Passions is a great lounge, I've been going here at least 3 years. Good on music, a lot of Afro beats. The wings & fries are good. I didn't really care for the beef tips. No seasoning but other than that. This is the place to be on a Saturday night! Sections start at $350. They include 1 hookah, 1 bottle, and chasers. The waitresses are all so nice and sweet. The dress code can be up or down. No shorts for men. read more

I've been to Passions twice now, and have had pretty good experiences. The servers are very friendly and polite, and the seating is great and very plentiful. I think the drink prices are a bit on the high side, but the hookah is great. They do play a lot of afrobeats early in the evening, but started transitioning to r&b and hip hop as the evening went on. I didn't stay late, so it wasn't a "hype" environment, but it probably gets more so later in the night. read more

This was one of our favorite spots to listen to music and have a few drinks and hookah when we lived in Vegas. Apparently they've remodeled and it's so cute now. The music is great and the sound system is on point. We usually go before 10 for happy hour when it's more of a chill vibe. This is a late night spot so if you want to turn all the way up come closer to midnight. The service has definitely improved since our last visits. It wasn't bad before, but now everyone was really pleasant, even security was nice. Our servers were super cool and checked on us frequently. read more

Never again I paid 1,500 for a table for 12 people and not on top of hat I paid 200 for a bottle wish I waited two hours just for hookah to get refilled not on top of that. The owner was very disrespectful. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first time coming to this establishment. I had reservations, and they wouldn't allow anyone else in, my friend was already inside, but she and some of our associates and outside to get me, the owner (short, disrespectful, rude, musty) asshole said that he didn't care about us spending money to reserve a table, if he say that we can't get in then we won't get in. as he walked past me, he purposely bumped into me, and I went off. at the end of the day you're a man and you so called own this place but don't treat your customers with respect. The short black "wanna be hard" security guy was so rude, along with the light skinned, loud dike of a security guard that wasn't securing much at all. it's like, we can go spend our money elsewhere but choose to support this facility that don't show ANY respect. do fuckin' better, please save yall time and money! DO NOT COME HERE read more

I heard about this place and wanted to try out their Happy Hour. You can't beat an $8.00 hookah at all. Upon entering we were quickly greeted and told to choose a booth. There are several booths and tables. All very modern and comfortable. The booths are private but not completely cut off from the atmosphere of the lounge. There is a space for dancing as well. Tonight they were playing R& B which was nice, at midnight they have a DJ that comes in to spin. They have a bar, and a full food menu as well. During Happy Hour they have $3.00 beers. Our hookahs were very well put together and the water fresh. We had a mint/ melon, and a vanilla/blueberry. Both were very smooth and not overwhelming. It was a great atmosphere with mainly a young adult crowd. DJ Amin played great sets with a mixture of hip and r and b infused with afrobeats. I didn't eat anything while there, but I will definitely try some of the Ethiopian dishes next time. Drinks are strong and reasonably priced. The hookah flavors were all on point. Staff were attentive to our needs and very pleasant. You must be 21 and up to enter and there is security at the door, so purses are checked and guys are patted down. All in all, this is a hidden gem in Vegas so go visit!! read more

The biggest disappointment of 2024. Went here with my friend during happy hour and they charged us all full price ! Then told us that the happy hour times were different. We multiple things before 11pm that we were "accidentally" charged full price for, but only gave use $6 back because he wanted to check the camaraderie first! Lastly we put an order in at 10:50 to close out happy hour the waitress didn't being the drinks until after 11 which we thought no big deal of until we received be bill! I didn't finish the chicken because it was cold and chewy but was going to pay because it was 6 bucks! read more

Went to the lounge hours say it opened at 8:00 pm. When we got there the doors were still locked a few employees drove up while we were waiting and said they'd open in a few minutes. We waited outside until 830 and they still did not open. read more

I called on Thursday evening to make a reservation for Saturday evening for my birthday. I was told by a gentlemen to call back Saturday at 5PM as they take same days reservations. I have called the phone number listed on Yelp 5X in the last hour. Left a voice mail. Now the voice mail box is full & I have no reservations! I wish I could say I've tried this place out but if you aren't professional enough to answer your phone or return voice messages then maybe this is a sign this place isn't for me! Always check reviews before you go somewhere. We called before we came, the owner said they take walk-ins, we get here and less than 10 minutes after the phone call he says they are closed and no longer taking in people UNLESS we pay $250 for a "table". Vegas is chock full of these types of bait and switch situations. You're better off staying at the strip and patronizing the clubs there. read more

