    BUILD YOUR BOWL - Veggie
    Sharon D.

Love this place! It tastes so much more authentic than the other options and the staff was great! The line was at the door when we arrived on a Sunday evening. My only complaint is that they ran out of their standard aluminum containers while we were in line and started making bowls in the smaller, circular, plastic containers. I do feel like the size was significantly smaller than the standard size. Other than that, everything tasted great. I did a veggie bowl and it was packed with so many Ingredients and so flavorful. I love that chips are included!

Walk in for breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised! This place reminds me of all the burrito places back home but w a side of homemade chipotle . We'll definitely come back! Also we ordered two tacos each aka burritos in my opinion and they were so stuffed we could only finish one and took the other one home. So worth the price. They were all very polite and friendly. It was clean and spacious. I want to come back for lunch time.

We back in this delicious wonderful thang. After working a long shift we needed some super duper taco bowl and burrito. The service Giovanni M. is always top tier and the vibes is upbeat music sports on the screen. The food is always good each and every time.

I've been to Chiloso may times and it is one of the better fast casual Mexican food restaurants in Southlake. Like everything else the prices keep increasing. The service is incredibly fast. Most items already prepared and assemble your food right there. Some are grilled like the quesadillas, fish tacos etc. I had the blackened shrimp tacos for this meal. They were real good. The green chiles with habanero slaw added a heat element with crunch and acid that went together nicely. The shrimp was blackened nicely. You always get an order of homemade tortilla chips and salsa with every order. I did not order the queso this time, but I usually do. It is some of the best queso around. Overall, good flavors and good service.

Visited for the first time recently and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and great food. The front was set up similar to Chipotle, you can build your own bowl. They also have a menu for ordering from the kitchen. Since it was our first time, the staff was patient to walk us thru the process. The restaurant has lots of seating and tvs, made it super easy to relax while you eat. The bowl I ordered was delicious, half & half normal and spicy chicken. They load up on the corn and toppings. Overall it was very filling and delicious. They also serve margaritas! Perhaps the best surprise, we ordered a strawberry and blackberry margs; paired so well with our meals. I really enjoyed the experience, would definitely return!

I am loving this place! This is my second location to visit THIS WEEK! The food here is fresh and delicious! I ordered the build your own Nachos. I got Chicken, Queso, Beans, Pico, and Salsa. The service was great and really friendly. I told them I needed something to eat but did not have a huge appetite and they let me order a kids sized meal which was perfect! I like how of the two locations I have visited that both are unique to their respective areas. It changes the ambiance from location to location which I like. While the ambiance may change, it is still the same great food!

    STACKED ANCHO CHICKEN BOWL

SO. GOOD. Everything we ate was well worth what we paid for it. My stacked ancho chicken bowel was delicious. It was incredibly filling and I was pleasantly surprised at how generous they were with the avocado serving. The bowl was topped with at least half of an avocado! The chicken was seasoned well and SO moist. There was a bit of heat on the backend, but it was pleasant and not overpowering. We also ordered chips, queso, and some of the jalapeño ranch. Everything tasted amazing. My husband ordered an OG style quesadilla, which I had a bite of. It was delicious - the tortilla was especially good. We went during brunch hours and were able to find seating and moved through the line fairly quickly. This is more of a fast casual environment. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This is definitely being added to our Tex Mex rotation. I want to try some of their breakfast items next!

    GRILLED AVOCADOS with Spicy Chicken

I've heard many good things about Chiloso and finally made my way there, they did not disappoint! We came here within the last hour of the day, but the minute we walked in we were greeted by the nice employees. They answered all my questions and even offered samples of the proteins to ensure I picked the perfect one for me! I also loved the music and ambiance inside the restaurant. They had some games playing, a huge layout, and offering drinks as well I could definitely see this as a great place for a fun date night or girls night! The menu is huge so I was intimidated, but I went with the Grilled Avocados bowl, white rice, black beans and topped with spicy chicken. OMG it was soo good, but the portions are so huge I couldn't even finish! It did reheat so well the next day though so that's even more of a plus to me! My friend got a frozen margarita and it was good as well, they felt it was strong but I didn't. A lot of people say this place is like Chipotle but better, and I agree and would even say the two can't be compared. The menu at Chiloso is so huge there's no way you're walking out hungry or unsatisfied! It was a bit pricey, but for the portions I think it's well priced. Everything was so good, I'd definitely come back and have already recommended to my friends!

