Went to Chilis to enjoy a nice dinner and left disappointed. I went here on Monday with the fam just to leave early. Went in got a table pretty quick which was good. After being seated we were looking at the menu getting our order ready. After 10 minutes of waiting we decided to give it another 5 minutes before deciding to leave. We observe the staff serving and taking orders but we just sat there waiting after giving them 5 minutes we decided to call it a day and leave. We left and decided to get something else to eat. Let me start by saying we had a 25-minute wait and we only waited for 10 minutes. They called our party in early. I was with my daughter and my grandbabies. Our server was named David and he was awesome. He totally rocked. He was very patient with us and he helped with the menus so we know what we really wanted to order so that no money was wasted or food. Our burgers had came out, not well done and we asked them if they can have our burgers well done and the manager Ray came out and he was super duper awesome! He gave us more burgers that were well done And he apologized for them even though it wasn't the cooks fault. I didn't expect that because I was the one that forgot to say well done on the burgers so their staff was awesome. Are you saying happy birthday to my grandbaby? Everything here from the staff to the other guest to the food was awesome. I totally appreciate and love being here and we would definitely come back. Because everything was just wonderful. Chilis is located off E Hospitality in San Bernardino with plenty of parking. I will start by saying our server/bartender was great. No issues there at all other than both my husband and I asking for no tomatoes on our entrees and both of us receiving tomatoes . ( this doesn't necessarily mean it was his issue, it could have been back of house). We sat at the end of the bar near the kitchen and at one point the back of the house was BLARING their music . Because we were sitting in the bar, we were able to hear the bar music AND the music from the kitchen and it was just unpleasant to even try to have a conversation. We didn't want to leave our server in the middle of us eating so we just stayed there and got through our meal. They finally turned their music down and we were able to stay for another drink. We also did not have a condiment cady or menus so we had to go get one off a nearby table and our self checkout kiosk was broken . I called in my order and was greeted by Alyna. she was very nice and professional. The 3 and Me happens to be my favorite lately. I tried it with the bowl of chicken enchilada soup, which was good but just too salty for my taste buds. Next time I will go with the salad or the chips. My Smashburger was Amazingly delish as usual and I tried it with the pepperjack chesses this time.... oh boy, The steak fries are so good as well and U have to love the Strawberry Lemonade. Overall, this take out meal really is the bomb dig a-dee!! The next time you are craving a burger combo, this is where you want to go! The price is perfect for all the options you get! My total order was only 11.95 and unless you are really starving you will have half of your meal left over for later. Also, if you decide to get the chips and salsa ask for two cups of the salsa or you will never be able to eat all those chips with the one cup they give you. Came in with my 2 children about 8pm on a Saturday night and was immediately sat on the right side closest to the kitchen. We were quickly attended to by a server Andy who took our drink order. Took about 5 minutes to bring the drinks and about 15 minutes to come back and take our actual order. I ordered chips and salsa and the triple trio as an appetizer. Noticing that Andy was busy I gave him a couple minutes, and at the 25-minute mark, I asked him to please check in our appetizer. Being that we were already in 2nd basket of chips and salsa, we didn't want to get full of chips. It took about 35 minutes for our trio to get to our table. We are in our visit now for about an hour and our food is finally coming out. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza and oranges and my son the Mac n cheese and fries. Their food came out first. About 10 minutes later, my Cajon shrimp pasta came out. They quickly dropped it off and left me with no utensils. I was looking at my pasta and noticed the shrimp was extremely over cooked stuck together and rock hard. The parm cheese was crushed over as If my plate had been sitting for a while. The plate actually looked disgusting. After sitting for a good 15 minutes and not seeing our waiter i flagged down anyone I could and asked for the manager. Andy finally came out to ask if everything was OK. I stated absolutely not. My exact words were "your kitchen should be embarrassed to serve this plate" which he agreed it looked not good. I also asked for utensils and refill. Which I don't think I should even have to ask for. The manager followed and asked me what was going on. Well I gave him a list of things. 1. Where I was sitting I could hear EVERY conversation the kitchen staff was having, and none seemed work appropriate. Probably why the food was below average. 2. The length of time it took for my food to come out was not acceptable. 3. The plate that came out was an embarrassing representation of your kitchen. I will say he was extremely apologetic and brought me another pasta that he personally made. After all of that I was asked maybe 10x if everything was OK. If my food was tasty. And the server was now on top of things. When payment came I did notice that my server took the table screen where I am able to log into my rewards and pay. Which made me realize that I was unable to do the survey that the screen ask at the end of payment. It was working, there was nothing wrong because he had me log into it with my phone number. Andy stated that the manger had taken off our dessert. A mesaly 10 dollar. I boxed my pasta which I didn't eat. It took too long and at then end I wasn't even hungry at that point. My children had already eaten. I've been to this chili's before and I must have had a good experience to be a returning customer. After this visit I definitely will not be returning and I definitely would not recommend visiting. Go else where. My only regret is not taking a picture of the pasta they served me. I wouldn't have had to write such a long review it would have spoken for it self. