They use a lotus leaf with a cage around the charcoal, and it was amazing. The rest of the staff was just as incredible. Our waiter, Daniel, and the hostess, Yasmin, took amazing care of us. As a Latino family, we loved how comfortable we felt speaking both Spanish and English with the team. The food was top-tier too--we shared the nachos (the spicy smoked salsa was my favorite!), Cajun fries, and nacho tacos. The DJ started right at 11 PM, and they stay open until 5 AM, which is a huge plus. The whole crew here is doing a fantastic job.
