I have had a bunch of açaí bowls and theirs are pretty good! I got the nutty bowl and added chocolate chips (.75$). I enjoyed the texture of sliced almonds with the chocolate chips. Mine had a bit too much honey, I'll just ask half honey next time. The build your own option looks fun, I might need that next time as well. I came here over the summer to pick up lunch. Came here for the first time on a Saturday morning around 11 AM. They had a sign for a Bowl of the Month: Red, White, and Blueberry bowl, but at the register, they told me that they don't have that, even though the sign is still on their store. They said the closest one would be a Vitality Bowl, which includes organic Açaí, strawberries, banana, VB superfood blend, with Toppings: organic granola, bananas, strawberries, organic, Goji, berries, and honey. Upon checking in on yelp, there is a 10% off coupon from Yelp. However, when the cashier try to put it in, it was not available in the system so she had to call corporate. Corporate said that they do not honor that discount and it must've been someone from Yelp who put the discount in. The staff overall seemed very under trained, and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. It was completely empty when we came in, so thankfully there wasn't a long way or anything but the bowl took about 15 minutes to make. The bowl was kind of dissatisfying. I was expecting more hearty granola, instead of just dried oats. I was also expecting larger shavings of coconut instead of just some grated coconut that you can get in the baking section of a grocery store. The smoothie was kind of bland, but definitely Açaí. Thankfully, the fruit was fresh. Overall, my experience was not pleasant, and the food was very blah. I ordered through Grubhub and the delivery was wonderful - he followed the instructions on how to locate me in the semi truck. 5 STARS for delivery driver. I discovered VitalityBowls years ago - every week, I tried the various bowls at the Irving , TX location and became addicted. So any time I'm close to a restaurant that offers açaí bowls, I don't mind spending $20. I docked a star for this location because they didn't follow instructions. I asked for a substitute of blueberries in the place of goji berries (I actually keep gojis in the pantry of my truck - yess addicted lol). But overall, it was delicious. Fresh, healthy and tasty options when you don't want the same old thing. I brought my ex mother in law here and she loved it. She loves fruit and fresh food. I don't eat enough fruit so I don't crave it, but it was a good option for us. I don't think I could bring Bae unless he'd just finished a steak and wanted dessert. This wouldn't be a meal for him. I went back for a smoothie before I had my covid vaccine because I wanted something in my stomach but I didn't want a meal. They have good perks and deals if you download the app and scan when you order. I plan to go back to try other options. I think this place is fantastic. I loved all of the food and was so happy to find healthy food with a variety on the menu. Personally I loved the savory bowls and wraps the best, especially the green bowl and the chicken vitality wrap. I preferred the acai bowl more than dragon bowl. My kids also loved this place. The staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that even though we were eating there, they brought everything in to go bags and in plastic containers. I would love to see the healthy vibe also extended to care for the environment. I wish they'd open one up near Denton! read more

I always enjoy coming to get a bowl and Panini here one of my favorite places! Especially if I'm wanting a more healthy option. I say try the nutty bowl if you want something sweet and you like peanut butter. The service is normally good and the place is pretty fun. 1st experience, won't be back. Ordered kale salad with steak. A $15 small portion, so little goat cheese as not to be tasted. When I asked for a knife to cut the meat, server went to get one, came back and said they dont have knives!?! I pulled meat apart with my fingers :( Asked for salt & pepper. No shakers...was given small plastic cup with salt & pepper COMBINED?!? Maybe the "bowls" are better. Regardless, not a good experience, which may explain the lack of patronage in the half hour I spent there. Also found it annoying that music was playing overhead while TV dialogue competing from another wall. Ugh. read more

I was charged extra to remove strawberries for bananas and i was charged extra for peanut butter when they only put it on the corners of my bowl, i've gone to another location and they were a lot more gracious with how much they give me especially when charging me extra. read more

I like the vitality bowls, however, every time I come here there is only one person working. They have to make the bowls...(which apparently take a while) but they also have to stop making the bowls to take orders when people come in. There should be two ppl working. One to make the orders, and one to be able to make the bowls. I just can't come in anymore. I only have 30 min for lunch. It's very unfortunate. read more

Love this place! The vitality bowl is a family favorite. My personal favorite is the warrior bowl. I'm highly allergic to strawberries and I love the extra precautions they take for me by cleaning out the blender, changing out gloves etc. the bowls are very filling and full of good nutritious stuff! This was my first time at a smoothie bowl location. Walking in, there is a great little area for kids to play. The staff were courteous and kind. They were very patient explaining the menu. They have a decent kids menu and made substitutions with no extra charge. The bowl was fresh, cold and delicious. I will definitely be coming back. We've driven past Craftway Kitchen more than a few times, always intrigued with a 'we have to try that place sometime'. Saturday night was sometime. Taking our chances as a party of three walk in's, the restaurant was full inside, and there were a few tables open on the patio. I generally don't like to eat on patios, because flies show up, etc. Not at Craftway... not sure what they were doing, but there wasn't a fly or other flying bug around. The patio wasn't just clean, it was meticulous. Welcoming too - It felt very much like an extension of the restaurant. Alex, our waiter was quick to bring water and menus. Returning to take drink orders, a margarita was ordered as was a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. Drinks were quickly served. Water was never allowed to become empty. Alex asked if we had ever been to Craftway, we informed him this was our first visit. His ask "any allergies?" to which we said no. The only thing I would say that is lacking is the wine list, despite being very fairly priced. Their most bespoke bottle of red is the Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon (2021), which while amazing for the $99.99 they charged, it was fairly flat, lacking the traditional vanilla perfume you'd expect from a pricey California Cabernet Sauvignon. Also took a bottle of GH Mumm Grand Cordon, which also did not taste as anticipated. I think the most plausible explanation might be heat damage, as both wines are usually well regarded but came up short.

My wife didn't enjoy her meal very much because there was way too much salad dressing for her liking. The kids enjoyed it, I think. My little boy will eat just about anything. I never know what my daughter's gonna do in the way of ingesting calories. All I can do is offer her food and see what happens. There was nothing extraordinary about this little place. Unfortunately, for any business in Southlake, I seem to put higher expectations on them when I'm in that area. I don't guess that's fair to anyone involved with whatever kind of business transaction I may find myself dealing with while in that part of town. I would definitely go back there, but I would study the menu a bit more in order to find something that is a bit more filling.
