4/10/26.. Having dinner with my family. And I order Italian herb chicken with baked potato. I ate quarter to almost half of it and seen my chicken was very pink wasn't cooked all the way it was raw. I felt Disgusted and terrible that I ate raw chicken. People don't eat their food terrible.

If you grew up on Sizzler, then you'll love this location. It's true to its origin. I like going here for lunch and doing the salad bar and 6 ounce steak typically a salad bar is really good and fully stocked and the steak is the original sizzler steakhouse steak Not a bad deal for a good lunch.

I always catch grief when I say I love Sizzler as if it's some low class establishment, But I always have the best experience when I visit the Waterman location in San Bernardino, first off the restaurant is CLEAN the salad bar is very clean and always well stocked and turned over. The Guest service is exceptional and super friendly we always get the same servers and she is amazing I wish I remembered her name she and all of the bus staff and servers are great. I always order the Steak and all you can eat shrimp with a one trip salad bar. The steak is always cooked perfect the shrimps are plentiful. My only gripe is that I wish they still brought a basket of cheese toast instead of the single toast with the meal but that's just me being a fatty lol. Great job as always Waterman Sizzler in San Bernardino I'll be back in a couple weeks!!! Oh and PS the new potato salad on the salad bar is really good and I'm gonna need to know where I can get a gallon of that cocktail sauce HAHAHA!!!

I have fond childhood memories of Sizzler, because that's where my folks would take me when we "ate out". However, as I got older, I got disenchanted and stopped going for over a decade. My wife and I went on a whim and we are glad we did. The crew at this sizzle was outstanding. Even though we arrived a little past eight, on the last hour of the restaurant being open, the folks working there were still super welcoming and accommodating. The dining room while dated, was clean and well put together. They worked diligently in ensuring the restaurant was being cleaned, the salad bar stocked, and managed to do all this while still being attentive to the needs of the diners. What I was most impressed by, was when I ordered my steak medium-rare, they nailed it spot on seasoned fabulously. This was better than some "fine-dining" restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised.

Saw this on way through Redlands. Had not eaten here since I was much younger. About 20 years ago. I loved this place growing up as a kid. I got the sirloin with all you can eat shrimp and backed potato. It also came with their famous cheese toast. I will say some of the rating is due to nostalgia. It was just as I remembered. The steak was not a great cut and was overcooked but not bad. It was juicy. The shrimp was good and I liked that since it's all you can eat they load the plate up to start off. I might go back but quality was so so and was a little expensive for what it wad. However if you are like me it was worth the nostalgia.

The vaunted Salad Bar! *dramatic music*

I have to echo some of Kenny M's sentiments when it comes to Sizzlers. I have fond memories of them in general. When I was a kid from the early to mid 80s onward, Sizzler was the where the family would take us when we wanted to "go out to dinner" and they didn't want to break the bank. For a long time, I thought that Sizzler was the definition of a steakhouse. Of course, having grown up since then (and having become the foodie I now am), I've learned my lesson; and yes, a bit of the shine and polish has worn off the chain in general. But let's face it, for a long time, Sizzler was the steakhouse for the masses. This particular location is one of few left in the area, especially since the one in Redlands closed and became a Dennys recently. The chain has contracted quite a bit in recent years. This one is located on Waterman Ave near Hospitality Lane surrounded on many sides by hotels. I wouldn't doubt if said hotels provide many of their customers. Dominating the center of the dining area is, of course, the salad bar. Sizzler has become famous for these; and the San Bernardino one does not disappoint. Every time I've visited this location, their food at the salad bar was fresh and plentiful with lots of selections. They even have a "side bar" that has fried chicken wings (these are yummy!!) a mini taco/nacho bar, spaghetti with sauce and meatballs, and the last time we went (earlier tonight)..orange chicken (this was really yummy too actually). We've ordered other entrees from here in the past and were please with the quality. Yelpers note - I'm still addicted to their Malibu Chicken! One pleasant thing about this location is that the manager is always a friendly and helpful; and the waitresses are always smiling, pleasant and give excellent service. That's always encouraging to see at a, shall we say...non higher-end establishment. To be honest, the food is delicious but nothing super special. We've never had anything bad here. The food itself gets a solid 3 stars; but the pleasant and cheerful attitude of the employees here..on a consistent basis...earns this location a 4th star easily. Certainly with a visit!

