I don't usually go to chain restaurants, but been dying to try the viral Fried Mozzarella Sticks. We finally made our way over here and it was quite busy even at 2pm for a late lunch. I ordered the Triple Dipper ($17.89), which comes with your choice of 3 appetizers. Mine included the big mouth bites, Nashville fried mozzarella, and honey chipotle chicken crispers. The mozzarella sticks are as cheesy and thick as you'd expect. My cheese pull was never-ending! They're perfectly made and delicious, but can be overwhelming. I liked putting the mozzarella stick inside the big mouth bites to give some extra cheesy and crunchy filling to the sliders. Definitely recommend getting these two together as the sliders are pretty basic. Also, wished they put the bacon crumbs between the cheese as they all fell out when I held the slider up. The crispers are crunchy and flavorful as well for a great variety of fried goods. I also tried the Smokehouse Combo Pick 2 ($24.49), opting for the half rack of ribs and chicken crispers with fries and mac & cheese. Their ribs are so tender and fall off the bone along with the most velvety white mac and cheese. Maybe I wasn't expecting much from a chain restaurant, but their ribs are delicious here and also one of their more popular items for good reason. We had leftovers for a late night meal in the end. We always have a great experience in chilis. Great food and great service. Going on a Saturday night is a long wait but always worth it. The manager is always coming around asking if we are ok. The servers are very attentive. The food is always delicious. Eating here brings back memories of my family eating out in the early 2000s. read more

So let's start out by remembering that this is the "Corporate Version" of a local "Theme" Bar&Grill type of restaurant. It's the "Sit Down" version of "Fast Food". The place was incredibly clean, well maintained, and the staff greeted us with a non-fictitious smile. Their "Signature Dish" is the Baby Back Ribs. So, of course I order them. The ribs were extremely tender and flavorful, but they had that "Pre-made" heated to order taste. The sides were 100% microwaved! Pre-made and "Nuked" to order. This was what someone would refer to as a "Standard Meal" absolutely nothing special at all! They push alcohol, and we now understand why. All in all it was a bit expensive for what it was! We came here on a Saturday night and the place was packed! Parking is at thr back of the restaurant. We had a small party so we were able to get seated right away. We ordered the triple dipper (chose the big mouth bites which were 2 sliders, Nashville hot mozzarella (2), and honey chipotle crisper (3)) and we each ordered from the 3 for me menu. It's where business gets done. Food is good. Service is good. Solid place to go to watch sports and eat a good meal with friends and family.

The highlight of our dining experience is definitely Gabbie's exemplary service, she was friendly, efficient, and even brought us refills when she saw we were running low, demonstrating amazing observation skills and attunement! The burger was pretty decent, although it was salted unevenly where some bites were very salty and others flavorless. Additionally, the bread didn't hold the burger well and quickly deconstructed, resulting in a fork and knife experience. The steak in the steak fajita was surprisingly tender and flavorful with its various components, so that's highly recommended! The burgers and fried salmon was great. It did not take very long for the food to arrive. This Chili's had a bar inside which had a wait time but not the tables. The Aps and the entrees were big and super filling. The only red flag was the drink. Almost every drink we ordered for the table was extremely sweet. Not sure if it even had alcohol in it or just the sweetener with flavors. I definitely don't recommend cocktails. Ambiance was good with lots of tables. read more

Man, I just finished eating at Chili's and honestly, it hits the spot every single time. I went for the 3 for Me deal because you really can't beat getting a drink, those bottomless chips, and a big burger for like eleven bucks. I usually get the quesadillas, but after having a bad experience with Chili's at another location, I opted to get something that is least likely for them to mess up... the chicken crispers & fries. The best thing I ate was actually the chips and salsa. I don't get the hype with the chicken crispers. I've had better chicken tenders at chain fast food joints. They were pretty skinny, slightly on the salty side with not the best "chicken" texture. They did have a nice crunch on the outside though. I always enjoy their fries. I do wish they had been freshly made, but the temp on them were ok enough to eat. Although, I did have a mix of fresher & old fries. My server was kind and friendly. We came in at 2 in the afternoon and the place was basically empty. The waitress was attentive and took our orders quickly. It is basically what you expect when you go to a sit down chain restaurant. The place was clean and the food was good. Kind of upset that the ingredients werent mentioned for the sliders for the appetizers; we wouldnt have ordered them if we knew it had bacon. The dessert (chocolate lava cake) was the best part (as long as you try not to look at how many calories it is). Would go back, no complaints read more

This used to be the go to spot years ago. Not anymore. Came as a group, and it started out nice. I'm always nervous going anywhere to eat as a group because the servers always screw up somehow. Either way, there was about 12 of others. I couldn't tell what the other end of the table ordered, neither could they hear what we ordered on my end. My appetizer apparently comes out (3 servers came out to assist not our server) and not even asking "who got the nachos?" They place it at the end of the other side of the table. I don't question it because perhaps someone at that end ordered the same thing. After some time, we spoke to our server regarding not receiving our appetizer. Management comes out, barely apologizes and tries to give me food that was already picked on by the group at the end of the table. So disappointed. The food from this locations of the time is pretty good. Only one time the food wasn't the freshest. I would avoid this place if there is a game on because the staff gets overwhelmed very easily. One time they ran out of glassware and totally messed up the proportions of the drinks. Every-time I order pick up the service is horrible. They don't acknowledge you at all. Went there for the first time. Had the young Asian guy. He was on point suggesting what stuff on the menu. Had the triple dips and the sampler app. Washed it down with the presidential margarita. For our entree we ordered the chick fajitas & smokehouse with ribs & had the molten chocolate cake. He was attentive on making sure we were ok with our food and drinks. He even suggested for us to sign up for their rewards program. He made our experience enjoyable and will definitely we be back again and will ask for him again. He was so nice. read more

I waited for a table despite half the restaurant being empty. Finally got seated, for my waiter to spill salsa on my shoes. Accidents happen, but an apology would've been nice. He asked for our drink order then disappeared. We waited 45 minutes for a glass of water and a margarita, and to have our order taken. A few minutes later I noticed my margarita had two lovely lipstick marks on the rim under the salt. I was not wearing lipstick. Let me start with food. It was good, but the time taken was the problem. We went to Chilli's at 8:14pm, then asked to wait 20-25mins, as obviously it was Saturday was really busy. After waiting 55 mins, we got the table. Got the menus, and we were ready to order, the again no serves and waited another 20-25 mins until somebody to come to our table. Ordered drinks and food. Non-alcoholic drinks were served within 5mins and others had to wait another 30 mins or more to receive drinks. Followed by food. Since it's almost 11pm, 3 near three hours after we entered, we ordered desserts, even before the main meal finished. Waiting again. Waited another 15 mins and girl serving us came to me and asked, you haven't received the food? I said no, and she went inside and brought the dessert after 3-4 mins later. By 10pm there was not people so was not busy. First time in chilli's, so was patiently waiting. However, that's the last time I wait for an apple bees kind of meal for 3 hours. I was shocked, didn't expect this. I went early in the day, only one other table in the joint. Wasn't expecting this great of an experience. Lots of food ordered the 3 choice bbq. Have an issue with their parking where is the handicap parking spaces seen quite a few for pick up. Does not appear to follow Americans with Disability Act of 1990? Are those parking spots for those who do not want to get out of their vehicle get them, or so that the staff do not have to walk far? What about the truly disabled not having a closer parking spot and then have to walk a distance to the front door was not allowed to use their side door as the sign states.