Loved this place! Came on a Friday evening. We didn't have a reservation and seating was kinda limited but they accommodated us and I was surprised by how comfortable they made us feel! Not only is the food good, but the DJ was playing really good music as well.. back to back hits. From hip hop, to afro beat.. the drinks were good too, our server was very patient and checked on us often and I was surprised on how good the hookah is (me being a hookah expert) but the food and music takes the cake! Came here on a Saturday night for a date night with my man and I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. I called last minute around 10pm and they were very accommodating. The girls who work here are great! Very attentive and it's nothing but positive energy. The dj played good music all night. Had a few drinks and the house mix for our hookah. This place is a whole in the wall off the strip! I absolutely love this lounge. I personally do not live in the Vegas area, my cousin who resides there recommended that I come to passion while I was in Town for a girls trip and I do not regret it at all. Let's just say If your into Afro beat music then this is definitely the place to be at. The DJ is freaking amazing and spins the best mix. They offer VIP bottles service for an affordable price you definitely CAN NOT beat! It gets crowded super fast In there. once they reach capacity they do not let anyone else in. Passion Hookah Restaurant Lounge give me and the girls best turn up experience EVERRR!!! Imean Hell we partied here twice throughout our stay. The vibe is great the people are amazing. My first time experiencing this place with a group of women (all different races) and we were not welcomed or treated kindly at all. Our waitress never came back to check on us, we always had to flag her down when in need of something. She argued with us when we told her she bought the wrong food item to our table the first time. The only time we saw her pass our table was to pick up our cups and plates EVEN WHEN WE WERE NOT DONE WITH OUR FOOD OR DRINKS. She rushed our table through the night and asked if we needed a to go box for SALAD. We noticed that we were not important to her because we were not her regulars. Then she told us that she will not split our bill at all and that we needed to zelle one another. The waitress looked at my friend sitting with us and said "Am I not speaking English" which was a very ill comment to make knowing that my other friends and I were a different race than Ethiopian. We then asked her for assistance from another waitress or manager. She informed us that a manager was not available when clearly the manager was walking around the whole night.. The manager didn't seem to care at all when we informed her of the poor customer service we were given from the waitress. We explained to the manager our experience from that whole night was not great and that this was our first time here. We informed the manager about the ill comment that was made to us from the waitress, she then apologized to us and offered us drinks to compensate us. We thanked her but didn't take the offer. It was definitely prejudgement all around, starting from the security at the front door telling us how much we have to pay to sit down to get a table before he even did his actual job which was to check IDs and bags. read more

I've just read a report that a woman was being held against her will outside of the hookah lounge. If they have no security outside for the ladies or a parking lot guard. I will be crossing this hookah spot off my list. I'm sorry after I reaD this story there was no excuse. Ladies be aware this is not a safe area or always come with male friends as your own guards. Service beyond slow, took 20 mins to get a beer and one shot, and extra 30 min to get a hookah. The music is NOT diverse at all. I love afro beats however a wedding party from Ethiopia came in tonight and the DJ literally ONLY catered to them. The DJ told us he's playing this music because they reserved and section and were celebrating however being that we are patronizing a local business the music and service shouldn't be selective. So for almost two hours we listened to Ethiopian music only no variations on between, whole vibe completely ruined. I'll never recommend this place to anyone, because if you aren't buying bottles then your money, comfortability or genre of music isn't a thought here read more

I used to come here often for hookah. HOWEVER, today we ordered food and it took over 40 minuets to get a salad. We had to remind them twice not only that but we ordered hummus at the same time and it has been over an hour! still not out! Now she is saying it's gonna take time she finally gave my friend her money back after refusing to give her her money back the first time and then after another 20 minutes the food still want to coming out and they need they were saying that it was ready and now they're saying oh it's gonna take time but here's your money back and she said you know what forget about it what is ridiculous I don't think I'll be coming here again!!! Oh on top of all this the toliet didn't flush and they didn't give us the happy hour deal wtf! read more

Additionally, the patio had only three tables, which were already occupied when I arrived, despite your claim that a space had been specifically reserved for my group. Whether the photos on your website are edited or not does not change the fact that the overall experience and atmosphere were completely different from how the venue is presented online. The website gives the impression of an upscale hookah lounge/club experience, which was not what I encountered. My review was based on my actual experience as a paying customer. She then she comes to charge us and in her language she tells her employee " With these people you need to tell them first" not knowing that our friend knew her language because she's Ethiopian too. There's a difference we never are going to a place and not want to pay but we're not going to pay a price that is not the same as the menu! The owner was very rude and definitely not going back! Also the restroom was horrific it smelled really bad. The toilet had poop residue that looked like it had been there for days.
