I just moved to the area and I was hungry for Chinese food. Came across this spot as I was driving home and decided to stop in. They had an extensive menu and very reasonable. I asked about their Hong Kong noodle dish. It crispy noodles with a gravy sauce with beef and veggies. Hit home and to my surprise it is absolutely amazing. China Bro's is really what you want in a neighborhood Chinese food joint. Nothing blew my proverbial socks off, but the food is always fresh, tasty and in plentiful portions. Do yourself a favor and branch out from the regular orange chicken. The Mongolian beef here is fantastic with a ton of fresh vegis. Yes, the storefront and small dining area can be a bit cramped and the staff can appear a bit chaotic from time to time, but for me that does add to the charm. This is not a polo wearing highly polished national chain, so you might see a Mandarin language soap opera on the TV or you may not see a corporate motivational fortune cookie poster on the wall. Stopped in last evening for takeout (11-16-19) and was not disappointed. I've been passing by China Bros for while now, heading in and out of the Trader Joe's next door. They have a big format menu up on the wall, I and the family made our selections-Sweet and sour chicken for the Wee One, Kung Pao Chixken for Hibby, and Singapore Noodle (extra spicy) for me. We paid the very nice guy behind the counter, and went over to Trader joesfor weekly supplies. Out food was being bagged up as we returned. So they have a good turn around time-about 10 minutes. We got home and dove in. Everything was delicious. The potions were enormous. They included wonton chips with dipping sauce and fortune cookies in our bag, which is super nice. The S&S chicken came with the sauce on the side, this leaving the friend chicken crispy. The Singapore Noodles we loaded up with shrimp, chicken, and char sui, and were extra spicy-YUM! I got number 82 which is the house chow fun. It was a good portion and came with chicken and shrimp. However the noodles were not cooked properly. Some were very hard. Also the chicken was not good, i found a pink spot. I don't think they cooked the chicken throughly. The flavor of the noodles was okay. I just stopped eating when I find that the chicken was not fully cooked. I don't know if they were in a rush or if this is common. Unfortunately I will not be going back. read more

I used to love this place, ordered here regularly over the last couple of years since they opened this location. But today was a deal breaker for me. The staff was rude, and blamed me for a misunderstanding that I wasn't even aware was an issue. When I ordered my food, I explained what I wanted and there didn't seem to be any issue, especially as I've ordered custom options before. I got home opened my food and lo and behold and the food was not what was ordered. I took the food back and explained the issue and was berated by who I assume is the manager, a person who used to be kind. This put me off. In the end I ended up having to pay extra for a completely different item, that I would have been more than happy to purchase during the original transaction had they informed me they would/could not make what I asked. The rudeness and disrespect I got are the nail in the coffin for me. The food tastes great, but I doubt I will ever come back now due to the treatment I got. read more

I ate here for the first time yesterday and I was really impressed at the quality of food. I split the the honey walnut shrimp and BBQ fried rice with a coworker. The portions were more than enough, especially the fried rice. The shrimp were large and flavorful. Even though this was takeout, I don't feel either dished suffered due to having to travel before consumption. I'm glad I found quality Chinese food here, something this area is sort of lacking IMO. First time coming in tonight & This place is bomb. We got the Family A combo..omfg for $30 you get a plate of fried rice two entrees soup egg rolls AND ragoons. It's a lot of food and way more for only three people. The chicken chow mein is a must and I would take it over Panda Express any day. The service was unexpectedly different from any Chinese chain I've ever been in and in a good way. It's like fast food restaurant style. We sat down and someone came with menus. It was pretty nice because I was ready to go up to the counter to order. Also, they brought plates napkin plastic utensils and fried wonton chip things with sweet & sour sauce. That was really nice. The service was great too!! It's ran by a bunch of well.. china bros and they know how to keep costumers happy. All of them were super nice and they came multiple times to ask if everything was okay. We decided to try this place out after hearing some good things. It was packed at 1 pm and we understood why. The waiter was nice enough move a table so we could squeeze the family into the table next to a nice couple. The service was above average and the lunch special ($6.95-$7.25) came with a cup of corn egg drop soup (very tasty) and your choice of rice, fried rice or chow mein. The food came out one plate at a time, as they were cooking it as we ordered. It did take a little longer for the last plate to come out (we had 4) but it all came out hot and and very tasty. I went with the shrimp in lobster sauce which was such a great deal! I really enjoyed the medium sized shrimp in the sauce. There were a lot of onions and some green peppers too, but overall a really great dish. It started to slow down around 2pm so that may be a better time to go if you want a late lunch with less people. They gave us fortune cookies at the end (and those were quite tasty too!). For a great lunch deal with good food and good service, this is the place. read more

First of all, if you plan to order dinner, be ready to wait 45 minutes longer than the expected wait time and they aren't even apologetic. Dinner portion are fair but steer far away from their "lunch specials". Our order: Honey Walnut Shrimp* (upgraded the rice to chow mein) $11.95 - Perfect crunch of shrimp and sweetness of sauce - Walnuts were candied really well - You get a good amount of chow mein *This dish alone would've fed both my boyfriend and I Eggplant w/ Tofu (with Steam rice) $9.25 - I don't typically like eggplant but in this dish I loved it - not your traditional eggplant w/ tofu dish but it is a really good version of it - sauce was great! The service was okay the cashier greet me. The food I got was F11 which had half and half chow mein and fried rice, with orange chicken. The orange chicken wasn't crispy it was soggy. The chow mein didn't come with any type of veggies, it was just noodles. The fried rice was soggy also, like they put too much water during the rice making process.
