It really pains me to say this but all three dishes were not served hot and the sauces were really not heated through and the flavors were so disappointing - nothing like the Chen's we knew and loved. The veggies in the first dish were raw and hard peppers and onions and carrots and the broccoli was very raw and barely even heated in the healthy chicken dish. The shrimp were very good and the eggplant was tasty. Maybe there is a new chef or this was just an off night. Very disappointing meal, we are sorry to say.
