However the dumplings were uncooked so still doughy. Singapore Rice Noodles Where is the curry?? Flavorless and minuscule amount of curry so it taste like eating boiled noodles. Bourbon Chicken Way too sweet and the chicken was so over cooked it was tough. Save your money and head over to Ming's Cafe. Ming's is still the best Chinese food in the area. read more

We ordered the pork fried dumplings, the pork chow mein, the mapo tofu, szechuan chicken and the egg drop soup. The pork fried dumpling and the pork chow mein easily slayed (very very good) and I would definitely go here to order those two again. The other three items were average for a Chinese place but a good addition to the chow mein and dumplings. The mapo tofu and Szechuan chicken was not spicy so you may need to ask for additional spice if that's what you prefer. Overall great experience here read more

We are new to the area and wanted to find our new "spot". After reading the reviews I figured this place could be the one. However: *The rice was bland with NO EGG. *The Egg Foo young? You know it's gonna be bad when they put the gravy on the side (which was overloaded with soy sauce) *The egg drop & wonton soup was water with little flavor. I was so unbelievably disappointed Also, I asked for the house spicy mustard & when I asked for some extra at pick up, they gave me POWDER and told me to mix it with soy sauce. We have been ordering from this Chinese restaurant for 20 years. We love the steamed dumplings - mostly because of the wonderful dipping sauce(or crack sauce as I call it). I usually get the chicken and broccoli, my husband gets the pork lo mein combo meal. Both are always wonderful. I also sometimes order the egg drop soup which is great especially when you have a cold as it is very comforting. Last night I ordered the fried shrimp with fried rice for the first time. It is listed on the menu as an appetizer but it is actually a full size meal! in the attached picture half of it is gone because we ate some before I remembered to take a picture lol at any rate, there were eight shrimp and a container of fried rice all in one and it was really good. I don't know why others have given this place a low review. Maybe the restaurant was having a bad day but as I said we have been ordering from here for 20 years and the price, the quality of the food, and the service is always good. read more

I am annoyed with this place for a few reasons... first of all, I placed my order for dinner for 3, maybe order 3 main dishes and 2 apps. I gave my card over the phone and then just waited, that was about 6:30. An hour later I call to check what is taking so long, and the man tells me it's on the way now. Okay great! Then a half hour after that I get a call asking for my card again.... I was more than confused and asked why they needed it when our food is already on the way?? So I'm then told that my card didn't work. So I give it again and then I ask where our food is, they then tell me it's just now leaving. It's now a full 1.5 hours later and no food! No the reason I can't give this place a 1 is because the food was very good!! We scarfed everything done and still had some leftover. This place looks like a dump. Seriously. But wow! I was shocked that the fast food chinese I have been looking for since I moved here 2 years ago was right down the road. We ordered at 7pm and the food was ready by 7:20. It was piping hot and plentiful. I had the szechuan beef combination plate. The egg roll was crunchy with a thing wrapper and perfectly seasoned. Their fried rice was not greasy at all and not clumpy and mushy. The main dish was spicy like I like it and I ate every bite! (USUALLY I only eat half!!) He had general tso's chicken and hot and sour soup. He was less pleased than I. The soup was a chicken. Base instead of beef and not very dark. But it tasted ok. First off, as soon as you step into the restaurant you get hit by a wall of heat and oil fumes. As you walk up to the counter you see a futon with dirty covers in the left corner. It is REALLY dirty. Someone had told me to ignore the looks of the place and judge the place by the food. I ordered vegetable spring rolls, corn soup-minus the chicken and egg, and vegetable chow mein. I got home and opened up the soup and low and behold there were big pieces of chicken floating around. Couldn't eat that. I opened up the chow mein and it was just soggy with no flavor. At last I opened up the spring rolls thinking no one can mess these babies up. SALTY, with no other flavor. I went back to the restaurant and told them what they got wrong with the order. He asked me if I wanted him to make another batch of the soup. I said yes. I waited for only 4 minutes and he gave me the new bag. I was surprised at how fast that happened, and very suspicious. I took it home and opened it. I tasted it and it was 95% chicken stock. No other flavor.
