We ordered take out from here. This was our second time and I was really hoping I could improve the rating from last time but unfortunately was unable to. The service was ok, Cannot speak to the ambiance but the food was absolutely horrid. The chicken and beef dishes had a very unusual texture and taste. This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. We were afraid to eat it. It was just Gross. The noodles were a dry clump with pork that was so over cooked it looked black. Shrimp was slimy in what they called Walnut shrimp and the fried shrimp appetizer was fried so hard you could hardly bite into it. Mongolian beef is a winner. Good spring rolls/so-so egg rolls. Their lo mein is good. Ask for extra garlic sauce for an upcharge; it's worth it to slather everywhere! When you order moo shu, they tell you upon pick up that you ordered on Uber wrong - something about pancakes and rice? They have good frozen dumplings at Publix next door and you just dump a handful into a pan with a lid with a little oil, more water, and some soy sauce. Don't get their dumplings. read more

They are so nice!! But the food is soso. Lo mein has weird cinnamon vibe. Honey chicken isn't in honey it's in a simple syrup. Side of fried rice was good but small. I wish it was better because they work hard and are so friendly. read more

Don't place an order online either for pick up or delivery on a Monday. Their system allows you to place order - pay by credit card, receive order confirmation, etc etc - BUT THEY ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS. READ THIS FIRST: Food is not very good and they can be rather rude. The food is not awful but it's not good either. They simply don't care. The recipes are whatever they decide to make you. Most dishes are just some poorly cut large chunks of vegetable with indiscriminate sauces. Dishes are often indiscernible from each other. It just sucks cuz they don't even try. They make you "their version" of whatever you order and typically their version isn't even an attempt at the actual dish. So it's either false advertising, incompetence or straight out rip-off. Nothing they serve is better than mediocre. I'm not comparing this to good, food I'm not comparing this to authentic Chinese food. I'm comparing this to other mediocre chinese-american take out places. If you order from here it's cuz you just don't know any better and or you just don't care. As most people have said, "just your average Chinese food", but had an incident tonight trying to fix an order that has me regretting going there for years. Missed my sons order, which was why ordered and tried to get it fixed and was faced with very confrontational staff. I was there when a order was placed for delivery, and when it was missing from the order. Also was the one that had to go pick it up and pay for it after they refused to correct their mistake. In trying to get them to fix it I finally decided to give then the last $8 I would give them so my 2 yr old son could get his meal after a confrontational person on the phone, was also the confonrational person who greeted me at the restaurant as well. There are about 3-4 other places that will deliver to the same area and have had at least two of them. Honesty, I would and will be ordering them in the future just to ovoid having a restaurant staff ruin my night arguing over $8. I highly recommend you do too. read more

This was our third visit but this time the meat quality was terrible. The Hunan chicken dish is usually lean white meat however, this time it had the appearance and texture of mostly skin. My family and I order from this place quit frequently. And quit frankly the food is mediocre for fast food Chinese. And the woman that answers the phone is constantly rude. Working in food and beverage industry myself I know that that is unacceptable. I understand having a bad day is one thing, however seeing similar reviews of the lady being rude to customers on the phone is another and seems routine. Never have a bad experience with the deliver. This has to be the worst I've ever had in all my years on the planet!! The pu pu platter was old, greasy with soggy batter, hard and over cooked meat. Tasteless. Pin feathers ( long ones ) on the chicken wings. The other things(????) were like eating hard tack. Like the food was cooked once, left on the counter and dropped back into the fryer. The dishes were gluey, pale, lifeless and had absolutely no seasoning. Fried rice was colorless, wet and the shrimp disintegrated. Like they poured chicken stock inside and left it for dead!! What is the hype about this place? To everyone who claims they know Chinese food and gave this restaurant 4-5 stars doesn't know what they are talking about. I got the schezuan chicken, the chicken was soggy, the onion to other vegetable ratio was terrible. They probably put at least two full onions in my entree. The chicken was also soggy and did not taste like high quality poultry whatsoever. I don't plan on coming back here, terrible Chinese food. read more
