We ordered the chips appetizer with the 3 dips (salsa, guacamole and skillet queso) we ate the chips fast and it was mostly crumbs but we did get more chips. Ayesha is a great server! Chili's helped facilitate the dinner of our school group on a Friday night, 42 of us at 8:30pm. They were really great! They made the space for us because we called ahead and made our reservations. We so appreciate their cooperation and service. Drinks never ran dry. Chips were served bottomless, over and over again. It has been awhile since I visited Chilli's and unfortunately the wait was a bit longer than normal. The waitress Kate was amazing however, I dont think there was enough staff present for the number of Pateons that showed up. This did cause a delay in service food was good but the El Nino Margarita had to much ice as it was 90% ice looking at the cup and maybe just 10% alcohol and that's after it was drank. read more

Walked in ask hostess if I can sit at bar he said yes. 8 or 10 mins later no bar tender I ask hostess if someone was working he said yes. I sit there 5 more mins. Still no bar tender! Ate there with the family tonight. I ordered the ribeye, rare. What I got was a piece of meat with the texture of beef jerky and none of the taste. They said they would take care of it, which turned out to be a refund on my plate. That's good since I only had one bite. But at least I got to leave hungry after watching my family enjoy their meal. Who else likes leaving a restaurant and going straight to a fast food drive through on the way home? If you do, this is the place to take the family. The bartender was my waiter and it was awful service. Didn't offer any refills on my drink or come to check up at a good time. I left a $2 tip. They want you to sit in the bar area, even with kids, cause they don't want to give good service despite having all those girls sitting around wiping tables that are collecting dust. I wish i could get my money back. The waiter made sure to check his computer as soon as i made a payment since the payment was done over the remote payment cpu. We came to Chili's after church. We were seated pretty quickly, but the table was sticky.... Eeek. The hostess was nice. Our waitress was nice I ordered one flavored tea and she returned with an totally different flavor which I was not a fan of. She said they were out of what I wanted and she could get me something new. Most people ask you your preference if a choice is missing instead of picking for you, but i just wanted to eat. I picked a sampler with bone in wings, egg rolls with beans and corn ( I was not a fan) and my sliders were the best thing on the plate. My wings came to the table cold, so I was not happy about that. My son said his food was okay and my husband said his burger was just alright. My husband requested a refill, he was drinking tonic water and the waitress returned with a sprit. What was happening I here !?! My husband didn't say anything about his drink, it was such a lackluster experience we just wanted to leave. I gave the second star only because the manager came and replaced my wings with fresh ones. While sitting there for quite awhile you could here the waiter near us apologizing to three different tables for some reason or another. Had plenty of room to seat us but tried to make us wait for ??? whatever reason so we literally sat ourselves. The tables were so close to eachother I could hear every word the people next to me were saying. I don't even think the tables were three feet apart. Covid safe much? Not to mention none of the staff had masks on. Soda drinks were either super watered down or tasted like straight sugar syrup. Food and service are good, but the place needs some sprucing. There are ripped seats in the booths, and I don't really want to know what those specks are on the window and ledge. But in a place like Wichita Falls, you are often left without much in terms of choices outside of chain restaurant. Now that that's out of the way, I've eaten here twice in the past year. The most recent time was last night where I got the full rack of ribs. Usually in my weak old age, a full rack of ribs is more than enough to keep me satisfied but for some reason last night, I didn't feel satisfied. Maybe it's because my friend ordered a ribeye steak and it came out like, the size of a chicken egg. I felt bad for her so I gave her two ribs. Why is a ribeye steak the size of an egg?? In any world? The service was serviceable and like the ac was on so strong that I was freezing and found it hard to stick around and talk after the food was finished. Maybe that's their goal. My family and I were some of the first to jump back out there and get back to Chili's...one of our all time favorites! The food was good for the most part and server was very accommodating. However...with all the "Covid19 restrictions in place and signs proudly announcing that everything was constantly being cleaned and sanitized this was far from the truth! The reality of it was that there was little if any cleaning going on in between customers as tables emptied out for the next group. It all seemed to be a big farce with little to no concern for the consumers. To top it all off the same dirty walls with old crayola markings and streaks of dirty food laden fingers from long ago were still intact. Shame on you Chili's!!! The service was not very good. We had to wait for 30 minutes when there was open tables (Wasn't that busy). Then waited another 20 minutes before someone came to our table to take our order for drinks. The food came out the same time the appetizers and our drinks did. (30 minutes later). My food tasted decent for chilis but the waiter just basically tossed the food on the table not saying anything. The kids pizza was microwaved and cold and the steak was over cooked.
