Because of the nitrogen, the shops are usually cold, so bring a sweater! The service is always really good! The team here were very helpful and friendly when my guest wanted to order something new. Usually I would save for a special occasion and drive all the way to Abracadabra Ice Cream in Kissimmee, but it's so nice I have another option in the WP/ Orlando area! Was looking for a sweat treat after eating at one of the restaurants close by and glad this popped up as a recommendation. We stopped in and there so so many ways you can customize your ice cream from the base of the ice cream to the flavors and toppings you could add. They use a liquid nitrogen machine that gives it a unique texture and experience when making the ice cream. I choose their seasonal key lime pie and it was so smooth and delicious. They will having their pumpkin pie and apple pie added to their seasonal flavors soon. The staff was friendly and helped choosing a flavor I would like. Wow, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The girls who were behind the counter were amazing, they walked us through the entire process gave recommendations for flavors and mix ins. The inside is very clean, all white for that modern aesthetic, with everything in a periodic table of elements display. I ordered the ube flavor and my boyfriend chose butter pecan. It was pretty cool (my inner science nerd coming out) watching the liquid nitrogen freeze the ice cream and make it some of the creamiest and delicious ice creams I've had. It's really hard finding ice cream shops that have vegan options. I came across this place on an Ad from Instagram! Decided to check it out and it was so unique and yummy. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately even with 2 customers ahead of me. It took about 5-7 mins to be served. They have a lot of choices, flavors and mixins for your ice bream. The process for freezing the ice cream with nitrogen was very cool! The ice cream comes out very smooth which I liked. I had the Tough Cookie (Oat Milk vanilla with salted caramel, biscoff and cookie dough) and my sister had almond milk vanilla with granola and salted caramel. It was really quiet inside, nice wall decor for pictures and information on the nitrogen process for making ice cream. I did notice that even eating it there after 10-15 mins it melts very quickly. First thing I thought about this place is that it's a cute little space with a fun concept. I got the sorbet base with the seasonal passion fruit flavor. If you go here, please buy anything but this. There's a few things that I look for when visiting and ice cream shop for the first time: #1 Quality. #2 Service. #3 Atmosphere and #4 is Price. I keep price last because the first three determine if it's worth what I'm paying for. Quality. When it comes to freezing nitrogen ice cream you have three outcomes: 1) too soft to hold the consistency which melts quickly 2) rock hard where you have to wait several minutes before you can put the spoon in, and 3) "just right" where the consistency is firm yet creamy when you manage to take the first spoonful. The third option is the goal and both times I went they succeeded. Another thing they managed to do well is make it so you can actually distinguish the taste between the ingredients; a detail that often falls through the cracks behind the hype of how the ice cream is prepared. If you dont add the proper measurement of ingredients per the serving size, it'll just taste like freezer ice with a splash of flavor here and there, so good job! Often times people go for the usual Cookies n Creme or Birthday Cake which is fine but I'd suggest to try their other flavors because between the base flavors and the mix-ins you have possibly hundreds of combinations create. Service. The employees all seemed pretty eager to serve. They smiled the whole time and offered suggestions. Samples are not and cannot be offered because theyre all liquid-based prior to mixing. I really like that they have a little station for you to serve yourself some water right where you pick up your order once its complete also. Atmosphere. It has very clean look and feel to it: the walls are white inside and out, all the appliances are stainless steel, the signs are easy to read, and they even have a sign with fun facts about nitrogen and what makes it safe to consume. Final thoughts. No shame on just plain vanilla lovers, but if its all you want then this isn't the place for you. No because you're not welcome but because of the way the ice cream is prepared, the countless mix-ins, the different flavor combinations--all of these factors are conducive to customization which is what shapes the experience as a whole. If you only get one flavor, yes you might find it ok but you wouldn't fully appreciate the reason for driving all the way to a specialized ice cream shop to have your order custom made because its just...vanilla. read more

You start with your base that has 8 choices including VEGAN options. After you choose your base, you add your flavor.... So you like vanilla? Strawberry, peanut butter, my favorite UBE. The. Comes your mixing like chocolate chips, granola, cookie bites etc. I love that each ice cream gets its own bowl while being made and all of the cool fog effect from the Nitrogen. In the past I've ordered takeout from this place and it has been great. However, last Saturday I went to the actual store with my sister and I got a large size and she got a small one. First the ice cream tasted as if the milk was expired, my sisters did as well and she couldn't finish it (she always gets the exact same order).
