My partner and I are regulars at Chill-N, coming in 2 times per week. We love that your order is made on the spot ... choose your base, choose your flavor(s), and choose your mix-ins. Our order always has been taken quickly and accurately, and it usually is served pretty quickly too. A few times, it's been super crowded, and it's taken a little extra time to get everyone's order through the machines. Worth it though. My go-to order is an oat milk base with chocolate and peanut butter, while my partner loves an ice cream base with strawberry and peanut butter. The texture is consistently smooth and creamy, and the flavors are excellent. Another big plus is the variety of dietary options available. They offer plenty of gluten-free and dairy-free choices, making it easy for everyone to find something they'll enjoy. Highly recommended! read more

This hands down might be my new favorite ice cream spot! Chill-N serves liquid nitrogen ice cream, which makes the experience even more fun and unique. My first impression was how clean the place is. The customer service was great. The girl who took our order was very friendly and asked if it was our first time visiting which is always a plus for me. Since it was, she took the time to explain how everything works. First, you choose your size, then your ice cream flavor, and finally any toppings you'd like to add. They offer a wide variety of flavors, including some vegan options, and they even have pup cups. If you're not sure what to order, they also have pre-selected ice cream and topping combinations you can choose from as well. I ordered the ube ice cream with coconut shavings and Fruity Pebbles. It was delicious, super creamy and full of flavor. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

This was a fun new find! A unique concept where you can order from an array of ice cream (or yogurt) base flavors and add in toppings to customize it, then watch it be frozen fresh with nitrogen. The ice cream was incredibly smooth, not too sweet and delicious. The service was also good, it did take a bit to get our ice cream with each order having to be made individually so be prepared for a little wait, but overall a good experience! read more

Very neat ice cream concept. I remember making and eating liquid nitrogen ice cream in college chemistry class so very nostalgic for me. I like the flexibility in choosing base, flavor, and mixins. It is a little overwhelming at first glance. Would be helpful to have more pictures of recommended recipes. I really enjoyed the oat milk ube with Oreos. Do be aware that the temp is much lower that regular ice cream. My tongue felt extra numb for a while after eating it. Service was very friendly and the space is nice and clean. A few days ago I ventured into chill-n ice, and the entire experience was so much fun. The fact you can pick the base of your dessert, ice cream, yogurt, or tart yogurt is great but, having options on flavors, and toppings is fantastic and very unique. I have a bunch of dietary restrictions, so the fact everything is labeled, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian is super helpful! PLUS, you can pick non-diary options, too! This spot caters to individuals tastes, for sure. Not only did I love the atmosphere, the quality of the ingredients, and all of the choices, the fact I was able to watch my yogurt being made, was so great! The many choices & process to choose your favorite fusion of your own creation . The visual of the hi tech nitrogen tubed process with steam billowing off the delivery is fun to watch . I dropped in here with a friend two days ago. I got a milkshake made with Cuban Coffee and Hot Cocoa ice cream. My friend had a small cup of Dubai chocolate ice cream. We had a friendly chat with the owner. The ice cream and shake were delicious. The place is brand new and very clean and modern. Prices are high, but everything else was great. read more

Leila gave amazing service at the ice cream shop. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience better with her positive attitude. Everyone is nice and helpful and willing to let you sample any flavor! I believe it's a family business cuz I've seen mom and daughter. The frozen yogurt is the bomb! It's nice to sit outside and just watch the traffic on sunrise. Enjoy! So I really like the wooden beach chairs that they have outside with the little pillows! I'm glad I found it! read more

They used to advertise that their dairy came from grass-fed cows, but that stopped a few years ago so I'm guessing that is no longer the case. While that's what caught my attention and actually got me in the door, I've stayed a customer because they do mention that their dairy comes from cows that have not been given antibiotics or hormones. So for those who pay attention to such things, take note! This locations is pretty small but I do like that they have just a couple of outdoor tables with chairs so that I can sit outside when it's nice weather.

We pulled up 10 minutes before closing and the employees seemed to physically notice us, have a conversation about it (my daughter thought she read their lips talking about how many of us there were), and then turned off the lights. So... that was lovely. My sister also said that when she was in last night something seemed off, that it was messy, and she had concerns that employees may have even been on drugs. She doesn't exaggerate, so... that also explains why she was quick to get out and not double check on my order... I'm real sad about this situation...
