I decided to order from the "Guiltless Menu" which is supposed to be their lighter menu items with 650 calories or less. 650 calories!? That's still a lot in my opinion. I decided to go with the Ancho Salmon which is a seared, chile-rubbed Atlantic salmon, topped with cilantro pesto, cilantro, and queso fresco. Served with two sides, Mexican rice & steamed broccoli. Instead of rice, I requested a second side of broccoli to make it a bit healthier. I was pleasantly surprised by my entrée! My dish was nice and hot, the broccoli looked and tasted fresh, and the salmon was delicious as well. I wasn't sure if the ancho chile was going to be too spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. I wish it had a little more cilantro pesto on it, and my dish was missing the fresh cilantro on top, but overall I was very happy with my plate of food. Chili's, you really surprised me this time! We have been long time customers to this Chili's. Tonight I ordered to-go and paid $6 for a "bowl" of soup (they also have a "cup" size). The amount of soup in the bowl size didn't even measure a full cup! that was extremely disappointing for the amount we paid. They also shorted us almost half of our daughter's kids meal. I know prices of food are going up, but I would at least expect a "bowl" of soup to be enough for a dinner serving and come with crackers (it didn't). read more

I love Chilis as a chain but this location is so bad. This review is based on two separate visits. First visit was 3 months ago we came here for lunch. We walked in and in the entire restaurant there were 3 tables of patrons. We were told the wait was 1hr and 15mins with the place literally empty. Needless to say we didn't wait with a small child and went to Gunther Toodies 1 min away. Next is my more recent experience going here again for lunch again with the family. We came around noon waited roughly 5 mins in the front to be seated (mind you we waited because no one was at the greeting post). Finally what looked to be a young boy maybe 12-13y years old came to seat us, he takes us to our table and asks "do you want the table cleaned?" We said yes because there was leftover food on it. Now shouldn't that be standard practice to clean the table prior to seating new guests there? I will chalk this up to his age and experience but still what's the restaurant trying to convey to customers? We wait about 10 mins when finally our server comes over and apologizes saying "sorry for the delay in trying to catch up and am a little behind". Ok I normally would agree and give a pass but once I saw how many tables he was waiting on (3) I no longer felt that was the reason, rather that his lack of attentiveness was to blame not due to being over worked. So he asks for our drinks, we order two sodas and a child's drink for our 2 year old. He also takes out food order ( chicken sandwich with fries, Childs Mac and cheese with fries, bottomless chips and salsa with a side of ranch, bone in Buffalo wings, chili and side house salad). Drinks show up 3 adult size cups, the girl who brings it over noticed and said let me get you and actual Child's size cup and rectified that issue. Next our server drops off the chips but no ranch. About 10 mins go by before he resurfaced and we point out we are missing the ranch (reason we are so big in ranch is my 2 year old son likes it and won't eat his chips without it). He said I'll be right back and get that, ghost server disappears for another 10 mins meanwhile another person walked by the table and dropped off more chips and salsa without us even asking and didn't even stop so we could explain we are still missing the ranch dip. At this point our entrees show up from a different person. My wife and Childs food was correct but my salad was wrong (ordered house with blue cheese and got a Cesar) and the bone in wings showed up as boneless wings. Hey at least some good news finally our ranch showed up 25mins later with the food. Anyway the server took my food back to get it correct. What I presume was a manager came over and said she would take care of the issue. About 5 mins later I had my correct salad and about 10 mins later I had the correct wings. Ghost server still lived up to his name and avoided our table while walking to the other two tables. We were waiting for him to come near so we could refill our drinks. Eventually he came by and did that, we got the feeling that this person just doesn't listen to what people say or care because the people behind us also had issues with their food and the same server. So finally we are done eating and want to leave but can't because our bill is wrong. They never had the incorrect items corrected or removed from the bill, I waited for ghost server but he never showed. I had to flag down the 12yr old hostess to ask for someone who can fix my bill. Finally ghost server came over and said "oh they didn't fix it I'll have them correct it" which he did. We paid and left. Overall I think the quality of the staff is subpar here, the food quality is fine just that having people mess your order up and have a non urgent type of attitude really makes you not want to eat at an establishment regardless if it's convenience or appealing. I know for me and my family we will avoid this location in the future and give our business elsewhere because it was just too many issues for no reason other than lack of executing by the staff. Overall I would avoid this place like the plague, with the cost of going out being expensive anyway chilis is no bargain and with that being said wouldn't you rather go somewhere with staff that actually serves your needs versus disappears and doesn't listen to your order? read more

We are extreme regulars at this restaurant. We have had every experience you could think of. Everything from waiting 15 minutes for a server to being there for two hours because of slow kitchen. But the food is always good. When it isn't they make it right. One star because no longer allowing call ahead seating is stupid. It's still being advertised literally everywhere. What it causes is the entire family showing up in the lobby and being told there's a wait. Then we all have to leave and go back to the car. Isn't the advantage of call ahead seating that I'm on the list without stepping into the restaurant. Can't even call ahead from the car in the parking lot. Who made this change? So it's been almost 4 years since we've eaten at this particular location. So since the week of our anniversary I wanted to bring my wife because this is where we at the weekend before we made everything 'official'. We were greeted and sat down immediately. Our server was Haley. She took our drink order as we browsed through the menu and when she returned took our order. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our lunch experience. The only things I have a little frustration or was a little disappointed with was , 1. They got rid of the Chicken fried steak. and 2. I dont think the ribs were worth $ 19.95 Now don't get me wrong the ribs were tender and tasty but I dont think you pay that for a full rack of ribs at a BBQ spot. But our server was excellent and when we asked for box to take our chips and salsa home she brought us out a new bag of chips and new container of salsa. Which to us was a huge going out of your way to provide going out of your way move. We went in at 6 PM on a Saturday night and the restaurant was at 25% capacity seated and that's being generous. We were told the wait was 40 min. We left and also saw 3 other large families leave that were told the same. Met my family there for lunch. They were coming from Parker, we were coming from FTC. Had to sit at 2 different tables (which I get because of COVID), but we were the same family. Orders taken quickly, but it took over 25 minutes to get our meals. Then the servers played roulette trying to find which table had which tray of food. My expectations in the service industry are low as it is, especially for giant chains like Chili's that have remained massively understaffed for the last couple years.. but this was lower than low. Took me nearly 20 minutes to get a beer since the keg ran out, my server couldn't figure out how to swap it out so after waiting all that time I had to change my selection. The whole time I was waiting for a beer I was trying to at least put my food order in, but he insisted he must serve others first and went around in a circle checking if anyone needed anything instead of taking my order. I finally ordered lunch with a side salad to start, but the salad never came. Once my entree was completely finished, I mentioned the salad never came. Instead of apologizing, he explained to me that it was someone else's fault and some other server claimed she brought it out but no one wanted it. What does that even mean? He continued pressing me, almost insinuating that I'm lying and I had refused the salad I ordered. It was sitting off to the side getting mushy the whole time. He didn't offer to replace it, even after another patron told him he should in my defense! I've probably delivered over 50 meals from this location via Doordash, and the take out experience is worse than any other restaurant locally by far! I was hoping dine in was better, I can rarely afford to eat out so when I do, I always hope to receive some sort of service. Not here!
