu. Robust. Their menu has so many items. Burgers, fajitas, chicken, barbecue seafood, rolls, salads, soups, alcohol--drinks, galore. You have to be ready when you come to Chili's. Definitely download the app or go online to look at their menu. I would end up having the Triple Dipper, which was a combination of sliders, southwest eggs-rolls and fried mozzarella sticks, which were more like tiny bricks. You can switch items out for a combination of other bites like flavored chicken strips or loaded potato skins. Fritzie would have the Three For Me, consisting of a burger, fries, endless chips and salas. You can do either a soup or salad. It felt like so much food for under $40. Every bite was enjoyable. Chips crispy and plentiful, each burger patty was juicy and delicious, the fries were crispy, southwestern egg-rolls crunchy, mozzarella bricks, cheesy. Along with our watermelon and strawberry lemonades I have no complaints. The food, the service, the ambiance--fantastic. We really enjoyed our visit to the North McCarran location, seem like their staff enjoys what they do and works great together an example of great leadership in my opinion. First time to stop here. We did it after church and I was not disappointed they had a steak they served here. That was absolutely fabulous after our meal that we had, I ordered their lava cake. OMG! Loooove chilis and was so excited to come tonight. We don't usually eat out often. Got service all right away, all food was soo fresh and out in a decent time. I had an issue with my entrée and the surgery immediately tried to fix the situation and even let the manager know. She came over (Marlene I think?) and apologized and just chatted with us for a bit. If you want to get bang for your buck, try the specials. Starting at $10.99, the (three for me) includes a drink, starter, and main. I enjoy it because I can find a gluten-free meal. My favorite here is the Steak Fajitas. I always leave with leftovers (that's how much there is). The steak is cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. with grilled peppers and onions. It is served with beans, rice, cheese, pico de gallo, tortillas, and sour cream. I ordered guacamole to go with it. My husband and my daughter's fiancé ordered burgers. My daughter got the triple dipper. That used to be my favorite until I went gluten-free. My son got the Cajun Shrimp pasta. We got chips, salsa, and Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos. The nachos were so scrumptious. I could see myself getting that for my dinner. What a lip smacking bite. I never imagined I'd review Chili's but here I am. Somewhere in the parenting manual it states that you shall compromise on your ideals when it means your children will smile, and that's how I ended up at Chili's in the first place. Now back in the day, I loved Chili's. The Cajun chicken sandwich, topped with chipotle ranch and crispy onion strings, was my go to before I learned about calories. The food was good, but I always felt like they delivered great value too, and I'm happy to report that this holds true today. My kids became fans of this restaurant after my wife took them here. They love the kids menu, which has a lot of options for them to choose from and a menu format that lets them make their own selections to share with the server. For the grown-ups, we like the pick three meals because it means we get a variety at a very reasonable price. I got the chicken tortilla soup And the newer version of the grilled chicken sandwich which has guacamole on top of it and bacon and then went for the unhealthy side of french fries. The food has remained solid. It's nothing incredible but it will fill you up and you will think it taste good. The addition of a basket of bottomless chips and salsa also doesn't hurt there's something about their chips which are so Lacey thin and salty that you just can't get enough of. The service is where this place shines though. Their servers are so well trained. They listen to guests and Can often anticipate needs very well. They're quick to solve problems or deliver additional items and generally make this experience just that much better. At first, I thought my wife was crazy for taking my kids to eat here, but after having a family experience there and seeing the smiles on their faces and enjoy enjoying the experience myself, I see why this place is still around and would not hesitate to return. read more

