Hush puppies were amazing and calamari was good. Unfortunately, the filet was below average and the sirloin was pretty good. We had a big Water Aerobics class lunch with about 25 people today. I made reservations and when we arrived they only had one waitress working. On top of having a large room full of people, she had 2 more tables outside our room. I preordered waters once I got there, but all additional drinks took over 25 minutes. It took an additional hour to get all of our food. It was a very unfortunate situation. It took at least 30 minutes to get the biscuits. It was a long process, but we tried to have a good time. We will not have a big gathering like that at this location again due to the lengthy wait. read more

Customer service was fantastic! I had fast entry, considering a 10 minute wait on a Friday. I had a kind server who made sure my order didn't take long to wait. I barely finished 2 biscuits before dinner arrived. The lobster and cheddar bay stuffed shrimp was good for its value. Remembering how red lobster is not a high end restaurant, I was happy for my reheated lobster (you can tell by its chewiness). The shrimp was excellent with cheddar bay topping! First time back to this location in about 30 years. It was I, my wife and grandson eating there. It was clean and felt comfortable. The waitress was kind and attentive. I had ordered the "Choose your own ultimate feast " in which one of my items was a lobster tail. This was my first lobster tail and I wasn't sure what to expect. When the meal arrived I started with the lobster tail and I was really surprised by the gooey texture. It was as if it were raw but loose and non-textured, it made me a little sick to attempt to try and eat it but I had to attempt it. I decided something isn't right so I ask the waitress about it and she quickly said "OH NO, that is bad!! Let me get you another one. While the other tail was being prepared, I attempted to eat the other items but just kept feeling nauseous about the little bit of bad lobster tail I had eaten. I ask the waitress to just please box the rest of my meal up to go. She said she would talk to her manager, which I never mentioned anything about doing that. She brought me the ticket, and to my amazement, not one single discount or anything to say I'm sorry for the experience. I will never go back to this "want to be sea food place" ever again!! We have visited many times over the years and have never been unhappy with anything. Food and service are always great. The kids love coming for those rolls, and I love the salmon. I don't typically order the crab legs, they're served just warm. I usually go for salmon which is always superb. The endless shrimp is a great deal if you can eat that much (like my husband). My kids also love the kids menu, they always eat everything. Bathrooms are clean, I enjoy the atmosphere here. We will keep going back! read more

Let me start by saying the host and waitress both did an excellent job. The restaurant was comfortable and clean on Monday, July 7th 2025. The problems we had were with the food. My husband ordered the daily deal that included a lobster tail, shrimp scampi, and a side is steamed broccoli. I ordered a new entree of shrimp scampi linguini. The best part of his meal was the broccoli. The lobster was mushy, and the shrimp were overcooked. My dish was under seasoned to the point that the only flavor was butter. The saddest part was our cheddar bay biscuits were also dry. So it may be a while before we decide to visit again. read more

I had a great experience at the Wichita Falls Red Lobster; my wife and I had a mid week date and we enjoyed dinner for sure! The service was elevated a little above the establishments where you would order from a menu-board at the counter. Our server was able to help us decide on our appetizers entrées and even drinks. We both had seafood sampler type selections and the quality was on point. I absolutely loved the biscuits and she asked if we would like a refill and so I said, "Of course but would you mind finding some that are almost over cooked?" She smiled and said "I know exactly what you mean, I will be right back." When she returned a couple of moments later she had for us exactly what I had envisioned. Red Lobster has been one of my favorite restaurants for many years. We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and Valentine's Day there. I've never had a bad meal. We were there last week for our anniversary and we had a great waitress. Her name is Lindsay and she was professional and friendly. Food was awesome, as usual. Our waitress disappeared several times and wasn't super attentive, but she was nice. I decided to get their Yucátan tilapia and shrimp! Oh it was super good, light, but a little salty. As usual the cheddar biscuits were good as always and she brought us a few warm ones. But, the customer service overall just wasnt there. We didn't feel wanted or appreciated. Desiree (sp?) was our server last night and we haven't had a better experience at any Red Lobster before. From the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the host and manager until we were thanked by the host on our way out, we felt like we were the only people in a very busy restaurant on a Saturday night. Desiree suggested specific drinks, specific appetizers to us. She informed me that there would be a small charge for my starter salad since it didn't come with my meal. She was on point for her pre-drops and never spent more time around us than was needed. All with a full section. She is a great server and should be a trainer if she isn't already. I would hire her in a second for my restaurant, but it seems like she has a good thing going here at this restaurant. I hope management appreciates her. There were four of us celebrating a birthday, and three of us got the Thursday special which is a lobster tail and shrimp scampi. One of us had a loaded baked potato, one just butter and sour cream and one had broccoli. The one who had the loaded baked potato had to have them go back to the kitchen and get the items that makes it loaded because it came out with butter and sour cream. Also, her lobster tail was not completely cooked, eww. On all of them, the shrimp scampi was okay, but the butter for the lobster had no flavor whatsoever. The usually fabulous biscuits weren't hot. The bourbon glazed chicken that one person had also was not quite up to par. The waiter was hard to understand and so we repeated things back and forth several times. I'm not saying the food was bad, I'm just saying this isn't the same Red lobster that it was 10 years ago. It doesn't have the same quality or care that it once had, which might be why it's not doing very well. Of course the restaurant is still attractive, and is clean, but that'll only take you so far. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be going back. I can't speak for the others. We paid $70 for chicken and seafood, and the experience was hardly worth that. I'm sorry to report all of that, because Red Lobster used to be one of the best for affordable seafood. read more

