Nice taste without being sappy sweet or spicy hot! The chicken pieces were larger than bite size. This made it difficult to eat as I had to cut each piece into small enough pieces to eat with the rice. I found the chicken to be somewhat over cooked and slightly tough. The breading was thick and absorbed the seasoned sauce taste perfectly. The Happy Family sauce was very bland. It coated the meat and vegetables nicely keeping them moist. However it really didn't do much to accent these items. The vegetables were nicely cooked with a slight crisp. I was disappointed in the amount of meat placed in this dish. It felt like I was lucky to get more than one piece of each seafood item. These meats were cooked to expectation - moist and tender. Overall this dish was bland and didn't impress. The white rice was cooked to expectation. Slightly moist. It was easy to pick up with the entree bites. Overall, make sure you understand the product you are getting. I expected a premium product which disappointed me. I might have a different rating if I dined in and selected items that fit the "next tier" level of taste.
