Every blue moon somebody will make a chili's request. OK let's go to Chili's. They usually don't have anything for me. Looks like today's gonna be a pescatarian day. I hate eating animals ! Absolutely nothing else to eat for me here. Come on guys, you can have a vegetarian option . Unfortunately, everything went wrong for my cousin order. From the table being wobbly , Silverware being dirty , food too spicy and our drink order was wrong. All a case of miscommunication . Listen when I go out to eat, and I finally get to a restaurant and want to try to make the best out of it. I'll hold my foot on the table so I won't move around . After reading the reviews on this particular Chili's we (group of 3) went in nervous about our dinning experience because of the reviews but after the diner we were all raving about how the experience was. The waitress was phenomenal and consistently viewing our table and bringing us refills on our drinks and chips the whole time (before the drinks were even fully empty). She was super nice and payed attention to us and all the tables around us. The food came out fast even for the Chilis being super packed. All the food was hot and delicious/well seasoned . It is a Chili's so you expect what the chilis experience normally is but this chilis was fast, clean, and delicious. read more

My boyfriend and I had a gift card that we received on Christmas to Chili's and so we came here to use it this past week. It was our Anniversary week and we thought we would celebrate a lunch here. And that was the best decision we could have made , regardless of using the gift card our visit here to Chili's was a special one too. The Atmosphere here was such a pleasant one from the very beginning just walking thru the front door and right away being treated so welcome. Our servers name was Adree and what can I say but she was the one of the best servers we have ever had, here in San Bernardino area or anywhere. Adree was attentive and sweet and most of all she made our visit here so very special indeed. Not alot of servers do that anymore in this day of age so when one does they need to be recognized for it ! The lunch was exceptionally delicious as well, hats off to the kitchen staff as well . Honestly I used to love coming to this chilis, I've visited with family and friends but this last experience really ruined this location for me! When my family and I walked in it was pretty slow but I don't expect food to come out like the speed of lightning, that's simply not how that work so I'll definitely be patient. Now to the problem here, we were sat next to the bar and it was pretty chill, there was a lady sitting in the high chairs next to us and it seemed like she worked there, our server was constantly stopping at that table and talking to her, we all ordered at the same time, it had been about 20 minutes and everyone else's food came out but mine, by the time I got my food everyone has finished there's. Our server was nowhere to be found and someone new started serving our table. For it being a chill day it was pretty disappointing. Chilis is located off E Hospitality in San Bernardino with plenty of parking. I will start by saying our server/bartender was great. No issues there at all other than both my husband and I asking for no tomatoes on our entrees and both of us receiving tomatoes . ( this doesn't necessarily mean it was his issue, it could have been back of house). We sat at the end of the bar near the kitchen and at one point the back of the house was BLARING their music . Because we were sitting in the bar, we were able to hear the bar music AND the music from the kitchen and it was just unpleasant to even try to have a conversation. We didn't want to leave our server in the middle of us eating so we just stayed there and got through our meal. They finally turned their music down and we were able to stay for another drink. We also did not have a condiment cady or menus so we had to go get one off a nearby table and our self checkout kiosk was broken . Went to Chilis to enjoy a nice dinner and left disappointed. I went here on Monday with the fam just to leave early. Went in got a table pretty quick which was good. After being seated we were looking at the menu getting our order ready. After 10 minutes of waiting we decided to give it another 5 minutes before deciding to leave. We observe the staff serving and taking orders but we just sat there waiting after giving them 5 minutes we decided to call it a day and leave. We left and decided to get something else to eat. Let me start by saying we had a 25-minute wait and we only waited for 10 minutes. They called our party in early. I was with my daughter and my grandbabies. Our server was named David and he was awesome. He totally rocked. He was very patient with us and he helped with the menus so we know what we really wanted to order so that no money was wasted or food. Our burgers had came out, not well done and we asked them if they can have our burgers well done and the manager Ray came out and he was super duper awesome! He gave us more burgers that were well done And he apologized for them even though it wasn't the cooks fault. Came in with my 2 children about 8pm on a Saturday night and was immediately sat on the right side closest to the kitchen. We were quickly attended to by a server Andy who took our drink order. Took about 5 minutes to bring the drinks and about 15 minutes to come back and take our actual order. I ordered chips and salsa and the triple trio as an appetizer. Noticing that Andy was busy I gave him a couple minutes, and at the 25-minute mark, I asked him to please check in our appetizer. Being that we were already in 2nd basket of chips and salsa, we didn't want to get full of chips. It took about 35 minutes for our trio to get to our table. We are in our visit now for about an hour and our food is finally coming out. