Quaint little place with awesome music and festive decor. The food is delicious and the Jamaica is superb! We'll definitely stop by again if we are ever in Reno again.

This place was so good! We came here after my nephews basketball game this past memorial weekend and the food did not disappoint. My husband got the fish tacos, I got the quesabirria tacos, my niece got the quesadillas, cousin got the torta and shrimp tacos and my other cousin got some beans and rice with something else, but it was allll soo good. No plate was left with food! Service was great we did have a mishap with the charges but that got all squared away and the vibes in there was super cute and chill! I really liked that the "garage" door could open up and you could get access to the little deck outside! Come give this lace a try if you haven't already!

I was craving enchiladas and found this restaurant through the app with excellent ratings, and it turned out to be a great choice. The service was fast and friendly despite the restaurant being full and only two staff members working. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with Vicente Fernández music followed by cumbias, which created a great vibe. The food was delicious. We ordered a pata tostada, green enchiladas, and quesabirria. The quesabirria lacked a little flavor, but it was still tasty. Overall, this is definitely a good option if you're craving Mexican food.

I read a few reviews and then before a Wolf Pack game, we decided to pop in. First up was the chips and salsa. The salsa was perfectly balanced and had a tiny kick which was perfect. I chose the fish tacos and boy oh boy, was I in for a treat. Lightly battered, crispy coating that crunched into a delicious white fish. It was light, completely non-greasy and I'm still dreaming about them. I truly want to go back again just to experience that crunchy goodness. My daughter and her boyfriend went with the birria quesadilla and quesabirria tacos. They both said the meat was well spiced and they didn't leave a crumb. College kids know good food when they eat it. Aside: the rice, which I had a bit of was so good, too. So, I could stay awake for the basketball game, I ordered a cafe de ollo. I literally forgot to take a picture, but it was exactly what I needed--warm, lightly sweetened with a spicy flavor that warmed my insides. The ambiance is clean, festive and family-friendly. On a cold winter's night, the food, drink and atmosphere totally hit the spot.

Absolutely fantastic! The happy hour here is not to be missed. Three tacos and a beer for such a great price--and they were so good I ended up ordering two rounds! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it's an awesome spot to kick back after work or meet up with friends. BiggestLittleHappyHour.com is what brought me in, and I'm glad it did. I'll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in Reno!

Visited Dream Tacos for brunch-everything was excellent! Started with mimosas and had the asada breakfast burrito and chilaquiles. This restaurant is a family affair with Luis serving and his wife cooking all the delicious food. Their family and staff are all so welcoming and nice-they make you feel right at home. Love the bright colorful interior and the festive music playing. Patio is perfect for upcoming nice weather. Love everything about this local restaurant!

    Dream tacos!

I had been meaning to try Dream Tacos for a while, as it was a place recommended to me by others. I am so glad I finally came in because as the name says - the tacos are dreamy! The tacos were not only flavorful, the textures were on point. On my tacos I got crispy cheese, which was an amazing addition. Plus the restaurant is decorated so cute, it adds a charm that makes the atmosphere feel even better as you enjoy your meal. Our staff were amazing and so considerate. Someone I was with at first ordered the soup of the day, but the staff came back to apologize as the batch of soup was not ready yet and gave her a complimentary drink.

Was craving tacos and stumbled across this place on Yelp. So glad we tried it, we will absolutely be back. I got the tacos dorados, it typically comes with carnitas or plain. I opt'd to try it with the Al pastor. The pastor is so good, it has pieces of pineapple and provides a bit of sweetness to the bites. My husband got the dream burrito with al pastor as well and was raving about it. They have great sounding drinks, next time I'd like to try a cantarita!

I have come a couple times for happy hour due to the 3 tacos and beer special. It is advertised as $9.99 but I believe it is closer to $11 now. The first time I came, the carne asada was quite good. The other time the tacos were just okay. One time, we had questions on some of the mixed drinks and the bartender came to discuss them with us. I did enjoy the Paloma and he made what my friend had requested. That kind of service brought the experience up for us.

    Oops I was hungry.

The place was very nice and clean. Service was fast and friendly. The chips were ok and so was the guac. Not really into this type of flavoring too tomato based? Still in search of the best Mexican food spot in Reno.

Chicken mole tacos, shrimp tacos, rice and beans, margaritas and wine
    Roger S.

What's not to like about this gem? Situated in a lively strip mall next to R Town Pizza, Dreams does not disappoint. From the moment we were seated, the food, drinks and atmosphere were electric. We dined on chicken mole tacos and shrimp tacos, beans and rice, margaritas and wine. We were entertained by the big screen playing Puerto Rican (?) music videos just loud enough to getcha butt bumping. The food, drink and service were outstanding and the prices reasonable. We will definitely make this part of our Saturday afternoon rotation.