Came in solo because my husband had an appointment. I feel comfortable being by myself here because Jose takes such good care of his customers. I was very hungry and ordered the 3 for me with a garden salad, Oldtimer with cheese and fries. The salad was fresh and the blue cheese dressing is a hit with me so I polished that off first. We always get the chips and salsa that are better than most Mexican restaurants, and take home what we can't finish. I ended up taking half the burger and most of the fries home as well. Girl with the glasses and half shaved head, she was the rudest takeout person I've met. I've been here a few times over the course of the years and this isn't the first time I've seen her. Food was slammed together without care for the customer and their experience. Every crisper I got was cold (6) and I saw her and another boy use their bare hands to grab fries to put in my box of food. Shouldn't all employees in the back of the kitchen be wearing gloves and hairnets? To top it off with my delightful night, the same boy had his hand down her backside. Solid food and drinks with very good service. We were able to walk in and be seated right away Halloween night even though the restaurant seemed pretty full. We loved the Wicked themed drinks, surprisingly well made and tasty. The ribs, fries, and chicken crispers were delicious and I love the ranch they use. Great service is always key. Our server Tori was super attentive and friendly- give her a raise asap! The vibe was busy and lots of families and friends out on a weeknight. The food had great value - I had the 3 for me for under $12 with plenty of chips and salsa to take home. Honestly I was full from that before my burger even came out. There is closed captions. There were quite a few people at the bar, but not like a regular going out bar no one is talking to each other. We've been going to this particular location for quite a while we know most of the bar staff and we have always had great experiences. I will say it is hit or miss on the kitchen depending who's in the back doing your meal you've got to tell them how you like it and make sure you get your point across. We also choose the days when it's not so packed as well as the time of day. Don't expect to walk in casually on a weekend night and it not be packed. The late hours are usually better or midday. We have been disappointed with several things that have been disappearing off the menu such as the coleslaw or the street corn there also was a salad that was removed. I don't understand the concept, right now you are so limited on side dishes it's crazy. A choice between macaroni and cheese french fries or steamed vegetables is pretty much the bulk of it. We like the baby back ribs but you got to tell them how you want them cooked most definately. The drink selections and quality of the drinks are above average for this section of town. Happy hour prices are reasonable and the beer selection is pretty good. This is one of the nicest sports bar locations in NW Reno if this is your neighborhood. read more

I ordered the triple dipper (big mouth bites, nashville hot mozz, nashville hot chicken crispers). My sister got a Santa Fe Salad. Our food got here in a timely manner. The Triple Dipper definitely is shareable - I would not be able to finish all on my own! I shared with my sister and we still had leftovers to bring home. Nashville Hot definitely has a spicy kick to it. My sister noticed that the triple dipper did taste a bit salty to her. I personally thought the Santa Fe Salad had a spicy kick to it. The service is always good and the food is consistent,, oh and they have some pretty amazing margarita specials every month! The monthly marg is only $6 a piece!! I've had many items on the menu and you can't really go wrong with any of it. If I'm not feeling super hungry I go for the chicken nachos, wanna be a bit healthier, grilled chicken and veggies, feeling like I've got extra calories to spare give me the burger and dessert, lol. We dined in 06/01/23 for an early dinner. This location has always been super busy since my high school days. My sister got there first, so she grabbed a table in the restaurant. I prefer bar seating, but it was packed. It's always crazy loud in there, t.v.s playing games and just the sound of a full dining room. We were celebrating my sister's birthday with our kids. We decided on Chili's because of their kid friendly menu. We ordered a triple dipper to start. I should have added chips and queso. Their chips and their cold beer have always been consistently good over the years. Our kids all decided to order kids' mac n cheese and pizza, even our teens. ‍My sister ordered the big mouth crispy chicken sandwich, and I went big and ordered the old timer and added cheese. The kids all started digging in before our entrées made it to the table, so there were no pictures there. We ordered two cookie skillets for the table for dessert. I'm a chilis fiend and love to go. Our most recent visit was great as per usual. I believe our waiter was named keven but I can't remember for sure... he was fantastic. You can tell he's been in the game for a long time. Quick service, happy attitude, fun to be around. 5/5 customer service. We specifically came because I posted online asking where in town I can get the best chocolate lava cake. 10 people responded and all 10 said chilis. What are the odds! Must be the best right? We had to try it out, and let me tell you.... The b.e.s.t. So delicious. Perfect flavor. Huge amount. Best dessert in town. I'll be back so much now just for that. We had a terrific meal tonight at Chili's. We had the smokehouse sampler and margaritas. They usually have some inexpensive margarita they are serving for that month, and everything was satisfactory. I enjoyed the atmosphere this restaurant, and I believe the half so with the best way around. I recommend Chili's in the Northwest Reno Area. read more

We've eaten at Chili's a few times, but our most recent experience made it so that we won't be coming back. Our previous experience was fine, nothing out of the ordinary until recently. After waiting half an hour for two dishes, when our food came out it was COLD, they were missing items from my order, gave us the incorrect dressing, and all the food tasted so bad because it was cold.