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza and oranges and my son the Mac n cheese and fries. Their food came out first. About 10 minutes later, my Cajon shrimp pasta came out. They quickly dropped it off and left me with no utensils. I was looking at my pasta and noticed the shrimp was extremely over cooked stuck together and rock hard. The parm cheese was crushed over as If my plate had been sitting for a while. The plate actually looked disgusting. After sitting for a good 15 minutes and not seeing our waiter i flagged down anyone I could and asked for the manager. Andy finally came out to ask if everything was OK. I stated absolutely not. My exact words were "your kitchen should be embarrassed to serve this plate" which he agreed it looked not good. I also asked for utensils and refill. Which I don't think I should even have to ask for. The manager followed and asked me what was going on. Well I gave him a list of things. 1. Where I was sitting I could hear EVERY conversation the kitchen staff was having, and none seemed work appropriate. Probably why the food was below average. 2. The length of time it took for my food to come out was not acceptable. 3. The plate that came out was an embarrassing representation of your kitchen. I will say he was extremely apologetic and brought me another pasta that he personally made. After all of that I was asked maybe 10x if everything was OK. If my food was tasty. And the server was now on top of things. When payment came I did notice that my server took the table screen where I am able to log into my rewards and pay. Which made me realize that I was unable to do the survey that the screen ask at the end of payment. It was working, there was nothing wrong because he had me log into it with my phone number. Andy stated that the manger had taken off our dessert. A mesaly 10 dollar. I boxed my pasta which I didn't eat. It took too long and at then end I wasn't even hungry at that point. My children had already eaten. I've been to this chili's before and I must have had a good experience to be a returning customer. After this visit I definitely will not be returning and I definitely would not recommend visiting. Go else where. My only regret is not taking a picture of the pasta they served me. We came to dine in 2/21/24 around 9:10pm this evening and the doors were locked. We could clearly see people dining in and food coming out of the kitchen. We made eye contact with a server to notify that the door was locked and she motioned with her hand that they were closed even though the hours of operation outside the building clearly states that they close at 10:30pm. We called the restaurant and were given the excuse that the screens in the kitchen were not operating. We will never return to this Chili's again due to lack of service. If I could leave zero stars I would. My family and I arrived for lunch and they asked for our information to add us to the list. They said it would be a 35 minute wait. We waited for about 10 minutes when the hostess came over and rudely asked if we wanted to be added to the list. We told her we thought we were on the list. Rudly she said "We don't got no name or number for you, so do you want to be on the list or not? Her rudeness and unprofessional attitude made me mad and I told her we wouldn't be staying. I went to the to go desk to ask for a manager and there were no employees there. I peeked my head around the wall and said excuse me. Several employees looked at me and kept walking. One employee said she'd go get a manager and went outside. The hostess followed her. They came back in and the hostess grabbed another employee by the arm and went behind the wall and started talking about me and using racial slurs. My blood was boiling and I knew I had to leave. I walked to the front and my mom was standing at the bar area talking to a young man. He said they had no manager there, but asked how he could help us. We explained the situation and he said "So what do you want me to do?" At that point I was beyond mad and asked for the number to the corporate office. He brought it out and we left. No apology for the poor treatment by the staff and I'm sure their behavior will be over looked. I got to my car and called the number and that was a joke. After about 4 prompts it goes to voicemail and disconnects. There's no way to contact them via telephone. I sent an email, but it caps you at 600 characters. I'm hoping someone calls me back. Also, when I peeked behind the wall I saw the kitchen. It was disgusting. Stuff all over the floor, employees on their phones, and employees fixing their hair. Disgusting!! Yesterday, May 20, 2024, I called Chili's and spoke with a manager named Neo or Neil and explained that my chicken quesadillas that I ordered last week were uncooked. I explained that I'm a disabled veteran and that when I order something, I need it to be cooked properly because it defeats the purpose of me being ill and needing to order food and receiving said food After dropping $50-60 on it and having to cook it on my skillet; but this time I did not