Visited China Fusion for the first time. We ordered cream cheese wontons, hot & sour soup, orange chicken and mu shu chicken. The wontons were crispy and hot and had lots of flavor. The orange chicken had good flavor, was tender and juicy. My favorite was the mushu chicken. Least favorite was hot and sour soup. It had what looked like crab meat or imitation crab but it left it tasting a little fishy to us. We had one serving each and got rid of the rest. The interior was brand new and clean. Very well staffed with 7 guys working made it a quick delivery of our food. We will definitely go back but no hot and sour next time. read more

I truly don't understand how this restaurant is getting this many stars! The food is not edible! Ordered a takeout and food was cold. I live five minutes away from the restaurant and the Shrimp with lobster sauce- the vegetables were not cooked-so fresh, there was a snap to it. The sauce was also very cold- lukewarm. Fried rice had no flavor. If I have bought frozen food from Trader Joe's, it would've tasted better. If Trader Joe's makes it better, this restaurant doesn't deserve the amount of stars it has. I've been coming to China Fusion since they first opened years ago and have honestly never had a bad experience. The food is consistently fresh and so delicious. Lately I've had a thing for hot and sour soup and had a few disappointments from various places. Since the food is consistent here, I decided to give it a shot with ordering the hot and sour soup here. It was soooo flavorful and delicious. It has just the right amount of heat to it and I really loved that it was all seafood instead of pork pork and more pork that you see at most. Nothing wrong with pork... I just don't eat it, so it made life easier when your soup is delicious and you can eat and enjoy all of it. I also got the chicken lettuce wraps to bring to work the next day and it was fantastic. We got Family Dinner option B for 2 of us... it can feed for a family of 5. Lol. It came with hot and sour soup, fried sampler (Rangoon, egg rolls, fried shrimp), house chow mein, choice of entrees- we chose: Mongolian beef, house chicken, and shrimp in lobster sauce. My favorites were the house chow mein and the shrimp. It was a lot of food! We ate it over 3 days. The hot and sour soup was huge and came with shrimp and imitation crab. This is definitely worth it!! Please keep in mind this isn't fancy Chinese food. This is Chinese comfort take out, not healthy. This was my first time trying this place on 8/8/20. I found them on Yelp & looked through the menu. I love that you can order online, I just chose not to since you have to register on the site & I don't want to do that. They seem to have a lot of options. I ordered the family meal B: with steam rice, fried rice, egg drop soup, hot garlic chicken, chicken broccoli, and Mongolian beef. For apps: salt & pepper chicken & BBQ pork spare ribs. Everything was fantastic looking & colorful. At first, my bf didn't think it would be enough food for 5 people, but it sufficed. For $59, I think the price was quite fair. The inside of this place is nice & clean as well too. I saw that they had a party tray menu & I could be eating so many wings with rice! I'm always tempted to buy party trays so I don't have to plan meals or cook. For COVID-19, they are wearing masks & sanitizing their pens. I'll be back to try more food! read more

Finally!!!!! We finally have an alternative to Panda Express!! This place is soooooo good and I'm so glad it's within delivery zone because it's worth the $2 they charge, forget Uber eats and their crazy fees!! I ordered over the phone and aside from the slight language barrier, it was pretty easy and quick. I put in my order for a lunch special an Updated: 5/20/2022 I placed an order for pick up and when I got home I realized they had accidentally given me fried rice instead of all chow mein. I gave them a call and without hesitation they offered to deliver the sides of chow mein that were missing. Within 20min they were at my door, they even added some complimentary wontons and were super nice and made sure to apologize and that I was happy with my order. I will ALWAYS recommend this place!!!! House special chicken is good, but a little over fried. They use Jasmine Rice which is a huge plus, typically cheaper Chinese food restaurants use the short grain. Every time I've eaten here, the food has always been super fresh, which is a nice change of pace from the bigger chain restaurants - the staff at this location seem to take pride in actually serving their customers fresh food and being friendly...which is GREAT! The ambiance is nothing over the top, but it's nice and clean with some really cool artwork on the inside, which I think adds a cool little flair to the joint. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't have that good of an experience here. Maybe it was my bad for ordering the chicken pad Thai at a Chinese restaurant, but either way it was not good. It was way too sweet and spiced with jalipeños, which was not a good combo. My boyfriend had the wings and the fried rice. Nothing special at all about them. Fried rice didn't have much flavor and the wings were good but doesn't make up for the rest of the food. Service was good and the restaurant was clean. Maybe it was just an off day. read more

I had an Asian veggie craving (mostly for long beans), and the debate I had for days in my head was, "drive to Convoy and run around to collect ingredients, or just eat out?" I know this restaurant has a "Healthy Cuisine" section on their menu (no added starch, oil, sugar, salt, etc), so it wasn't a difficult decision. I ordered string beans with the pork and black bean sauce from the regular section and I chose beef with steamed veggies from the healthy one. Oddly, I went to wash my hands in the restroom, and my food arrived 3 minutes later... a bit quick but not unwelcome. Everything was piping hot, and the veggies in both dishes slightly overcooked. Not a big deal, but it made me wonder if they batch cook a lot there.... steaming at home takes me at least 20 minutes. I actually didn't need the sauce that was on the side; I tossed the pork over the steamed veggie dish and everything became nicely seasoned (albeit very salty). A true standout here was service- everyone was super friendly. The waiter even boxed my leftovers up for me, and included a nifty sauce container. Overall, I might come back, though I rarely eat Chinese food out (most places are just too heavy-handed with starch and sugary glazes, cheap oils and fried foods). I will admit the food was very reasonably priced, versus spending time and gas driving south. My friend from China and I enjoyed a great meal here yesterday. We both found the menu to have a nice blend of authentic and more Americanized Chinese dishes. Our favorite was #35 - the Mongolian Beef. The Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings were also an excellent appetizer (#6). The restaurant was very clean, spacious, and felt new. The service by both Jack and Hong was excellent. They made us feel welcome and offered helpful advice when we asked. Tried this place due to the glowing Yelp reviews. I had L15 the sesame chicken lunch special. It wasn't good. I suppose it's what I deserve for eating somewhere with "fusion" In their name. Way too much breading on the chicken and partly inedible. Every piece of chicken I ate (about 7) I had to spit part of out. The chow mein noodles were too thick for my liking and it underwhelmed. This food turned my stomach, and earned its place in the trash where it belongs. I had to go buy actual lunch with a stomach ache after attempting this.
