Chillburger easily made my list of top 5 burger restaurants, on the first try. Service was fine, and we got our food soon enough. My friend and I ordered the same thing with different toppings, and she bit into hers before I did. She isn't picky, but she's hard to impress when it comes to cheap food, so her excited reaction desperately made me want to try it. I bit into mine, and it was everything that a delicious steak burger should be--juicy, tender, and fresh. I never wanted to stop eating it. The fries, like the burger, were cooked to perfection. We shared a sundae, which was also delicious (but can you really screw up ice cream?) and left us wanting to come back again. There isn't much I can say other than it was delicious, and I will be definitely be returning. I plan to take my dad, a food junkie like me, to try it for himself, if only to hear him say, "Allie, you were right!" So, obviously, I recommend Chillburger if you find yourself in Clarksville. I had been craving a burger for weeks and I have driven right by this place countless times. Glad I finally went in and tried it out because I was not disappointed. Love the steak burgers as it was cooked perfectly and had a nice taste and crunch to it. Melty cheese and bacon on top and I'm a happy girl. The fries were pretty good too- they were thin and crunchy. Really wanted to try one of their milkshakes but got too full from the meal and the cream soda was enough of a sweet treat to satisfy me. I was the only one in here when I came in right before dinner time but it slowly started picking up and I was glad to see that because it is a good place to grab a burger and the service was great. On a chill Sunday with my best beotch and our sons going to flea market's and thrift store shopping we chose to stop and grab a bite to eat. You have a choice of a single, double or triple then dress it with several different toppings for burgers. As for sides you have regular fries, Parmesan fries, onion rings and I believe one other style of fries or a side salad. Not many choices. We pay, get our numbers and we sit..... the food comes out to the table in a basket with a separate basket of fries. I took one bite of the burger and grease dripped from it, I took a second bite and it fell apart from all the grease. My bun was soaked in grease. I finally sat it down and decided I was done. I patiently waited for my son and friend and her son to finish and we left. However after we walked around shopping we all 4 started noticing the same thing, our stomachs were starting to bubble. I decided.upon the site gle with cheese and bacon and a side of fries. My friend chose the same but also ordered an oreo milkshake. He sat down and enjoyed the interior decor while waiting for our food. The lighting is old Edison bulbs and wood pallets create a large wall. Our food arrived quickly and was.hot and tasty. Really enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant. As I said in my check in, I already gave 2 stars for soda selection. It's rare you find big red or all natural vanilla cream soda and pineapple cream soda in a restaurant. Added bonus they have my favorite kind of ice too. My husband was proud to point that out to me. The burger and special sauce and fries were delicious. I got stuffed half way through my single patty. Way better than Steak 'n Shake. Never done a review before but I feel my experience here warrants one. I've been to Chillburger several times and there is one employee who lacks any patience or gratitude for the customer. He is taller with thinning hair. He is just a grouch quite frankly and while I was trying to enjoy a lunch with my family he acted annoyed and inconvenienced because my 9 year old cousin couldn't remember what her order was. He showed zero patience and this is not the first time I've had a negative experience with him. It seems everytime I'm there I walk away thinking about how unpleasant he is. I went with a simple order a double burger , no bun, a few condiments and toppers all in a bowl. The burger comes out and everything is in separate containers so I'll have to put it together. Which I know is a small detail but I don't want to put a meal together at my desk. To be honest what they did was a lot more work. So I send it back asking if they could put it together. It comes back with some of the topping on the burger. So at this point people are not listing so I send it back again. This time I know it's not going to pretty. Now the burger is hidden under the fry tray. There is no bowl it's all thrown in the bottom of the bag.