have the health or energy. Every time I seem to order these quesadillas that I love, I keep getting chicken strips with shredded cheese thrown on a tortilla that looks like it was microwaved instead of cooked to a crisp. My tortilla is completely uncooked. I called for 30 minutes yesterday on 2 cell phones simultaneously before Neo/Neil answered the phone, and he promptly said. "I can't help, I'll transfer you." and then put me back on hold on purpose and continued ignoring the call, because I was trying to place my order online but have my quesadillas remade so that I could order delivery and have the quesadillas put in with my online order. So I had to drive all the way down there when I shouldn't have been driving. I should have been resting after being released from the hospital, but I had to get my food corrected for dinner because we had no groceries since I was in the hospital. Only for him to try to chastise me And tell me that it's supposed to be made the same day The mistake is made. How are you gonna do that, sir? If I ordered at night and by the time I even saw my food, your business was closing. Plus, I had a doordashed to me, and then I went into the hospital. You're trying to tell me that Chili would have paid to remake my order and have it delivered to my home for the second time that night? I think not. you guys don't even have the capability of making a chicken quesadilla correctly, and you honestly expect me to believe that you're going to spend an extra $15 to redeliver my order. Please stop with all the lies. and you're some 20 plus year old kid trying to chastise A 46 year old disabled veteran over your laziness and screw up. Oh, in that 30 minutes of calling them when I walked in, they weren't even busy. There's only ONE TABLE that had patrons there. There were 2 employees sitting down and another one was looking at the phone, ringing. And then the manager comes up, and he's just looking at the phone ringing. And I'm like, "Yeah, that's me on the phone. I've been on the phone for 30 minutes. And you guys are all just walking past it." and he says, looking at the ringing phone. "Oh, this is you calling?" Reading my last name out loud from Caller ID. So basically, they're looking at my name because you can see who was calling in with caller ID, and they're purposely ignoring the phone call. So, I can read in between the lines, that you're saying you don't want me and my family to patron your establishment after 6 years of loyalty to the Hospitality location by purposely ignoring my phone call. A lot of you large restaurant companies are already filing for bankruptcy and going downhill. I can take my business elsewhere to a company that takes pride in their company, Knows how to answer the phone, Knows how to complete orders correctly, Treats their patrons with respect, as the people who keep the place in business. It's nothing off my back. I've already contacted my bank to get my money returned to me since you guys don't want to be bothered to do your job correctly. You all have CHOSEN to hire people They have continued to use the excuse of COVID to drive your business into the ground with their laziness, despite California increasing their pay to $20 an hour, so let that sink in to carefully vet your future managers and employees because your entire corporations depend on What caliper of employees you all choose to hire and clearly you guys have scraped the bottom of the barrel with this staff. Goodbye, chili's. I have been with you for a majority of my 46 years of life, and I have been loyal to the hospitality location for 6 years, of which the previous 5 years were excellent. But it's clear you all don't care who you hire anymore, and with the cost of inflation, your company is no longer worth it for me to spend my precious coins at. So, you all win, Neo/Neil. You don't have to worry about my orders anymore from my family to your establishment. **As far as a picture with the multiple phone calls to Chili's, When you're placed on hold for so long, Even though you're clicking 1 to continue remaining on hold, eventually, the system says they can't help you and it hangs up on you and you have to call right back and start the whole process all over again.** Please compare pictures of my uncooked chicken quesadillas compared to what they're supposed to look like when the tortilla is crisped. read more

The service here was horrible for my family and I on Sunday evening. We went in as a party of 8. 5 adults and 3 kids. The server asked us and wrote our name and phone number down and said it would be a 15-20 min wait. Cool. As more families were coming in and in large groups as well, we notice they were getting seated first than us. We went inside and asked the lady and she was confused and kept asking us how many in our party... she wrote us down as just 5!!!!! She kept asking and asking to the point we almost waited over 40 mins. Walked in today at 6:00 wasn't to busy, the bar had about three open tables. When we went to check in the hostess told us we could take any of the open seats at the bar once they get cleaned, not once did she ask someone to go ahead and clean them. Waited for about 20 mins and not one persone bothered to clean the tables, the hostess saw us clearly still waiting and still did nothing to help. I have been to this Chili's before and honestly it either is always under staffed or just no one bothers to clean tables. So disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE.
