Take this with a grain of salt because I am from california, but these tacos were so weird. The adobada flavor was so strange and aritificial. The meat did not taste like real meat.

So far this is the best food we've had while in town. Fresh, hot flavorful dishes made to order. Staff were friendly and food was prompt. You get your plates and seat in a common area on benches. If you don't mind eating outside you'll enjoy your meal. read more

Great set up and great food. Daughter M got the Super nachos and they were huge. Full carton of chips, beans, cheese, guacamole and salsa with Sour cream on top. I got the burrito adobado and it was packed full of meat. Tons of good meat. I wish there was a little more sour cream and salsa inside. Great outdoor setup and there are other places to choose from if not everyone wants the same set up. I'd go again for sure. read more

they got my order wrong, I didnt see til I got home. I called to correct it and they hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone after..... I showed up in person and they looked at me like I was stupid and finally replaced it after 2 minutes of explaining they finally replaced my order. We just arrived in Bozeman after a long day of traveling, checked into our motel and saw these taco trucks across the street. Randomly ate there and I'm SO GLAD we did. Just inhaled two of the most satisfying, delicious, huge, fresh chicken tacos EVER. The corn tortilla was soft and warm, the pico topping was awesome, the chicken was so juicy. Guys. So so good. Bunch of lime wedges on the side too which I appreciate and the salsas were a great added touch. The chicken quesadilla was so freaking good we inhaled it as well. This food truck is the closest thing I have been able to find to San Diego Mexican food, which is known to be the mecca for great Mexican food. The food is always fresh and tastes great. This is a great place to stop in Bozeman if you are looking to find authentic Mexican food. Also, great service - they are always kind and quick. read more

Sadly the last two times I've been there it has been a rip off. Not only did the tacos have no meat, just a bunch of cilantro and onion but when I saw my bank account I realized they overcharged me. It sucks cause I loved this place! read more

3.5 stars is an honest rating. It is either 5 star bomb or you are getting the wrong food and container full of french fries with sour cream and salsa. The carnitas are great as are breakfast burritos. The carne asada is the worst I ever had. Not sure what the grisly, rubbery brown chuncks are, yuck. Always open late and better than taco bell but be prepared to roll the dice and be wowed or disappointed. read more

In Bozeman for a long weekend and after a day of skiing, we didn't want to wait in a restaurant to eat. After reading reviews and because of the close proximity to our lodging, we decided to give this a try. So glad we did! It was delicious, prepared quickly and huge portions!
