    Perfect Big Smasher Burger
    Amy O.

5/31/26- Son gave me a gift card and wanted to use it before our vacation.. Crowded and loud, but seated quickly. Server was fast and efficient. Went with the lunch special 3 for $$.. Burgers were perfectly cooked and chips and salsa always a must.. Until I get another gift card.. I even have $$$ left on my gift card..

My son and I stopped by for dinner and really enjoyed it! Keta (mispelled but she has blue hair) was a great waitress and took great care of us! My son's burger was cooked all the way through and he loved it! My steak fajitas was cooked just right and really good! For my birthday i got an free dessert! Thank you!

My bestie and I came here for dinner. Our waitress was amazing. I really wish I could remember her name. She had a great sense of humor and made sure we were taken care of. I love the Fajitas here. But, since I am gluten-free I have found eating it as a casserole the best way. I just have them put all the fixinngs, rice, beans, etc. on top of the fajitas. It is so yummy and the cheese melts. Each bite is a perfect blend of rice, beans, cheese, meat, and vegetable. It is so scrumptious. The steak fajitas in my humble opinion are the best. The meat is so tender and flavorful. The vegetables are some of my favorite onions and bell peppers. The fajitas are packed with nutrition and will leave you feeling full. I get it and always have to take about half of it home with me. So the price is fair as that it makes to meals. I need to mention they also have budget friendly specials. Three for me starting at $10.99 which includes a drink, starter, and main. Plus if you sign up for their app you can get chips and salsa for free on every visit. What's better than that. My bestie got a three for me because it is a good deal.

Excellent service and great selection of food. Had the QP burger and it was delicious. The place was well kept and workers very well trained. Check it out.

My friends and I love coming for the monthly margaritas and food. The food is pretty consistent and the staff are always friendly! They get busy on weekend evenings, but a great spot for groups.

Today i went to Chillis on Virginia and S Mc Carran it was a nice chilled vibe. They had plenty of sports games to watch while eating a great big juice hamburger. The server was very attentive and all the other worker had great attitudes. Not to add my marg of the month was awesome.

We arrived and were greeted and seated quickly in the back dining area. The dining areas are segmented to give a more intimate feel. We both ordered the 3 for special. It includes a burger w/ fries, starter side and a drink. We ordered the smash burgers, one with baked potato soup and the other with a salad. The sides were rather small as you will see in the pics. The burgers were tasty and the patties cooked to order. Although there was a mix up on the burger condiments that were corrected by our waitress. Overall it was a good value as it was a notch above fast food and worth going back.

No wait on a Thursday night and the service was pretty good. My only complaint is that the broccoli that came with my meal had black spots on the base of the stems. Their Ancho Salmon wasn't bad, not dry but not super juicy.

16-pcs Bone-in Wings (plain) with a side of bleu cheese dressing

We headed to Chili's again for lunch yesterday and even though the parking lot seemed full, our 5-person party was easily accommodated at a nearby booth as soon as we walked through the door. Our server, Anayeli, soon appeared to take our drink orders and after a while our entree orders: a Big Smash Burger with a side of fries, two orders of the Crispy Crispers with a side of fries and mac-and-cheese, a Smokehouse Combo with 2 orders of Spicy, Cheddar Sausage and an order of Crispy Crispers and a side of mac-and-cheese and fries, and lastly, an order of the 16-pcs Bone-in Wings (plain) with a side of bleu cheese dressing. For dessert the kids opted for the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie. All the food arrived in a timely manner, we received refills on our drinks without having to ask for it, all the food had plentiful sharable portions. All our entrees were well made, tasted great and everyone enjoyed their meal. Our server, Anayeli was awesome; she checked up our party multiple times and was exceptionally friendly, professional and courteous. We had a very positive dining room experience during this visit and will more than return again.

    Bacon rancher burger with fries

The food was pretty exceptional though on the greasier side of things. I personally had the bacon rancher burger and it was huge but delicious. I would describe it as a more premium bigmac. The service was excellent and attentive and the whole ambience and interior was clean and quiet. Overall not bad

I can't say I've ever had bad service or meal at this location or their NW Reno location. Chili's is my daughter's favorite and we would regularly visit over the years. We were shopping in the area, so my daughter recommended we just ate here for old times sake. I conceded. Usually I don't care for crowds, but throughly enjoyed my meal and visit with my kids. I'm not sure when we'll be back, but if this Chili's remains in town, we'll most likely circle back. Our server and support staff were great and got my kids food out right away. Tip: for those of you looking for a cold brew in the warmer months or whenever you want one, Chili's pours the coldest brews on tap and their margaritas aren't bad either. If you sit in their bar area, you can order from their happy hour menu. Don't forget to leave room for dessert. It's a must here!

We had three other servers stop to ask if we needed anything or wanted to give our order, and once we made up our mind the waiter who helped us did a fantastic job. No pen or notepad, he remembered our order with full detail and not one mess up. As we finished out appetizer, sides, and meal he continued to come by and take our plates, refill our water and my coffee. He was on point. By the end of the meal I paid the bill and gave him a cash tip and thanked him. He seemed happy and thanked us for stopping in and conversing with him. Highly recommend this place to anyone, oh, and the food was on point! Sweet, savory, delicious, and it made me wish there was a place like this back home!
