They also flat-out lied about how far away we were to justify charging a higher delivery fee. I know exactly how far my own address is. We are not in another dimension. Yet somehow, according to them, we were apparently located at the edge of civilization. The distance magically "increased" when it came time to calculate the delivery cost. Convenient. And then they charged an absolutely insane rate for the delivery fee. Not slightly high. Not mildly overpriced. Unhinged. The kind of number that makes you check your receipt three times to make sure it isn't a typo. For what? To deliver the wrong food and then be rude about it? So to recap: * Sent the wrong order. * Rude and dismissive on the phone. * Lied about distance to inflate the delivery fee. * Charged an outrageous delivery rate. * Offered zero solution.
