Chilly Air Services got out on the same day and decisively fixed an AC drain line issue that has been plaguing us over the years. The tech worked on our issue efficiently and professionally. Other HVAC companies have come out over the years and sold us an AC drain 'blow-out' service that worked for a while, but Chilly is the first one to take the time to address the underlying root cause. Now that we know more about our AC drain setup and what was causing our drain overflow issues, this problem should be finally be solved for the long haul. Chilly Air Services provided me with some of the best service I have had PERIOD! I contacted Mr. Saunders early yesterday morning (when I mean early, I mean before the chickens were up) because my fairly new air conditioning unit (purchased in 2016) stopped working. While the unit was blowing air out, it wasn't cold and it was leaking water all over my concrete floors, Yikes! Within the period of two hours, Mr. Saunders serviced my unit and fixed the problem. Our home is only 2 years old and our A/C decided to take a dump with the 104+ weather this is not a good thing. My husband was able to trouble shoot the problem and turns out we need a capacitor. Outstanding. Had American Home Shield and the company they sent out was completely incompetent and wanted to charge me for a service not needed. Mind you this was all done with basically no diagnostic check. I got Robins info from friends and had Andrew come out. He did a FULL assessment and realized what the problem was (he actually got his hands dirty rather than just opening the cover and stating I needed more refrigerant). The problem was a more simple one and would cost me 1/2 of what the other company (Anders AC) wanted to charge me. He completed the work yesterday and the system works great! After our power supplier offered a "free" tune up from a big name company. Oddly enough, 5 days after the "tune up", the A/C quit. Robin came to the rescue. I was referred to Chilly by a neighbor who had positive results. I contacted Robin on a Monday and I did not have an emergency, just requested a AC inspection, check-up and cleaning. He told me he could get to it later that week. On the confirmed day and within the time period, a professional service man arrived. He promptly went up into our 150 degree attic to inspect the unit up there for proper operation. He then went outside, tested the capacitor, tested the charge and thoroughly cleaned the coils. In the end, our unit was running fine but with the heat we've had already, I will now feel a little better to have had it given two thumbs up. The technician was informative, explained what he was doing and worked efficiently. Given the average customer service of many places these days, I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Robin and his team from the first call to the last minute before his technician drove off yesterday. We replaced our 20 year old AC unit recently and went with Chilly Air Services. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and provided excellent service. We had some minor issues last month with the unit freezing up during the ice days we had, but when I called Robin to let him know about the issues, they were immediately addressed and he came out to personally see that all issues were fixed and we were satisfied with the results. After 3 different companies gave us 3 different diagnosis and price including our warranty company, Robin was kind of our last shot to try. We were out of A/C for almost 2 weeks and it was an absolute nightmare. I texted him early in the morning and he came out the same day. He even checked the warranty of our part. Just want to make an honest recommendation about a recent service I had done on my home. Had to replace an old 3 ton unit that was over 25 years old. Had several people come out to look at the work and quote the service with less than great results. Most companies are upselling stuff or want to charge you for stuff that would normally do as an extra. Robin Saunders came out to the house removed and installed the unit in one day including a smart thermostat I went to buy at a local electronics store. He made sure the system was running over the weekend and then came back to make sure everything was ok the following Monday. At which time he send me the paperwork for my registered system. Robin with Chilly Air Services is definitely my go to for anything related to my HVAC system and yearly maintenance. I reached out to Robin to replace our Furnace/AC due to condensation drainage issues and concerns, not that it had gone out or anything, but it was time to replace. Robin took the time to explain everything to me in detail, provided me several options for my home, and provided very honest recommendations for the most value oriented vs. highest end money could buy. Based on availability, I actually got a higher model furnace, and I wasn't charged extra at all! He also recommended additional items like the Reme Halo Air Purifier / Ionizer and the UV light cleaner to kill mold/viruses/bacteria in the main duct post the coils/heater. I also had every register replaced in the house, and also had a return air duct added which made a HUGE difference to my home office! He was extremely fair on price and quality, unmatched in my opinion. He explained what I should for maintenance on the drain lines, and explained the benefit of multiple kill switches to prevent damage to the house with drainage clogs (main line / coil pain, back up line, and the drain pain). I highly recommend his services to my family, friends and neighbors, and his prices are extremely fair, and he honors his work 100%. In fact, he came out in the late evening when our A/C was initially installed and helped debug a short in the condenser signal wires that kept blowing fuses. He repaired the existing wires from the compressor to the furnace even though it was not his fault, and added protective shielding to ensure no future damage. read more

Robin Saunders with Chilly Air Services came recommended by my husbands coworker. From the very beginning everything went smoothly,returned call promptly. Was unable to come the same day, as I had not called until afternoon; he ended coming on a Saturday. Arrived and gave service to both air conditioners. Our air conditioners are 24 years old and have never been serviced in all that time. (This is pathetic I know). We have been noticing our house just isn't cooling as well, thought we will need to bite the bullet and put in a new system both up and down. Robin never brought it up, he knew exactly how old the system was and never once said we should think about putting in a new system. He did say that every thing seems to be good; but with its age there is no to know how long it will go on since its already gone much longer than normal. I feel he is extremely honest and fare, something hard to fine. I do know when we have to get a new system he will be the one we call. P.S.