The young lady that walked us back to our table didn't even make eye contact with us Right away I was like oh there's the 3 stars. We got sat in Hailey's section. I'm so glad we did. Hailey greeted us as soon as we sat down with a friendly smile. We Informed Hailey it was our first time and we needed some time to order. Hailey went over the menu with us gave us some suggestions and was genuinely curious asking questions on what we might enjoy. We took Hailey suggestion and ordered the Filet Medallions with veggies and sweet potatoes. 10/10 recommended! We also ordered the chicken and Filet combo. Pleasantly surprised the chicken was not dry! The mashed potatoes were so good nice and fresh! The ribs needed to be recooked and Hailey was so sweet about us sharing how they were over cooked. She didn't make us feel bad for reordering new ones. She apologized and brought us new ones and those in fact did fall off the bone! Overall the vibes were busy in the restaurant but, Hailey's genuine personality, friendly smile and gracious suggestions made this visit worth while! Because of her we rate this location 5/5 starts!

First of all, the rolls that they bring to the table as they seat you are dangerous good. You can easily get full off of these without realizing it because they are not stingy with these things. Soft, chewy and slightly sweet, and even better with the apple butter it comes with. Secondly, for the money, the food is very good. My smokehouse burger was excellent, full of cheeses mushrooms, and onions. It was huge but I wanted more. The steak fries were pretty good as well. My wife had a filet that would be triple the price at a fancy steakhouse, but to be honest, this one was every bit as good. This is the only one I've ever been to, so I don't know if the service is this good at all of them, but the waitstaff was awesome. The place was packed and food and drinks came out quick and right when you needed it. They were super friendly no matter which employee you came across. I did notice they really pack the folks in here, so to be honest, I felt a bit cramped, but the food and the service definitely made up for it. If I lived closer to one I'd definitely put it on the rotation. I will not complain if anyone suggested going here either. If you want a good tasting and quality steakhouse meal, you cannot beat the value here. It is hands down the best chain steakhouse I've ever been to.

We also ordered both the red and green chilaquiles: * The red chilaquiles were so tasty, with a subtle heat that lingers without overwhelming. * The green chilaquiles (my wife's choice) had a bright, lemony, flavorful kick. My wife also had a crepe, which was very enjoyable. Pulling into the parking lot, we weren't sure what to expect, this place blends right into its surroundings and gives major "if you know, you know" energy. It's literally next to a collector's shop. Walking inside felt like stepping into an old movie, very cozy, dim, and full of character. Booth seating is limited, so we started at a small table with the option to move once a booth opened up. Drinks in hand, we took in the scene and quickly realized this spot has karaoke and a loyal group of regulars who bring the entertainment. We ordered pan seared ahi and potato skins to start, and once we moved to a booth, the food arrived. The ahi was fresh and surprisingly good, especially for my first time trying it. The potato skins were classic and paired perfectly with our drinks. For entrées, we both went with the ribeyes and chose baked potatoes as our sides. The steaks came out tender, juicy, flavorful and honestly far better than we expected. The kind of meal that makes you pause mid‑bite and look at each other like, "Wait... this is actually delicious." And the pricing? Perfect. Almost unbelievable for the quality of the food, service, and overall experience. Between the great steaks, friendly staff, lively atmosphere, and the chance to just relax and enjoy each other's company, this place delivered exactly what we needed. We'll definitely be back.

We started with two Old Fashioned cocktails, one a Crème Brûlée and the other a Blackberry. Both were unique, outstandingly delicious, and at $9 each, a real steal. So much so, we shared a second Crème Brulé Old Fashioned. FOOD: They started us off with a complimentary basket of Cheesy Garlic Bread. We ordered the Sautéed Mushrooms ($14) to share. My mother-in-law got the Lamp Burger ($13) served with fries, and my wife and I both ordered the Prime Rib (Queen Cut $37) served with veggies & fries. We both got the side salad, but I also ordered a cup of Chili Verde soup ($5). I asked for a side of blue cheese dressing and received a small cup of the homemade blue cheese dressing using Gorgonzola which was fantastic! We finished it off with their Brown Butter Cake ($10) served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I can't begin to emphasize how delicious everything was, and the service was top notch. I guess the lesson is, don't judge a book by its cover (or the parking lot). We had a delicious meal, fantastic cocktails, and excellent service. We'd most definitely return for another visit.
