They had the isle to order blocked off with chairs and said they were only talking mobile orders. No sign on the door or message on the website to give a heads up. So I place an order online. While I am standing there waiting for my order, the manager tells me that they just "aren't making white rice today". What? I eventually get my food and it made me super sick. To continue, every Doordash, Ubereats, or mobile order i've gotten from them has been less than half of the bowl full. There is literally not enough food in those bowls to feed my anorexic dog. Even more, the clientele at this Chipotle is bottom tier. People go to the front and have no idea what they want to order, all while ordering everything on the side and screaming at the workers to give them more. The only reason I give this location more than 1 star is because I feel for the obviously understaffed employees (every time I go there is different workers) who sometimes can throw some rice and other crap together to make a "meal". I never write reviews on restaurants, but every single time I go here, there is somehow an issue. If you're hungry go somewhere else or go to the Fairfield location.
