Did witness them handle a college volleyball team and it seemed like the servers were up to the challenge. Order two tacos, that is plenty for a meal. The tacos are stuffed with tasty and seemingly fresh ingredients. The bar looked amazing and there was enough TVs if there was something to watch every seat could see a TV screen. I recommend this place if you're going to go in and sit down. The staff is usually friendly and they've never gotten my order wrong. I also don't mind tipping when I sit in the restaurant. I don't mind tipping a smaller amount when I'm picking the food up, but let's face it. I'm driving all the way in and if you get it wrong, I'm stuck with no food or the wrong food, at home. And because I order online, and pay online I have to tip ahead of time. I suggest if you order here you order on the phone let them know you'll pay when you get there, make sure you have your food before you pay and then decide if you want tip. Don't do it ahead of time. I feel like once people get their tip. They have no interest in doing your order properly or in a timely fashion. that being said, we ordered dinner .... couple of appetizers, tacos and a bowl. Double checked it looked great. Check the receipt. It was correct. Got the food and the tacos were missing. I live 10 miles away from this place so imagine having to turn all the way around. second there were couple of things that I changed like no jalapeños, but guess what they stuck them in anyway. These are not issues I have when I go into the restaurant. But at that point I had already ordered online gave them a tip and was sort of stuck. not like you can ask for the tip back. My husband went back in to let them know that there was food missing and the waitress went in the back and got the tacos, but there was never an apology or she could have said, I'm sure glad you didn't get all the way home. Very few customers, went to the bar on my own for the fresh lime as I requested and no black beans as ordered. It really surprises me that the server and "perhaps supervisor" never said "I'm sorry" until it was brought to their attention. Customer service should ALWAYS be number one! Grateful to be here for the first review on the first day of Condado Perrysburg! This is their 35th location so I still consider them to be a small business and out of Ohio! I tried a couple of the tacos and the Bad Habit was my favorite. It has tequila lime steak, rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, Mexican chimichurri, and habanero mango sauce. I liked it so much I had to order another one. The guacamole wasn't my favorite, but the verde salsa was good. I appreciate they aren't afraid to bring a little heat that does not come from hot sauce packets. Tacos are about $5 each and I'd recommend 2-3 for a hearty meal. Flavors seem to come together well for what we tried. The only miss for me was the guacamole was not my favorite (think more baby food smooth than chunky) and the chips here are a little thick (but still fresh fried) for my preference. The house margaritas made everything taste better and something I'd order again for sure. Service was really nice. You can tell the management and servers alike care, believe in their food, and want you to have a great experience. So friendly. The atmosphere is also one of the most artistic spots in Toledo for a meal. Walking in, you'll see wall to wall custom graffiti art that took special attention to bring in some local landmarks if you look closely. The food had good flavor. But the proportions were really off. I had ordered the easy pleasy, and it was pretty much all rice. My husband got the chicken bacon ranch and it had so many diced tomatoes it was soggy. The guac was tasty but it had giant chunks of avocado in it, which is okay, just not my preference. Again, the flavors were good. Maybe it was because we had a to go order? It was fast service. But again, for me it was the proportions, we spent like 40$ and barely ate half of it. Absolutely horrible let experience on it first, and last, visit to this location. For starters know going in you're going for massively overpriced hipster tacos. We've eaten the other Toledo location, and meh, but the wife likes it. We figured we'd stop on Friday since we could at least catch happy hour and only pay a ridiculous $6 for margaritas instead of the insane $9+ So we get seated about 5:40, start looking over the menu. Decide on some drinks and are talking with my kid about which crazy priced dips to get (be prepared to pay even for chips and salsa). As we're deciding between multiple 2 $6 dips or going all in for the $15 trio my wife comments that it's crazy nobody has stopped over. She's right, of course, as by this time it is 5:51. Finally we've decided what we're ordering and still nobody to be seen for service and the wife (who chose the place and likes it) comments that that other table was getting their food and they were seated right after us...huh Last straw. Table right next to us gets seated at 5:59 a and a waitress hurries over making sure to let them know they had exactly 1 minute to order drinks to still get happy hour prices. We were done. Told the hostesses we had sat there for 20 mins and nobody even said hello. Know going in you're going to drop a fortune here (assuming anybody ever waits on you). I assume the food is similar to the other location so it'll probably taste fine. It bears no resemblance to actual Mexican food and costs double. Emma , our server was prompt , made recommendations, and we were very satisfied with our service. Our family today was my wife , my 5 yr old son, and myself. Needless to say we have very different tastes. Fortunately you pretty much can get it your way or order the ones that they have prepared . I did a mix of 3 different types of tacos . By 5 year old had two and my wife tried something way different than her usual style. The costs seemed a little higher than we were expecting for a lunch , but we generally don't care about the price as long as flavor, portion and service are adequate. The flavors offer a modernized and American driven feel. Casual atmosphere is welcoming, but really loud due to the open area and its acoustics. So we went there to meet friends. It was a full disappointment. From the outside it looks like a great place. It is a glorified taco bell. Yes the have some interesting menu choices. The depth of flavor just isn't there it seems as though they just empty can and warm it up. For all the Mexican Restaurants in the area there are much better choices for the same menu price. The server was very nice and friendly. The rood runners had no clue what food went to what table so there is a management issue there as well. No Mexican place has ever made me go to the bathroom before to the point where I'm running to the bathroom. Definitely the beef or chicken... we both had 1 of each so it has to be that. I normally love Condado and have been to them in a bunch of different cities, but I was thoroughly disappointed today. We ordered chips and salsa, they brought out the salsa and we sat there waiting for 25 minutes just for our chips and for our waters. 2 out of my 3 tacos were incorrect. They had me pick the stuff off of the one taco they had me keep that wasn't correct. They only took one taco back and were going to remake it. Well, they forgot to remake it after we asked twice. Never got our water refilled even though we were sitting in the blazing sun. When we asked to get a discount or something, they only comped one taco and never even offered it to go or anything. Meal was still 45 dollars and I'm still hungry, but now sad lol. read more
