Have you heard of Dream tacos & cantina yet? My partner and I have eaten here once before, and it was delicious. However, nothing could have prepared us for the dinner that we had last night! My food looked amazing, and the waitress said it barely made out of the kitchen because the staff wanted to eat it on spot! Purposeful Pick Atmosphere: Warm, welcoming, and full of character. The open garage door creates a seamless indoor/outdoor space that opens onto a lovely patio. The only thing I'd change is that the music was just a bit too loud for my taste. It was very difficult to hold a conversation. Plant-Based Friendly: Their vegetarian burrito can easily be made vegan, making it a wonderful option for those looking for plant-based choices. Dog-Friendly: Their outdoor patio welcomes dogs, making it a great stop if you're out exploring with your four-legged companion. Service: The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we walked in. The Food: I honestly wasn't expecting to be this impressed. The vegetarian burrito absolutely blew me away. With one simple modification, it can become vegan, and every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The homemade chips and salsa were incredible too. This is easily one of the most memorable burritos I've had in a very long time, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Got here at 5:55pm and just made it for their HH! Lucky. So I got the HH Taco & Beer. One of each tacos and a Modelo! Good deal. The tortillas seemed steamed?!?! I can't really describe it. It was not good or bad, just different. I like the fact that they were NOT greasy and did NOT stick together, but the texture and flavor was just so different that it was slightly off for me. My buddy got this veggie dream burrito and loved it. Oh, and of course a Modelo, he would not/could not let me drink alone, lol. Food is GOOD. Ambiance - Small local business. Indoor and outdoor seating. Semi open kitchen, well from where I was sitting, I could see the kitchen, lol. Plenty of mall parking, but of course we just walked from next door. I had brunch here with my sister and sister in law after getting pedicures a few doors down. We were greeted upon arriving and we asked to be seated on their cute covered patio. I ordered a cold beer and a breakfast burrito and my sisters ordered Chilaquiles. They enjoyed their food, mine was okay. Thankfully my beer was served in a chilled glass; that was my favorite part besides their patio seating. They skimped on the asada in my breakfast burrito. It was mostly potatoes not even eggs. Service was fine and the restaurant itself was cute inside. I would be willing to try other items on their menu or come back to try tacos on the patio and their margaritas. This place was so good! We came here after my nephews basketball game this past memorial weekend and the food did not disappoint. My husband got the fish tacos, I got the quesabirria tacos, my niece got the quesadillas, cousin got the torta and shrimp tacos and my other cousin got some beans and rice with something else, but it was allll soo good. No plate was left with food! Service was great we did have a mishap with the charges but that got all squared away and the vibes in there was super cute and chill! I was craving enchiladas and found this restaurant through the app with excellent ratings, and it turned out to be a great choice. The service was fast and friendly despite the restaurant being full and only two staff members working. I read a few reviews and then before a Wolf Pack game, we decided to pop in. First up was the chips and salsa. The salsa was perfectly balanced and had a tiny kick which was perfect. I chose the fish tacos and boy oh boy, was I in for a treat. Lightly battered, crispy coating that crunched into a delicious white fish. It was light, completely non-greasy and I'm still dreaming about them. I truly want to go back again just to experience that crunchy goodness. My daughter and her boyfriend went with the birria quesadilla and quesabirria tacos. They both said the meat was well spiced and they didn't leave a crumb. College kids know good food when they eat it. Aside: the rice, which I had a bit of was so good, too. So, I could stay awake for the basketball game, I ordered a cafe de ollo. The tacos were not only flavorful, the textures were on point. On my tacos I got crispy cheese, which was an amazing addition. I have come a couple times for happy hour due to the 3 tacos and beer special. It is advertised as $9.99 but I believe it is closer to $11 now. The first time I came, the carne asada was quite good. The other time the tacos were just okay. One time, we had questions on some of the mixed drinks and the bartender came to discuss them with us. What's not to like about this gem? Situated in a lively strip mall next to R Town Pizza, Dreams does not disappoint. From the moment we were seated, the food, drinks and atmosphere were electric. We dined on chicken mole tacos and shrimp tacos, beans and rice, margaritas and wine. We were entertained by the big screen playing Puerto Rican (?) music videos just loud enough to getcha butt bumping. The food, drink and service were outstanding and the prices reasonable. Three tacos, a sprite with tax and tip was $28. Not sure how "market price" the lengua was and not sure if there was an extra charge for homemade tortillas. The rest of my party had chicken tacos and a carne asada burrito which were also delicious.
