My bestie and I came here for dinner. Our waitress was amazing. I really wish I could remember her name. She had a great sense of humor and made sure we were taken care of. I love the Fajitas here. But, since I am gluten-free I have found eating it as a casserole the best way. I just have them put all the fixinngs, rice, beans, etc. on top of the fajitas. It is so yummy and the cheese melts. Each bite is a perfect blend of rice, beans, cheese, meat, and vegetable. It is so scrumptious. The steak fajitas in my humble opinion are the best. The meat is so tender and flavorful. The vegetables are some of my favorite onions and bell peppers. The fajitas are packed with nutrition and will leave you feeling full. I get it and always have to take about half of it home with me. So the price is fair as that it makes to meals. I need to mention they also have budget friendly specials. Three for me starting at $10.99 which includes a drink, starter, and main. This is a decent Chili's location in the Reno area. Like most Chili's this particular location seemed popular. There was plenty of parking. If you are using maps or GPS, it'll get you easily here. We sat at the bar and our server was attentive and kind. We got chips and salsa as well as our drinks quickly. The bar atmosphere was fun! This restaurant was clean and spacious! We were told they didn't have any skillet queso made (it was around 6:30 pm..strange.. never has happened at other locations) so they just give us chips and salsa.. said it'd be comp'd and the queso would be out in 50 mins. My order was incorrect, I was given boneless wings instead of bone in but let it slide.. however my sliders were cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. We told the server and he literally brought a spare plate out, told me to put the meat on there and went to "heat it up". I would've handled that differently but oh well. We arrived and were greeted and seated quickly in the back dining area. The dining areas are segmented to give a more intimate feel. We both ordered the 3 for special. It includes a burger w/ fries, starter side and a drink. We ordered the smash burgers, one with baked potato soup and the other with a salad. The sides were rather small as you will see in the pics. The burgers were tasty and the patties cooked to order. Although there was a mix up on the burger condiments that were corrected by our waitress. We headed to Chili's again for lunch yesterday and even though the parking lot seemed full, our 5-person party was easily accommodated at a nearby booth as soon as we walked through the door. Our server, Anayeli, soon appeared to take our drink orders and after a while our entree orders: a Big Smash Burger with a side of fries, two orders of the Crispy Crispers with a side of fries and mac-and-cheese, a Smokehouse Combo with 2 orders of Spicy, Cheddar Sausage and an order of Crispy Crispers and a side of mac-and-cheese and fries, and lastly, an order of the 16-pcs Bone-in Wings (plain) with a side of bleu cheese dressing. For dessert the kids opted for the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie. All the food arrived in a timely manner, we received refills on our drinks without having to ask for it, all the food had plentiful sharable portions. All our entrees were well made, tasted great and everyone enjoyed their meal. Our server, Anayeli was awesome; she checked up our party multiple times and was exceptionally friendly, professional and courteous. What can I say about Chili's other than it's Chili's. Foods pretty standard, but when we want a guaranteed decent meal it always hits the spot. Prices aren't bad, seating is very prompt, and I don't think I've ever had bad service. Always get checked on at a good pace, refills always come at a great time. read more

I can't say I've ever had bad service or meal at this location or their NW Reno location. Chili's is my daughter's favorite and we would regularly visit over the years. We were shopping in the area, so my daughter recommended we just ate here for old times sake. I conceded. Usually I don't care for crowds, but throughly enjoyed my meal and visit with my kids. I'm not sure when we'll be back, but if this Chili's remains in town, we'll most likely circle back. Our server and support staff were great and got my kids food out right away. Tip: for those of you looking for a cold brew in the warmer months or whenever you want one, Chili's pours the coldest brews on tap and their margaritas aren't bad either. Pretty decent meal and for a great price! Came here with my two little dudes for a quick dinner after school and everything was served as we ordered it, quickly, and everyone enjoyed. The boys each got kids meals, one side (plus an extra side for $1), served with chocolate milk for $6.99 each. I got the three for me with a burger, cup of soup, fries, and a soda for $10.99. Kids enjoyed their meals and mine was tasty too. Food came fast and the kids loved playing with the table game consoles when they finished eating. Waited for over an hour just to have them come tell our party it will be about 35 minutes more of a wait. But yet, they (including the front end manager) just kept seating people when they could have simply pushed a few tables or sat us in a section that would have seated everyone in our party. Poor decision Chili's ! I was restaurant management for over 20 years and it baffles me that Chili's management has no direction or organization. Great! We're always well taken care of here, even during busy hours. My only pet peeve is that kids are allowed in the bar, and I wish the managers would not let that happen. The bar area should remain for twenty-one and older only. Most of the staff have been great except for a few of the hosts who have had attitudes, neglected to provide menus, and had inappropriate conversations with co-workers in front of the bar. The food has always been excellent though. I usually can't get away from the chili smash burger, but I tried the new bacon and guacamole chicken sandwich and it has gone to the top of my list. The fries could be much better, but they're edible enough. I also got the chicken enchilada soup which never fails, it's always amazing and my number one choice for soups. Last but not least is the Radical 'Rita. It's really the nostalgia of the 90's, Saved By The Bell and the limited edition Swizzle sticks to stir your drink and to collect. Won't be back to chilis unfortunately. Everytime I get an itch to go there, I remember why I haven't been in forever. Service is always lack luster. Food is always weird. Fries were cold and stale. Burger had no flavor. Just very meh dinner. My husband got the chicken crisper combo. Chicken was chewy, fries were stale. I also got a side of the street corn and asked for it to be brought to me with dinner and they brought it before they even brought the soup. Just simple things like that always make our experience poor. Ended our night with the chocolate molten lava cake which is the real reason I go. I called ahead to see what the wait time for a party of 12 would be, was told it would be about 45 minutes. The woman put me on the wait-list. We came about 15 minutes later and I checked in with the young man and woman at the hostess station. Unfortunately, there is nowhere to sit or stand out of the way and it was too cold to stand outside. After standing around and in the way for a little over an hour I checked in with the woman and was told "well we're still at a 50 minute wait, so it'll probably be atleast 30 minutes" when we asked why we were told 45 minutes originally they denied anyone would tell us that and that they have no control over wait times...what a poor excuse for service. We watched them continuously sit smaller parties again and again with seeming no desire to make or hold space for us. We decided to take my daughter's birthday dinner to another restaurant. We had a great time at Chili's, our server Rowland definitely deserves a shout out! He had a great personality, was funny, and helpful. Chili's is a casual dinner spot, it is great for a good dinner with nice deals. The 3 for me deal is great! We both ended up getting that. One with the enchilada soup and a burger, and one with the bottomless chips and salsa and the chicken crispers. The chicken crispers were a bit chewy, but not bad. I also got the zesty Korean sauce with them and it was delicious! The fries on the side of our entrees were hot and fresh. The enchilada soup was also super good. I almost filled up on the soup and chips and salsa before my food came out! No one can beat bottomless chips and salsa. The chips are a bit thin for my preference, but it being unlimited makes up for it! We even got a bag of chips and salsa to go too which was awesome! The Radical Rita also had a decent amount of alcohol, and it was a beautiful drink. We spent only $43 for the both of us with two drinks, which is almost unheard of for dinner in Reno lately. read more

Our server was excellent as well and I quite frustrated with myself for not catching his name because his service throughout the time we were there was just excellent!
