Raspberry and brownie in a waffle cone

We were walking around downtown and decided to pop in for an ice cream. The staff was very nice and there was a decent assortment of flavors.

Chicken pot pie (you can also get it without chicken)!

Shout out to the Hub for the best chicken pot pie EVER! It was a great Friday lunch served by someone who has worked there 15 years! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The incredible vibe and great company made it a winning meal![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thank you!

This is the 4 th time we've been here in the last few years and each time has been worse than the last. We came in around 5 on a Friday and they were not at all busy. We were seated right away but the service was poor. They were clearly getting ready for the dinner rush to pick up and staff we focused more on those prep tasks than the current customers. We ordered the prime rib fries, burger, and a chicken pasta. The fries were great, there was a good amount of toppings and were very hot. When ordering the burger; we asked for medium and were told they cook all burgers to medium well. Well, maybe had the burger was medium well and the other half was still very rare. This is not an item we'd order again. Between the poor service and disappointing food, we will not be back. In an effort to be more trendy, this place has sacrificed on quality.

The mango chimoy taste like creamy mango with chimoy. The sangria taste like one too sour bitter flavor was good.

We went to their ice creamery only. I tried their sangria and mango chimoy were delish. I was craving an affogato. However their espresso machine was not working. They did not have waffle cones therefore got a small split cup with coffee and pistachio ice cream. It was so good. The pistachio was very creamy, flavorful with pistachio nut crunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The creamery is small but there's plenty of outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is cool and chill place as it has a restaurant[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].

I am reviewing only for the ice creamery! Stopped here after dinner as some of the other dessert places were places we have in phx (like screamery) and we wanted to try something new! They have some really delicious flavors and a couple unique ones too! I tried the oatmeal cookie dough, lemon bar, and chocolate peanut butter. Was hard to decide but I went with my go-to, chocolate peanut butter! This one was different as it was chocolate and pb in vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate! I added sprinkles too. I think my husband got cookies and cream and he likes his too! Service was great and they were patient as we were a little indecisive! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is just a small outdoor patio area to enjoy ice cream so something to keep in mind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant part appears to be very fancy![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Really good ice cream and nice setting![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My friend and I tried the torte with strawberry shortcake ice cream, a scoop of coffee and a scoop of salted caramel. The salted caramel had the perfect texture and flavors. It was AMAZING! So creamy and delicious. However, the coffee and shortcake left much to be desired. They were icy and stiff, not creamy or soft. Coffee was very bitter and I drink black coffee everyday. The shortcake needed more strawberry. Both could have been creamier and more decadent. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. Attentive and courteous.

This place keeps the good and improves everything else. Service was fast and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant has a good vibe and wasnt loud.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The drinks were tasty and suitably strong. We started with a pretzel bite that came with great mustard and a very cheesy chees sauce. We split a plate of fish and chips and it was plenty for 2 people. Stays one kf my favorites downtown.

You have to get the chicken pot pie if you come here! We started with the artichoke that had truffle Parmesan cheese grated on top that was really good. We then split the chicken pot pie and they split it for us which was really nice and it's just like a warm hug so so yummy! Our waiter was great and answered all the questions we had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside had been redone since the last time we came here and it's a really beautiful restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Comfortable atmosphere and seating to start as we were needing early dinner before a show at the Rialto.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Calamari and the Wisconsin cheese curds for appetizers. BEST cheese curds I've had in Tucson. Being from Illinois we're used to great cheese from up north. My friend and I both had the burger which was prepared on temp and everything served hot from staff. On the way out I stumbled onto the fact they also have great ice cream there as well!

Great classic foods with a twist. I had the fish and chips and they were very fresh and the strawberry shortcake is to die for. Staff is always friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is beautiful with the original brick of the building.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Had to make it a 5 star- we have not been disappointed by anything we have tried here. The sandwiches and burgers and fantastic! The sliced beef is so incredibly tender and flavorful - it is a win! The desserts (and I am not just talking ice cream) are always sooo good. But of course so is the ice cream! Love coming between rushes and having the place to hang to ourselves!

Tried this restaurant because it was near my hotel and I wanted a quick bite. The portion sizes are large and the food was tasty. I mainly ordered traditional bar food and my meal met my expectations. The service was fine and not very remarkable. The location's decor was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend giving this restaurant a try if in the area.

The bar with the awesome liquor selection on the wall.

