The potato taco was crispy, topped with cabbage and sour cream. The potato itself could've used a little more salt, but the salsa brought everything together. The two other tacos were packed, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can barely hold them together, and the salsa was spicy enough that one small container lasted all three tacos. Not many taco spots serve tripas, and even fewer do them well--but this place gets it right. The meat cuts are thick, full of flavor, and they're always willing to customize your order. I asked/bought extra sauce on the side but they forgot to put it in my bag. RATE : 4/5 CONS : Sometime their meat consistnecy is not always the best; cold, or a bit chewy/springy. They do charge sides condiments and sauces in a cup. AMBIANCE : it's a bit stuffy and hot in there. They don't have the best ac in there so it does it hot during the day time. The tables and floor are always clean. There's always guest in the store but it's pretty quiet with music on. RATE : 4/5 OVERALL : If you feel like getting full, this is the place to go.
