So it's been awhile since I've been to a chilis but I was dragged in by the work bunch. The manager and the server were very friendly. This location was clean and mostly empty when we arrived. We had a group of 6 and they were very accommodating. The order was a bit slow coming out because they were having computer issues. I ordered the lunch appetizer and it was decent. You get what you pay for here, but the staff was very accommodating.

    Cajun Pasta - chicken

Wanted Pasta as haven't had it for awhile. Was going to go to Bonefish my wife saw something on the menu so she called but it was a 45 minute wait, on the way we looked into options, called Applebees as I saw they had several pasta dishes looked decent. We called no wait. We drive there, people waiting all over, dining room us under construction half the seating was gone. We wound up at Chilis. One pasta choice with 3 options. Not good. Penne pasta only, no alternatives, overcooked. Alfredo sauce very thick gooey like cheese almost like 20 minute old Mac n cheese. I think you could pick the plate up hold it sideways and the stuff would stay sticking. I did order the Cajun spice on the side in case it was too much. It needed a lot more than just Cajun spice. It tasted like something my 10 year old would make, not prepared well glob of overcooked penne in thick cheese with little flavor and nothing else in it. A Hard burnt piece of texas toast on the side. I'm not sure I'll ever go back and if I do it will be for fries a beer and or burger but thats it. I used to go to Chilis a lot. It's just not good food anymore, certainly not worth driving to for a restaurant meal at restaurant prices for that non chef overcooked glue goo Alfredo cheese glob. For it to have been good - don't overcooked the pasta, thin the sauce, add anything: broccoli, peppers, green onions or tomatoes on top etc. do that it may have been worth it. As is was junk. I went home very disappointed and unsatisfied. Service was not an issue. Server was nice. Food quality is deteriorating at Chilis. I only ate half of my food. Took the rest home but just decided to throw it away. My wife ate the chicken off hers and like 10% of the noodles left the rest as she wasn't happy either. Disappointment.

Lack of quality is astonishing and they're still in business Smoked brisket quesadillas barely had anything in them were greasy & the tidbit of whatever it was was like it was from last week Soup had no flavor & certainly wasn't like any tortilla soup I've ever had Ribs were dried out hardly had meat on them not good tasting I won't be getting food from here again I had my parents here & they felt like something different but never again from Chili's I'm attempting to post. Chicken Fajita!

Seriously the best chicken fajitas I have ever had! Been to many many Mexican restaurants and specialty taco restaurants, but these things rocked! So fresh, and so delicious! Never thought of ordering this at Chili's, but they are a Tex-Mex restaurant! Love their food! And they give you two beers for one! Yay

The manager Jackie came around to all the tables to make sure everything is up to standards.

Incredibly Disappointing - Terrible Food, Bad Service, & Hidden Fees…read more The Food: A Massive Letdown I ordered a shredded beef burrito, and the meat tasted like boiled, unseasoned, stale beef. Zero flavor. My wife ordered the beef birria tacos, and unfortunately, it was the exact same bad flavor. If you do decide to risk eating here, you better stick to chicken or steak, because the shredded beef is a complete miss. As for the rest of our meal: The Good: My son got the quesadillas and said they were good. The queso dip from the sampler appetizer was also really tasty. The Average: The beans were just okay. The Bad: The guacamole was definitely not fresh. The Service: Non-Existent The service was just as bad as the food. There was only one other couple in the entire restaurant, yet the waitresses seemed annoyed and completely too busy to care. I honestly felt like I was at a self-service fast-food joint rather than a sit-down restaurant. The Ultimate Dealbreaker: Hidden Fees! The absolute worst part came when the bill arrived. If you pay with a credit card, they slap you with an extra 3.5% fee! This is ridiculous, and we were never told about it until it was time to pay. When I brought it up, the lady rudely told me "there is a sign on the wall." You can't even see the sign! I am posting photos with this review just so everyone can see how incredibly small and hidden that sign actually is. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually season their beef, care about their customers, and don't sneak hidden fees onto your bill.

Small little spot in the plaza with big flavor. Its obviously a hit with the locals…read more The tacos were full of flavor. I got the Franklin(ribeye), full of flavor not too spicy, and a shrimp taco, shared rice & black beans. Zero complaints about the food & the people, very attentive, on point. My only complaint was my beer was flat, but I did bring it to their attention. It was a good place to stop.