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. My family and I arrived for lunch and they asked for our information to add us to the list. They said it would be a 35 minute wait. We waited for about 10 minutes when the hostess came over and rudely asked if we wanted to be added to the list. We told her we thought we were on the list. Rudly she said "We don't got no name or number for you, so do you want to be on the list or not? Her rudeness and unprofessional attitude made me mad and I told her we wouldn't be staying. I went to the to go desk to ask for a manager and there were no employees there. I peeked my head around the wall and said excuse me. Several employees looked at me and kept walking. One employee said she'd go get a manager and went outside. The hostess followed her. They came back in and the hostess grabbed another employee by the arm and went behind the wall and started talking about me and using racial slurs. My blood was boiling and I knew I had to leave. I walked to the front and my mom was standing at the bar area talking to a young man. He said they had no manager there, but asked how he could help us. We explained the situation and he said "So what do you want me to do?" At that point I was beyond mad and asked for the number to the corporate office. He brought it out and we left. No apology for the poor treatment by the staff and I'm sure their behavior will be over looked. I got to my car and called the number and that was a joke. After about 4 prompts it goes to voicemail and disconnects. There's no way to contact them via telephone. I sent an email, but it caps you at 600 characters. I'm hoping someone calls me back. Also, when I peeked behind the wall I saw the kitchen. It was disgusting. Stuff all over the floor, employees on their phones, and employees fixing their hair. Disgusting!! We came to dine in 2/21/24 around 9:10pm this evening and the doors were locked. We could clearly see people dining in and food coming out of the kitchen. We made eye contact with a server to notify that the door was locked and she motioned with her hand that they were closed even though the hours of operation outside the building clearly states that they close at 10:30pm. We called the restaurant and were given the excuse that the screens in the kitchen were not operating. We will never return to this Chili's again due to lack of service. Based on the low ratings about the quality of the food, it looks like we dodged a bullet. read more

Our friendly and welcoming server Dia made our dining experience a wonderful evening. Ms. Dia's light-hearted personality and smile were very appreciated by my entire party. She visited often to our table to ensure everyone had everything needed and she replenished everything before anyone asked. I've dined at many restaurants and I recognized excellent, professional and courteous service. Ms. Dia's level of exceptional service soared above 5 stars. Yesterday, May 20, 2024, I called Chili's and spoke with a manager named Neo or Neil and explained that my chicken quesadillas that I ordered last week were uncooked. I explained that I'm a disabled veteran and that when I order something, I need it to be cooked properly because it defeats the purpose of me being ill and needing to order food and receiving said food After dropping $50-60 on it and having to cook it on my skillet; but this time I did not have the health or energy. Every time I seem to order these quesadillas that I love, I keep getting chicken strips with shredded cheese thrown on a tortilla that looks like it was microwaved instead of cooked to a crisp. My tortilla is completely uncooked. I called for 30 minutes yesterday on 2 cell phones simultaneously before Neo/Neil answered the phone, and he promptly said. "I can't help, I'll transfer you." and then put me back on hold on purpose and continued ignoring the call, because I was trying to place my order online but have my quesadillas remade so that I could order delivery and have the quesadillas put in with my online order. So I had to drive all the way down there when I shouldn't have been driving. I should have been resting after being released from the hospital, but I had to get my food corrected for dinner because we had no groceries since I was in the hospital. Only for him to try to chastise me And tell me that it's supposed to be made the same day The mistake is made. How are you gonna do that, sir? If I ordered at night and by the time I even saw my food, your business was closing. Plus, I had a doordashed to me, and then I went into the hospital. You're trying to tell me that Chili would have paid to remake my order and have it delivered to my home for the second time that night? I think not. you guys don't even have the capability of making a chicken quesadilla correctly, and you honestly expect me to believe that you're going to spend an extra $15 to redeliver my order. Please stop with all the lies. and you're some 20 plus year old kid trying to chastise A 46 year old disabled veteran over your laziness and screw up. Oh, in that 30 minutes of calling them when I walked in, they weren't even busy. There's only ONE TABLE that had patrons there. There were 2 employees sitting down and another one was looking at the phone, ringing. And then the manager comes up, and he's just looking at the phone ringing. And I'm like, "Yeah, that's me on the phone. I've been on the phone for 30 minutes. And you guys are all just walking past it." and he says, looking at the ringing phone. "Oh, this is you calling?" Reading my last name out loud from Caller ID. So basically, they're looking at my name because you can see who was calling in with caller ID, and they're purposely ignoring the phone call. So, I can read in between the lines, that you're saying you don't want me and my family to patron your establishment after 6 years of loyalty to the Hospitality location by purposely ignoring my phone call. A lot of you large restaurant companies are already filing for bankruptcy and going downhill. I can take my business elsewhere to a company that takes pride in their company, Knows how to answer the phone, Knows how to complete orders correctly, Treats their