I visited HUB before a concert at the Rialto Theater for dinner and drinks with my wife. This is a great and close location for such activities. We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by the hostess. The restaurant was full, but the bar was empty and was open seating! I love bars with open seating! (We are married, so I don't have to look into her eyes at dinner! ). My wife had the sangria and I had one of the many draft beers. While looking at the extensive liquor selection, I saw that they offer some great and hard to find bourbons, such as Blanton's, Weller, and EHTaylor. Oh, could I have spent more time here having some of them. We were served by the bartender, who did an amazing job filling our drinks and taking our order. She was friendly and attentive. For dinner, my wife had the chicken with Mac and cheese, and I had the smoked pastrami Ruben. I don't know how the Mac and cheese tasted, because my wife ate the entire portion without my usual taste for review! . The smoked pastrami ruben was absolutely excellent. I have never thought about smoking pastrami, however, this visit, I definitely will give it a try on my smoker. It was delicious! The menu is fairly simple and focuses on sandwiches, salads, and basic entrees. I love it when restaurants have a smaller menu, but does those menu items masterfully. If you are going to an event at the Rialto or the Fox theater, this is a great place to stop before walking to the venue. Some have asked on my reviews, "why four stars?" Well, the barstools were not that comfortable. It could just be me. This restaurant is a must try if in the area.

I'm happy to have finally gotten a chance to visit Unicorn Zebra since it's been on my list from…read morethe time they opened. It's a fun and also elegant atmosphere with the zebra theme clearly exemplified across the space. I would have to say this is one of the coziest bars I've been to, the furniture and seating is really supportive of a long-term visit. There are other levels, lower and an upper level besides the main space, but be aware that if there are parties, they can typically take up different areas. Our bartender, Sarah was fantastic! The way that she handled all of the guests and the busy field was incredible, so calm and collected, and furthermore making some really incredible drinks. Heads up that the online drink menu is not the current drink menu, I couldn't remember all the names of our drinks and put those in the photo captions, so when I checked on the website, the menu was showing something different other than what I saw at the bar. Out of several places I've been to, I'd say the mixture of flavors and details in the drinks are quite unique. I'll be back for more one day

We'd heard good things about this place and have been trying to support local downtown bars this summer, so we stopped in around 11 on a Friday night before heading home. As we sat down, we watched the bartender be pretty dismissive toward another group at the bar, so we were already a little unsure. We started talking about the decor because we liked the eclectic vibe. We jokingly pointed out that one of the pictures had a joint instead of a cigarette because someone in our group hadn't noticed. One of the bartender's first comments back, completely seriously, was, "I'm from San Diego. Have you never seen art before?" Honestly... what? It was such a weird, unnecessarily condescending response. I brushed it off at first as awkward banter, but it was a really strange first impression. The drinks were decent. The Loverlist was really good, and the Unicorn Fluff and Old Fashioned were fine. The bartender was quick to talk up their whiskey selection, but when we asked for a recommendation, she mostly gave reasons why she couldn't recommend anything and just kept saying they had "over 90 different options." Without a whiskey menu to look through, that wasn't especially helpful. We also asked for a shooter and were offered half of a cocktail instead. That would've been totally fine on its own, but combined with everything else, the service just never felt welcoming. We ended up leaving pretty quickly. I'd give the place another shot because the atmosphere is fun and has a lot of potential, but hopefully with a different bartender behind the bar.

Love, love, LOVE this space on 4th Ave in Downtown Tucson!!…read more I was recently in town visiting family and noticed it while having a weekend night out for some drinks on Fourth Avenue - I'm not sure how new it is but I hasn't seen it before and thought it looked pretty cool! Its Boxyard name comes from the various shipping containers that make up most of the buildings inside. It reminded me of Container Park in Las Vegas and similar places in Downtown Austin. I'm very excited that Tucson has a place like this now too!! We were there on a Saturday night, so it was very crowded with a DJ playing in the back, yet it was still open and spacious enough to have plenty of breathing room. I also loved how there's more than one bar for grabbing drinks at and a few food options - we got a couple of smash burgers from Daddyburger inside and they were GREAT!! Took a little while to be ready but it was a busy Saturday night, so understandable. Definitely make sure to add the arugula and pickles to it - loved the extra textures and crunch. The burger hit the spot and the fries were solid McDonald's type fries. Other food options inside included a Mexican food/burrito spot with several vegan options and also a sandwiches/snacks thing! We ended up just eating, drinking, and dancing to the music the whole night there. It was a blast!! It also looked like a great spot for just hanging out or getting some food whenever during the day or the week. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!
