After reading the great reviews, I knew I had to try it anyways. The service was super fast and friendly in the drive thru and I was happily on my way back to the hotel with some delicious smelling food. All my fears faded away with the first bite. This might be some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. I had the steak fajitas burrito which was not only huge, but SO GOOD. Piping hot and everything was very fresh. Steak was cooked perfectly and it was very filling. We also got a few carne asada tacos and the Bozeman nachos. Everything tasted amazing and the flavors were great. I read about their hot sauce in another Yelp! review and asked for some. Definitely a good addition to the food. Not over the top, but a healthy spice to kick it up a notch. The food truck is neat. We were in luck and there was one very small spot near the front of the restaurant - hallelujah! The restaurant was poppin' - almost every table was taken, but we were offered bar seating and we gladly accepted. After purusing through the menu I decided that we should try a variety of items including a side of Brussels sprouts, Bowl of Bison Chili, and a Fig and Arugula Pizza. Service was quick and we got all our items in a pretty timely manner. The pizza had a really great crust the dough had a nice bounce to it. I think for me they were a tad overly generous with the balsamic vinegar glaze which made the pizza quite salty. I would definitely order a pizza again but perhaps the Margherita or the Carnivore. The bison chili was a good standard bowl and the brussel sprouts while crispy was also very salty - I think it was definitely over dressed, but maybe since the majority of patrons were drinkin the salty foods would pair well. Seems like a fun place to hang out, but for me I'd probably pick anything that doesn't have glaze or soy sauce.
