I ate one, and it was very rubbery, and you could tell by how hard it was to separate them- that they were prepared earlier which makes a difference in the quality of these rolls. We have tried so many of the different ones and always come back to Kinaly! Some of our favorites: Pad Thai Pad Woon Sen (not found everywhere, and theirs is delicious - glass noodles - perfect when you want some lighter noodles) Basil Entree Eggplant Entree All the Curries Fresh Spring Roll Fried Egg Roll Basically almost everything on the menu :) Beef, Shrimp, and Tofu are our top proteins. The staff is very friendly and we call the orders in and they are ready for us in 10 min or so (on busy weekday lunch days). They have a rewards system (sign up with your phone # at their kiosk) and every few visits you can cash in for $10 off (or sooner for other freebies). I got takeout for three yesterday at Kinaly Thai Express, ordered via Grubhub and then picked it up myself. They have a nice menu selection, very typical for Thai restaurants in the area. I ordered my go-to: Ka Prao Chicken. My wife ordered Ka Prao Shrimp and our friend ordered the Orange Chicken. We also ordered a large Tom Kha Soup to share. Unfortunately, Grub Hub told me the food was ready for pickup before the kitchen had it out, but they were very quick once I got there. The food itself was very good, but our spice levels were not honored. I typically like at least a medium spice but what I received had basically no heat. I recommend adding a separate comment to the order. The portion-sizes are at best moderate, especially considering the price for take-out. We paid over $70 for three dishes plus the soup. That is what I expect to pay for a dine-in experience in a place with good ambiance, which Kinaly doesn't offer. They are really more a "hole in the wall" atmosphere with the few tables they have in place. So, bottom line: Kinaly shows five-star potential, but timing and spice-level execution fall short. I used to be able to eat here but for some reason the food hasn't been very good My wife liked it because it was convenient until her stomach did not agree with the food. Takeout Order Review We have ordered it as takeout through uber eats, doordash, and done pickup. Their pad thai is super tasty! They use a thinner noodle than other places, but the sauce they have is very good. Usually the pad thai I get as takeout is a bit dry, but Kinaly's is still quite juicy and packed with flavor which was surprising. We get it with chicken. I am a fan of their Yellow Curry. Very flavorful. I do feel like I get more curry liquid than ingredients within, as there's a lot of excess after scooping out the meat. Great Thai Food joint in a well known shopping center. They also have boba, teas, and imported sodas. Service is fast! I ordered at the cashier in the front, had a seat and about five minutes later my order (three kings, with a side of white rice and a milk tea with boba) was delivered to my table.
