I must say, this place gets busy real fast. It was my first time here. I have a few bones to pick with this establishment. However, I'd like to start with the positive. They open a little earlier than the posted time. That's a plus. They eventually are fully staff. The have the convenience of lash and brow services available. The number system is not followed. Things that could be better is when opening early have more than one person ready to service customers. Person who does eyelashes and brows comes in whenever she sees fit. Overall, they try to operate like a well oiled machine and I see good potential. I'd recommend this place but just make sure you come first thing in the morning bc it gets crowded and hectic. read more

I came here for individual lashes and the lash "technician" applied Lace/Wig bond glue for my cluster lashes. Here below shows my eye being closed shut & infected. The removal process was dreadful & painful, the session lasted an hour to remove the set. Thankfully the professional lash technician only charged me for the time serviced. When I went back to the salon, I asked to speak to the manager & they simply told me to speak to the lash "technician" that did the service. Lucky.. for her she wasn't there. They did not care nor apologized for the poor service. I asked for a refund or compensation from this bullshit & they refuse. There's not much I can do but leave a review.. China Nail will be given 2 stars due to my pedicure with Pho? (Not too sure if that is his name). He did a wonderful, prompt job. I usually do no give reviews until after my following service to give an accurate experience; however, the 2 missing stars is due to waiting for over a hour for my manicure. For me, it's not necessarily the waiting, it's the not giving an estimate wait time, not acknowledging me while I sat at the nail bar, or allowing another client ahead of me. Waiting without explanation does not go well with most people. I'm not sure if this is a traditional practice with this establishment but I will not find out in the future. Of course, when I got to the register to pay for the service I did receive, they magically got a technician to assist me. No, thank you. read more

The wait is long here- because they're good! Easily, the most talented, manicurists that I have been to, and I've been all over this country and world. I come here once a month and my my nails look beautiful for that long. There is a language barrier but once you get past it, it's so worth it. They are definitely still sweet, regardless. And the services are not that expensive either for what you get. This is definitely my place for as long as I'm living here. read more

They do an okay job on the manicure however i'm a fan of their pedicure but it all depends on who do them and sometimes you can catch other customers talking about who is good. To start, I've written over 200 reviews and I've only given 1 star four times in the past, so trust me on this one! If you want your nails to look even remotely nice, avoid this place at all costs. I stopped in after work to have a gel manicure. The woman that did my nails rushed through so fast it seemed like she was in some kind of competition (not kidding). With all her haste she made so many mistakes, including cutting my nails way too short down to the skin, filing them unevenly, and didn't even trim any of the cuticles until I asked her to. I had to stop her multiple times to tell her that the nails were not filed straight and to not proceed until they were. There were times where she would look over to her neighbor to talk and would make the motions as if her nail file was touching my nails when it actually wasn't touching anything! I ended up asking her to give me the file so that I could file my nails on my own. I almost thought that there was a hidden camera somewhere because the experience was so bad! When she started to apply the nail polish she kept bumping into my nails with her fingers and creating scratches. When it came time to dry them, the UV lamp kept flickering on and off and she kept telling me it would be fine. She got nail polish well beyond the boundaries of my nail which ended up drying with the UV lamp. She said she would cut those extra dried edges off and ended scratching my nails further. My nails look horrible and I am in disbelief at how this establishment is still running. read more

Been going here for almost 2 years have not had a complaint about my services yet. I go in I know what I want and who i want to do. Same person everytime. Henry is awesome, clean,neat, and fast. Also Kelly does my eyebrows AWESOME! Only small issue is communication when someone is unavailable but nothing major. I recommend them. Needed to get a gel pedi but didn't have much time. I popped my head in and saw what seemed to be a few people waiting for service, so I left. A man rushes out to my car and asks what I wanted done and promised to take care of me. Ok.....as soon as I enter the salon, I'm seated in a pedicure chair and worked on immediately. While sitting, I observed a young lady waxing brows. Yes, out in the open from an office chair. I must say though, she did such a good job on two people, I added on the service. Mind you, I am very particular with who touches my brows. Checked out my toes- not too bad either so I added a manicure. The same technician (wish I got his name) added me to the wait list for brows and gave me a manicure. Once it was time for my brows, I wasn't completely happy at first but she was able to fix them to my liking. I was in and out under an hour. If you're looking for beautiful relaxing setting - this is not it. If you're looking to get pampered and have someone who is meticulous take their time with you - go somewhere else. If you're like me- someone who just needs a good pedicure done quickly without compromising quality, china nails is your go to. I knocked one star off because of the patrons. Ooo lawd, I'm not usually a review writer but today is the day. I stop going here a long time ago because the place is always i mean always extremely packed and you are gonna be sitting for a minute before you get service. So from time to time I stop by only to get my brows done because I love how Kelly does them. Today i went to get my brows done and as usual the wait was very long. I had nothing else on my agenda so I was prepared to wait. When you come in they normally give you a number for the service. Based on my number and the number they we're currently servicing any person in their right mind would have left but I stuck it out. What made me upset was there was a person that I know for sure came after me because my number was 8 and hers was 15 but because she got another service done which was her nails she was able to go before me. So I was confused as to what was going on. So if I'm only getting brows all these ppl get to go before me even though they came after so I'm just sitting here to be skipped. After questioning the eyebrow lady who chair she sat in she looked at me like I was crazy and just ignored me and even the owner the one who sits at the first chair(the one who chases you down if you leave) also had nothing to say. I politely gave them a couple of words and walked out because at that point I was really upset. All this time I'm sitting here and it's like they didnt even care. That was the last straw for me. Hello everyone. If you'd like to get your feet done well and be treated as a valued customer STAY AWAY from this place. I went to this place about a month ago and I asked the man who did my feet to fix it because he did a poor job (nail polish got on my skin and he only covered some of my nails with polish and it needed one extra coat) instead of fixing it he handed my sister the nail polish and told her to do it.
