Only reason I am leaving one star is because I can't leave a review with no stars. Very poor service, poor quality, manager had no intentions or desire to assist us in any way. Called ahead and said that they had plenty of room and came and then they said that there was an hour wait. We called like 5 minutes out so it went from no wait to an hour wait in less than 5 minutes on a weekday with no rush. Never using this location or franchise again because of my experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't make yourself go through this tragedy of a restaurant with their lack of service, thrown together food, and pork quality communication skills. I wish I could give less than one star. Used to love this place, but haven't gone in a few months. Customers came in without masks and the cleaning routine has obviously been neglected. Dirty floor and a dead bug right on the window sill--ewwww! Waitress was busy talking to other waitresses so we sat for 10 minutes before I could get someone's attention. When I finally got someone to come over, she got angry when I asked when we could get service, and literally glared at me. Decided to take my business elsewhere--suggest you do the same! read more

First of all, I know they get busy, but they completely took our name off the list after we checked in! And it didnt end there. We finally got seated and our waitress was terrible. She wasnt friendly, didnt interact with us, and I never got a refill. The kiosk didnt work, so when we told our waitress she was to busy watching the hostess seat another table to even let us know she heard us, and just walked off. It wasnt until we were standing by the front doors waiting for her that she told us what she was doing. When we handed our receipts back, she didnt even say thank you, have a nice day, come back and see us....nothing! read more

This Chili's has been the go to every Sunday with a buddy of mine and the service has gotten better every time! Bringing out our drinks as soon we sit down, and they are super friendly! Love them! read more

What terrible service. My family and I (party of 3) were seated and not waited on until I finally got up and asked someone to help us. From there, it took me talking to a manager for us to get our appetizer which was only cheese fries. Our food was adequate. The asparagus was covered in salt. Like ridiculously covered, it was disgusting. We had to ask for another side because the one we had was gross. Our side of Mac and cheese never came out until we finally asked for it. We weren't the only ones who had bad service though, the poor old couple beside us had to get us and refill their own drinks. I felt bad for them. The food was ok, as prices are low but the service was absolutely terrible. read more

If I could give zero stars I would honestly because it's not the waiters and waitresses. It's the cooking staff I don't think they wear hairnets, and that's a big issue. Regarding the three visits my wife, and I made to this establishment left us highly disappointed. So the first visit there they disregarded my instructions on my food allergies, and made our meals with the things we told them to take out our waitress that night was Ruby. The second visit my wife found a small hair in one of her sliders it was definitely cooked into the meat our waitress that night again was Ruby. The first night was sat in the bar, and the second night in the main dining areas. The third visit, and the last visit that broke the camels back was tonight. I found a long hair cooked into my baby back ribs I had to pull at it. It was absolutely disgusting. We sat in the bar once again we didn't have Ruby our waitress was Rita, but she was great. She was apologizing for things that weren't her fault. We were so turned off by the nights event we just wanted our check, and went to get something else to eat instead. Our love and go to a fresh little ceasars pepperoni pizza and free 2 liter soda yum! The managers in each incident made things right, but we have had enough though, and we will not be going back. The stress alone and anxiety we just don't want to deal with, but the manager Amber was very nice, one of the other managers David needs to work on his people skills, but he still made things right on visit two. Can't remember the other manager we had night one. She must not be there anymore, but she wore a lot of clown makeup. She too made things right, but had they not I would of been speaking with corporate on these matters, and still might quite frankly. I told my wife had I been a health inspector I would of shut that place down in a heartbeat. read more

Went today and the wife and I got the 2 for 20 deal. Food was good and service fair. Only one observation ... our server was cleaning a table and dropped the cloth she was cleaning with on to the filthy floor. She picked up the cloth and continued cleaning the table with that same cloth as if nothing had happened. YUCK!! read more

Ya know - a Chili's is a Chili's. You know what to expect from this chain restaurant. We stopped here on the way to Houston from Denver and watched a little football and did the 2 for 20 deal. The GF had the honey-chipolte chicken crispers and I had the fried shrimp. Cold beer, college football, attentive bartender and friendly patrons made it a fun evening. read more

As a resident of Wichita Falls, this would not be my first time coming to this restaurant. HOWEVER, this time, my friend & I came to eat & we both had empty drinks the WHOLE time we were there, the waitress never bothered to give us a refill. We also had our empty plates in front of us for a solid 15 minutes after we finished eating. read more

Average. Good restaurant with more choices than I expected. Food was a bit salty. Service was slow and the waitress wasn't very on the ball.

As this is a large chain everyone knows what Chili's has to offer, I think the new tablet deals on the table are awesome and I think our local chili's has amazing service and the food is always consistent, it's one of my favorite run to restaurants. It's a great place to go on a budget and when you need to eat and get back to business. read more

Chili's in Wichita Falls is terrific. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive - and the food is fresh and tasty. There's a happy, party atmosphere - but it's very family friendly. We met relatives there who were just passing through town, and the staff went out of their way to provide a long table for us so we could all sit together and visit. But...mainly, the food is just great - and isn't that why we eat out? read more

It's rare that I give a place a five, especially a chain restaurant. I have the lunch tacos, they were very yummy. And puts chilies at a 4 what bumped this place up was my server. Wow, he was great! He just keeper bringing me refills on my drink and checking in on me at just the right time. Was just as friendly and kind to the other tables. read more

Horrible customer service. Management is really bad. managers do not care about the customer. Waitresses gossip about their tables and run the customers down. Managers do not care. After they mess your order up and you get food that is not fresh and you say something about it then you're quickly labeled and gossiped about. It's really sad. read more

With chain restaurants you either get good one's or you get bad one's. Thankfully, this is a good one. I've been eating here for years now and it's a very rare thing that something either doesn't come out right or the service is bad. Usually everything is great, quick and well worth it. Tasted like normal Chili's food. Both my husband and I got the triple dipper. Food was hot and quick. The table drove me crazy rocking back and forth. The waitress kept coming by asking if we needed anything and threw (almost literally) refill drinks on the table without even having to ask. The service was well methodical not really friendly, but then who can complain with actually getting service from a waitress instead of having to chase her down? Some updating and cleaning would hurt. read more

The food was decent, but some of the worst service I have experienced in a restaurant. After years of going to Chilis, I will not be going back. I still am not sure who my server was, as three girls approached the table claiming they would go find her. We received drinks from the first one, who had a terrible attitude and no business working with the public. There was a good 20 minutes before a different girl came to take our order and she didn't know the menu at all. She also was very sarcastic. The manager greeted and spoke to every surrounding table, but we never heard from him. All of the servers in the area knew of our dissatisfaction, but failed to care. I worked in a restaurant as a server for years, and this behavior would have been unacceptable. read more