The food was average. My sister wanted seafood so we stopped in. The drinks are very good. We started with the calamari. They now add deep fried peppers. The peppers were better than the calamari. We tried the mini lobster rolls, lobster tacos and dragon shrimp. The lobster rolls were good and the lobster tacos were average. Not much flavor. The dragon shrimp were good but very spicy. Came into the restaurant with a very indecisive mood. Originally couldn't decide if I wanted steak or seafood. Deep down knowing I would regret not ordering a salad and not attempt to eat healthily. So finally I settled for the option to do the "Pick Two Entree Items" and selected the grilled salmon and shrimp pasta (not that the pasta option is healthy)with a side a broccoli. So after spending about 15 minutes to make a decision on something health. So, while waiting for my food to come out, lo and behold, I see this picture of the " Chocolate Wave"! Eating right while traveling is nearly impossible!!! Dinner hit the spot! The shrimp Alfredo was delicious (serving size was enormous!), the salmon grilled to perfection and the broccoli seasoned just right! The Chocolate Wave is the perfect ending for my day! Food was decent. I had shrimp platter and it was good. They charged extra for a Caesar salad without telling us and we were a little annoyed. The biscuits were good. It doesn't ever seem to be super great just decent but I always love the biscuits and the Caesar Salad! If I want seafood ( non sushi) this is where I like to go. read more

I hate giving such a low rating for one of my favorite restaurants but I had to for this specific one. My first issue is the wait time for our food. It took almost 45 minutes for our food to come out, and there was at most 4-5 tables being served, most of which already had their food served. My second issue is the utensils. They are so dirty. You can see the smudges and residue all over them. Staff needs to step it up a notch because this is ridiculous in my opinion. What did I get: the seafood trio plate with a side of baked potato with butter and sour cream. Overall the meal was delicious, not too dry and not too soggy (yes I've had fried shrimp that were very soft and soggy before lol). Ambience: nice and relaxing environment. Not too loud. Notes: unless there's no other Red Lobster restaurants around the area, I wouldn't recommend going here. If you do, however, be sure to check your utensils and ask for clean ones if they're dirty haha and hope you don't mind the long wait! read more

You don't normally get REALLY AMAZING service at restaurants in general. However, in this case, that service was beyond amazing . I had a chipped tooth and could only eat soft things until my dental appt. I was tired of popsicles, soup and such. My husband went and got me some biscuits. He got home and they were very hard and I couldn't eat them. He called hoping to replace them with fresh, soft ones. The bartender he ordered it from answered his call and not only apologized profusely but said she'd personally deliver new ones when she got off work in 30 minutes. Thank you SO much, Michelle. If I could give a rating in half stars, I'd probably have given this place a 2.5 out of 5. The only thing keeping me from giving just 1 star is we had good service. My wife & I each had the hand battered fish & chips lunch. Although it arrived nice & hot, the taste was not there. The fish was VERY bland. It seemed to be missing some kind of seasoning. The tartar sauce was lacking in flavor as well. I thought for sure, being a seafood restaurant, the fish & chips would bd good, but I should have listened to the other reviews on here that warned of the same thing. On the bright side, the service was good, the fries (aka chips) were good, and the strawberry lemonade was good. I don't think I'll be ordering the fish & chips again...in any Red Lobster restaurant. This place was really nice. After reading some of the other reviews I went in with lower expectations but was pleasantly surprised when we were leaving with how everything went. We didn't have to wait long for a table at 7pm on a Saturday night. The service was great our waitress was busy with a large group order so another waitress stepped in to take our order and help out. To begin we entered after lunch, around 1, and two hostesses were at the front. Neither hostess looked up or acknowledged our presence when we entered. We actually were never acknowledged. One said follow me and led us to a seat. She did not inquire if there was only two of us or if we might be meeting someone here. She just assumed that it was only us and never bothered to speak again except to say Sarah would be out waitress and be with us shortly. A greeting of any kind when someone walks into a business goes a long way. Sarah was good. The asparagus in lemon butter with Parmesan cheese was fantastic. The spicy chicken fettuccine was ok. Less than 1/2 of a piece of chicken on the lunch portion. It had a nice spice but the Alfredo sauce had a bit of grease in it. My husbands steak was cooked perfectly. His only complaint was the overpowering black pepper. He doesn't eat pepper so this was an overkill. His garlic mashed potatoes were adequate. His baked potato was tiny and he ordered it with butter only. There was no butter on it and he had to catch Sarah to request some. Probably won't return any time soon. read more

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and this place we reccomend to others. We had the create your own feast, and picked 3 options which gives you 2 sides. FYI if you order the wood grill shrimp it comes on a bed of rice pilaf to it's like getting 3 sides instead of 2. The soy-ginger salmon is amazing the sauce is so good it's a sweeter sauce its not bitter at all. The roasted green beans are great they are seasoned, and the wife really doesn't like vegetables but she really loved them she was very pleased with them. The shrimp scampi was amazing as always. Everything came nice, and hot as well. She felt it was a lot of food which is was when you order the shrimp alfredo you get like a third of the box of noodles lol but overall we loved the place everyone was nice, and friendly, and we will be back soon. read more