It was alright, the fajita was pretty good. But I feel like for the prices I'd rather go to a restaurant. It is set up like a chipotle.

Moving to Texas a while back, a friend said "never underestimate a restaurant in a strip mall"…read more Craftway Kitchen in Southlake isn't exactly in a strip mall, but in the outlot of a few big box retailers. We've driven past Craftway Kitchen more than a few times, always intrigued with a 'we have to try that place sometime'. Saturday night was sometime. Taking our chances as a party of three walk in's, the restaurant was full inside, and there were a few tables open on the patio. I generally don't like to eat on patios, because flies show up, etc. Not at Craftway... not sure what they were doing, but there wasn't a fly or other flying bug around. The patio wasn't just clean, it was meticulous. Welcoming too - It felt very much like an extension of the restaurant. Alex, our waiter was quick to bring water and menus. Returning to take drink orders, a margarita was ordered as was a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. Drinks were quickly served. Water was never allowed to become empty. Alex asked if we had ever been to Craftway, we informed him this was our first visit. His ask "any allergies?" to which we said no. He disappeared, returning with an appetizer sampling plate with three items - the Reuben egg rolls, crab stuffed mushrooms, and blue cheese chips. All were fantastic! Three entrees ordered, the Chicken & Fig sandwich, Chicken Milanese and the Cajun pasta with Chicken. Food arrived; each entree was fantastic. Cooked to perfection, flavors were amazing. Dessert, shared, was a bread pudding with ice cream, a perfect finish. Alex never let beverages become empty, delivered superb service. The Chef circulated the room checking on satisfaction and chatting with patrons. Giving Craftway Kitchen a very well deserved 5-star rating. The staff did everything right! Departing, we talked about what we will order next time. We will be back to Craftway Kitchen!

Most of the starers are mouthwatering, even the unexpected Ruben Eggrolls are a delight. Less daring items like the coconut shrimp are equally good. Without a doubt my go to entree is the Beef Wellington. I remember La Madeleine had an affordable one on their menu in the late nineties, this is reminiscent. I do usually swap out the mashed potatoes for the chopped wedge as side, just seems like the classical steakhouse side for the task. The only thing I would say that is lacking is the wine list, despite being very fairly priced. Their most bespoke bottle of red is the Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon (2021), which while amazing for the $99.99 they charged, it was fairly flat, lacking the traditional vanilla perfume you'd expect from a pricey California Cabernet Sauvignon. Also took a bottle of GH Mumm Grand Cordon, which also did not taste as anticipated. I think the most plausible explanation might be heat damage, as both wines are usually well regarded but came up short.

They have the various different flavored tea. The Decor, cute, and effective. It's like there is a vibe of trying to be a local restaurant yet they are trying to survive in a corporate world. Now me being a T1D foodie means that I seek out meals comprised of meat and vegetables. Being a diabetic foodie is not fun or easy. My number one midday option is salad. If I were ever to be in a position in the restaurant world where I could Influence the menu, I would definitely make a true meal size salad a common option industry wide. In my opinion, ordering a salad isn't secret code for "I really don't want to eat." This is nothing against the original chophouse in particular because I have a hard time finding a salad at any restaurant that hits the spot. Yes, when we left the restaurant, I was still hungry. My wife didn't enjoy her meal very much because there was way too much salad dressing for her liking. The kids enjoyed it, I think. My little boy will eat just about anything. I never know what my daughter's gonna do in the way of ingesting calories. All I can do is offer her food and see what happens. There was nothing extraordinary about this little place. Unfortunately, for any business in Southlake, I seem to put higher expectations on them when I'm in that area. I don't guess that's fair to anyone involved with whatever kind of business transaction I may find myself dealing with while in that part of town. I would definitely go back there, but I would study the menu a bit more in order to find something that is a bit more filling.

My child ordered the "Sneaky Taziki," which ended up being a dried-out chicken breast with cheese in a tortilla, and he barely touched it. Overall, this feels like a place designed for a more generic take on Greek/Mediterranean food rather than something truly authentic or memorable. Both came with buttery rice, a fresh salad drizzled with olive oil, and yogurt sauce. The chicken was tender and properly seasoned, but the lamb was the highlight. Lamb can easily turn dry or overly gamey if not handled right, but this was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor even when cooked well done, exactly how a good shish kebab should be. I skipped dessert this time, though they offer a few options, and I noticed what appeared to be a buffet setup, which I'm curious to try next. Overall, a solid, well executed Mediterranean meal. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
