I like good Chinese food. I had a couple of buffets that I patronized back where I lived in PA. I wanted to find some down here, so I tried this one, which is close to where I live now. The selection here is good. The service is very good (the 3 stars). The taste is ho-hum. Unfortunately, too many of these Asian buffets are quantity over taste, probably exacerbated by slow patronization. OK if you want a buffet selection. read more

Pepper steak and onions are to die for. Food was hot and delicious. Glad they're back in business even if it is only carry out.

I walked in and was impressed with the variety they had. The food however was pretty bad and I definitely would not go back. Every dish I tried was warm nothing was hot. The pork eggroll was crunchy on the outside but mushy in the middle. The pepper steak was bland. The fried dumplings looked like they had been cooked in a round pan they were all stuck together and they were burnt on the bottom. Huge disappointment. read more

Food was so so-- nothing special and not sure how fresh some of it was (noodles, chicken, ect.) Service was not the best, even had to get up and find an employee to get drinks refilled. For the weekend price of near $15 per buffet, the experience didn't equal out well for the price paid. read more

Friendly staff and a lean environment. I enjoyed the food's taste for the most part. So, why only two stars? The food in the "hot" buffet line was not hot. It varied in temperature from room temperature to warm. I did not have a thermometer, but I felt that the "hot" food lines were at best warm. I am not concerned about the cold line, the shrimp was on ice and was cold enough to be safe. The "hot" food lines seemed a bit iffy as far as safe food temperature go. I did not get sick from the food, but was concerned enough, in thinking back in preparation for this review, that I have decided not to return. If I want to gamble I will go to a casino not a buffet. read more

Small place but ok setting. Not a big selection of food but everything they had out was very fresh. Price was 10.95 for adults and 5.95 for kids for dinner time. Hot tea is extra 1.39 I think. For a chinese buffet the selection is smaller then what I am use to but best buffet I had in that area. read more

We laughed because everything we tried had zero flavor. It was like eating unsalted crackers. I won't go back. Very unsatisfied. I gave it three stars only because the staff was pleasant and the place was clean but waste of money for food with no taste. Great lunch buffet for the price! Great chicken dishes! Just white & a yellow fried rice (just ok) (located end of a buffet island in covered slow cookers). A chicken / beef &/or bacon fried rice (non yellow) would've been nice. Would've been nice to see a chicken chow mien and spare rib dish (likely in supper menu). Fried chicken & General Tso Chicken was VERY good. Price, freshness & fact everything didn't taste a similar flavour would bring us back again! We love a good chinese buffet & we rank this 8/10. I am from Oklahoma and stopped here. So not worth the stop. Hot and sour soup was not very hot, or very sour. Stuffed shrimp sucked. Paid 30 for two, was not worth the money paid. I would not recommend this buffet place. read more

We like this place a lot, have been here several times. Dinner starts at 3:30 PM (more options) and I love the frog legs, pepper shrimp, chicken on a stick and everything else. On the weekends they have crab legs, which are pretty darn good too. Give it a try! read more

For the price can't be beat. Decent Chinese food. Good service. No problem getting seated. My wife is handicapped, and has no problem being seated. Easy parking, good selection of ice cream. read more

Clean and new place. Small for a China Biffet, but wasn't crowded at 5pm on a Thursday. Service average, but prompt. Food choices radically limited when compared with many other Chinese Food Buffets. There is an independent a couple miles away on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte. Easily double the food selections and a lower price, too. This will be my last trip to this restaurant. read more

I've been coming here since they opened. The food has always been good and the waitstaff has been ok. However lately the staff has been rude and not very attentive to the customers needs ie drink refills, plate removal etc. They have been treating customers as if we were some burden to them. My wife asked one of them to come to the table so we could get a knife and she came to the table saying "yeah". Not can I help you or can I get something for you, just "yeah". I guess when i want to go to a buffet ill be going to port charlotte to the hibachi buffet. read more