patrons with respect, as the people who keep the place in business. It's nothing off my back. I've already contacted my bank to get my money returned to me since you guys don't want to be bothered to do your job correctly. You all have CHOSEN to hire people They have continued to use the excuse of COVID to drive your business into the ground with their laziness, despite California increasing their pay to $20 an hour, so let that sink in to carefully vet your future managers and employees because your entire corporations depend on What caliper of employees you all choose to hire and clearly you guys have scraped the bottom of the barrel with this staff. Goodbye, chili's. I have been with you for a majority of my 46 years of life, and I have been loyal to the hospitality location for 6 years, of which the previous 5 years were excellent. But it's clear you all don't care who you hire anymore, and with the cost of inflation, your company is no longer worth it for me to spend my precious coins at. So, you all win, Neo/Neil. You don't have to worry about my orders anymore from my family to your establishment. **As far as a picture with the multiple phone calls to Chili's, When you're placed on hold for so long, Even though you're clicking 1 to continue remaining on hold, eventually, the system says they can't help you and it hangs up on you and you have to call right back and start the whole process all over again.** Please compare pictures of my uncooked chicken quesadillas compared to what they're supposed to look like when the tortilla is crisped. read more

The service here was horrible for my family and I on Sunday evening. We went in as a party of 8. 5 adults and 3 kids. The server asked us and wrote our name and phone number down and said it would be a 15-20 min wait. Cool. As more families were coming in and in large groups as well, we notice they were getting seated first than us. We went inside and asked the lady and she was confused and kept asking us how many in our party... she wrote us down as just 5!!!!! She kept asking and asking to the point we almost waited over 40 mins. I got and ask one of the other server "how much longer" and she said " we are just waiting for people to finish eating LOVE" with a smirk. cancelled our spot and left right away to Golden Corral with NO WAIT & LINE. Walked in today at 6:00 wasn't to busy, the bar had about three open tables. When we went to check in the hostess told us we could take any of the open seats at the bar once they get cleaned, not once did she ask someone to go ahead and clean them. Waited for about 20 mins and not one persone bothered to clean the tables, the hostess saw us clearly still waiting and still did nothing to help. I have been to this Chili's before and honestly it either is always under staffed or just no one bothers to clean tables. So disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE. If I could give it no stars I would. Chili's do Better, I ended up going to TGIF and had a good time. read more

My family and I stopped here for dinner on our way home from a fun evening and we were very disappointed from the moment we walked in and should have turned around and left. The hostess did very little to welcome us and when speaking with us regarding our party size she never looked up at us. When seated our waiter Jake was friendly and attentive. My children ordered the kids pizza; one pepperoni and one cheese. They both arrived quickly and we soon figured out why. The kids pizzas are frozen and assumed to be heated in a microwave. My oldest son's pepperoni pizza was STILL FROZEN in the middle when he bit into it. Not until a few bites in did we ask him if it was hot and he said, no it's actually cold. When I felt it, it was frozen but the cheese appeared melted. We sent it back and Jake apologized. The pizza was replaced and the new one was hot. I made a comment to my husband that I hope our oldest son doesn't get sick from the frozen pizza. Well, at 2:40 am I was woken up by my oldest who had thrown up in his room and continued to throw up and have diarrhea the rest of the night and into the morning. All pizza. Just had lunch here and when our food was brought we realized that they put cheese on the burgers and we had said plain burger no cheese we asked the server about it and what she did was blue some air out of her mouth and rolled her eye, with an attitude. very unprofessional so she grabs my daughter's burger and takes it to the back brings them back throws it on the table and says no cheese...then I mentioned both burgers were wrong she only took care of one. I proceeded to speak to a manager. he was also as rude as she was didn't take care of anything. After a few minutes he came over my table and said he would be giving us 35% off my check for the inconvenience and for the disrespectful waitress. I replied to him I never asked for a discount I will pay for the other three meals but not mine because mine is wrong then he said oh no you're going to get 35% off but he decided to leave my whole meal which was $20 on there took off 35% off the whole check but never deducted my meal so in the end he gave me a $6 discount I asked them to remove my meal and add the 35% on top of the other one the remaining balance which was the three other meals that I purchased and he said no he took the discount off and my total went from $60 to $75. These people here don't care about customers all they care about is myself he went to state that he sent that employee home because of her misappropriate conduct but on our way out we bumped into her again and she smiled and just turned around. will never come back here again don't recommend this place to anybody I never write reviews only if they are extremely bad be aware of this Chili's should have stick to the one I always go to with great service in rancho Cucamonga. Then ordered a regular like margarita that taste like olive oil lol . Went on to order the rack of ribs and my husband ordered the triple dipper which came out without the chicken on the plate . Whenever myself and a couple of my friends can get together for lunch we enjoy going to this Chili's location! We always enjoy seeing Mike. He is a fantastic bartender and server! Our drinks were kept full and he checked on us often to make sure we didn't need anything!
