5 STAR EXPERIENCE Stopped in for dinner after a family outing regardless of having an early dinner at home. I was basically set on not ordering anything as I did not have much of an appetite. Moreover, just about anything I may have ordered was going to be about a $20 spend. David, was the server for our table that night. I was just about set on NOT ordering anything as I was just accompanying my family for dinner; David, however, was able to make some great recommendations for something to order. He recommended something under the "3 for me deals". That recommendation pulled me in! I ordered the smash burger - aka the Big Smasher. I ended up enjoying it more than I expected! Awful food. Period. Our app, triple dipper never came out. We had to ask for it, came to the table. Wrong app combo. Server fixed it. Nashville hot moz, southwest eggroll, the lil sliders. The hot moz, the first bite. Turned my stomach. A block of hard cheese not even melted through with some disgusting Nashville sauce. Son's ribeye looked like horsemeat. Other son had a shrimp and chicken pasta with a garlic bread, that looked like the best thing on the table. Shark attack drink was ok The passionfruit marg tasted ok I had shrimp fajitas, swimming in oil, black beans were cold, rice wasn't cooked. I literally went to the bathroom and got sick. The drinks weren't drank, the food was almost all untouched, server never really checked on us. As a server myself, I'm observant, if I see untouched meals, I investigate. Ask questions. I asked for boxes, I wanted to try to salvage 140 dollars of food. She gave me boxes and instead of handing them to me, she sits them on the booth seat! I looked at her like wtf!?! In total disbelief! That's where people put their butts! By this time I just wanted out of there. I had a gift card and it took care of some of the bill. My son left 10 dollar tip. Honestly I should've disputed bill and service, but my stomach was on fire. Also, I noticed no salt and peppers on table, no sugar caddy. On any tables. No manager present anywhere. We had a party of 42 today after a funeral for a relative. The food was as always great. We had such a variety of tastes in the crowd. Everyone satisfied. Ariana and the rest of their crew were amazing keeping up with our demands however soft the asks were. Lol we had a nice cool side of the restaurant shades pulled down. I'm sorry, but what happened to my steak?! I ordered the 3 for Me deal and this was honestly a huge disappointment. The steak was tiny, looked overcooked and dry, and definitely did not look appetizing when I opened the container. The asparagus was okay, but the steak was absolutely not it! I'm not expecting a steakhouse-quality meal from Chili's, but I do expect the food to be properly cooked and presented. The restaurant was super busy on a Sunday afternoon, but that didn't stop of from being seating within 5 minutes and helped. The hostess was lovely and accommodating. Our server Erick went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. He provided us with a variety of options that fit our budget and offered sauces I didn't even think to add. The environment was perfect, not too loud, but still can enjoy the baseball game. I'm definitely coming back for that amazing customer service! Shoutout to Erick. We came today to try out the new Nashville cheese sticks and Boi let me tell you they did not disappoint. They're fire. We also got chicken and shrimp pasta which I ordered with extra sauce and they didn't hesitate to bring me 2 cups of that sauce to put more on my pasta the waiter was very super nice very friendly. Our latest foray here with friends was a mixed bag. My Fajitas Trio of shrimp, chicken, and steak were very good, and I was even given more Flour Tortillas without charge to support them. But an order of Guacamole arrived ice cold at the table, and Diane's Chicken Crispers were overcooked. French Fries were okay. An included side of Black Beans was excellent. 3 of us went and the only thing that was at least average was the ribs and it cost a heck of a lot compared to all those deals they commercialize. Not only was my order incorrect, I paid extra for add-ons that were nowhere to be found. I called back, snapped a photo as proof, and the woman on the phone (Serena -- or "Serenity," whoever she was) lazily scribbled my name and number and promised a manager would call. That was this past Sunday. Crickets. I called again yesterday and spoke to some guy who was "covering" from another location; he couldn't -- or wouldn't -- help either and again said a manager would call me back. Still nothing. No apology, no refund, no corrected order, and no follow-through. That level of incompetence and disrespect is astonishing. This isn't a one-time slip -- it's a pattern: take the money, give the wrong food, ignore the customer. Poor food, worse service, and zero accountability. After 10 yrs ago, ( bad experience) and a gift card, decided to return and try it again. Fajitas for two was edible only., first the plate was not sizziling and barely warm...Chix and beef were dry and barely warm, ...all the sauces and peppers on the bottom... no dinner plates as if we had to share the pile of what not onto the table. This is my comfort place, 100%. I have come here every birthday (or have tried to) since I was 12, so around 4 or 5 years or so. Food is great! Usually 10/10 for me, but if not that then the least I'd rate it would be an 8/10. The only thing usually wrong with it is that I eat too much of it and accidentally make myself a little sick cause I love it so much lol. Service is also great usually! Servers are almost always attentive, and when they aren't it's because they're busy attending to other tables when the place is busy (which is totally fine by me). The servers also have nice vibes, almost always smiling which makes the mood feel light. And overall vibe of the place is nice. Casual chattering among other customers and the occasional louder-than-necessary conversation held by some as well lol. The only thing I have to comment on is the cleanliness. It's okay, but could definitely be better. We've come across many tables, and seats, that were sticky or still had some food on them from the last people there, leaving me and my family to clean up the leftover mess sometimes. Horrible experience here. I will NEVER go back. I was watching football game with family and another customer made a racist remark cause we were cheering for the football games. Employees were rude to us and We got kicked out for arguing with the other customer for making Racial remarks. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . AND WILL NEVER GO BACK.
