C21- roast pork w/ garlic sauce. Egg roll not pictured. Pretty darn edible.

In From out of town and stopped in spur of the moment for dinner. Owners(?) seemed very nice, food pretty solid for Chinese takeout. Fried rice in combo not bad but not great. I'd ask for white rice next time. When I'm back in town and I want some China takeout I'll be back.

It wasn't the best I've had around town, but it was good enough for me to like it. I don't eat meat, so I asked for no pork fried rice, but she said only egg is in it (I don't like it that much, has a lot of sodium). Also, asked if I could sub a spring roll instead of the egg roll and she said egg roll w/the dinner combo is veggies only. Crab Ragoons were good... they were in a triangle shape, not the 3D shape. I prefer these, because the 3D stars you get little filling.

It's a no go from me. The rice was 100% left overs from Saturday night. I literally saw her take it out of a container and reheat it on the wok, what a bummer! For "fried rice" it only contained egg and rice. No veggies at all - that was very odd. The orange chicken tasted really weird, the sauce was super thick and tasted extremely sour. Let's not talk about the egg roll that smelled really really bad. It was full of veggies which is okay. I love veggies. I'm pretty sure the egg roll was no longer good and should've been tossed instead. This place isn't fancy so I wasn't expecting amazing quality food. But common... when you think Chinese your mouth instantly waters. This place was a huge disappointment.

I've been to many Chinese takeout places in Naples but this place located in the Strand Plaza is by far the best tasting that I've experienced. The place isn't fancy at all inside and the decor is very basic but, what they lack in in appearance they definitely make up in the quality of their food. There is plenty of parking in the plaza and they have vegetarian options. I always order the Fried Chicken Wings or Lo Mein combination because they cook it really well! The Chicken Wings are so crispy and flavorful while super tender inside. The Lo Mein noodles have good texture and not to soft while having some nice crispy char from the high heat wok. Super tasty and not overly salty. They serve fried rice with the combination dinners and like the Lo Mein, the rice isn't mushy and has good texture and some charred ends. The rice is seasoned perfectly with a nice rich color and not bland compared to other places in town that make the fried rice bland and tasteless. The service was good and they have very affordable lunch combination for less than $6.00. I definitely recommend this place for its good food at affordable prices and great taste.

My chicken was not cooked all the way, threw most of my dinner out...:(. I've only ordered from here once before and it was fine.

One of our neighbors used to live in the area and recommended anything in Tin City for lunch. We walked to Tin City from the free parking structure just off 5th Avenue and, while we found the area mildly interesting, we didn't like any of the typical joints along the water. Besides, having eaten at Dockside in Venice the day prior, we were looking for something other than seafood. In looking at Yelp, we were intrigued by Ichi Togarishi so we walked back towards 5th Avenue. Located just off 5th Avenue, this small place would be quite easy to miss. Upon entering, we realized how snug this place was. We were seated promptly and presented the menu. My wife ordered the Chicken Veggie Shoyu Soy Ginger and I had the Chashu Belly Garlic Noodle. We both liked our dishes, with complex, bold flavors. The Chashu belly was tender with sweetness and soy flavor shining thru. Its flavor profile reminded me of Pad Thai. A very nice find in Naples!

Had lunch there recently when I visited the town for a race. Definitely the best meal I had there,…read moreand my server was one of the best I have ever seen. The restaurant has a large menu featuring different ramen (dry or w/ soup) and rice dishes, as well as appetizers. I tried their steamed vegetable dumplings and the pork ribs dry ramen. Both dishes were fantsastic. It was the first time that I had dumplings filled with endamame+minced garlic. It was savory and slightly sweet. The meat in the ramen was fork-tender and full of umami; the ramen was chewy; and it was served with a wide variety of fresh vegetables (zucchin, broccoli, carrot, onions, green onions, corn, microgreens, pickled ginger). The ramen was ~5oz. PS: the noodles are salty -- ramens are meant to be salty. Service was awesome. Several things that my server impressed me: 1. He asked me about my food allergies -- important for seafood-dense restaurants like a Japanese restaurant. 2. I asked for some extra ramen when I just got the entree. He suggested to bring me the extra when I almost finish the ramen in my entree. Surprisingly, he brought a small bowl of ramen exactly when I was about to finish it -- very precise and customer-oriented. 3. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time. 4. When he was taking the order of another table, he gave recommendations to the customers based on their dietary preferences, instead of blindly mentioning the "signature dishes" like most servers do. Moreover, when the customers ordered food, he squat down to listen what they said carefully. So, yes, I speak highly of this restaurant. Definitely recommend it. And I will dine in it again next time I visit Naples.
