Since I had given her business in the recent past, i hoped that they would be able to accommodate me yesterday when I want over... NOPE 2 weeks. I pleaded my case and they wouldn't budge. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I found Julia's this morning and went over. I was greeted by a very pleasant woman who said that she could get it done BY THIS FRIDAY!!! I was thrilled! However, the hours are a little inconvenient (not open Sundays) and I really hate the parking lot. There are lots of huge speed bumps and there is traffic coming into the area from so many different directions. I recommend parking on the side of the building to the left of the neighboring Taqueria and walking over. If you park directly in front of the cleaners' be prepared for some difficulty backing out- and watch those speed bumps!

My gown had 5 layers of tulle and required a LOT of bustle buttons, and they handled every detail so beautifully. The dress fits perfectly and the craftsmanship truly made my vision come to life. Not only did they do an amazing job on my gown, but they also sell so many gorgeous dresses in the shop. My mother-in-law was able to find a beautiful dress there that Rosa altered flawlessly. My maid of honor and sister-in-law also had their dresses altered here, and every single one came out perfect.
