While I was getting my pedicure, a large brown roach crawled across the platform, I said to my nail tech: "do you think we should let the receptionist know about the visitor?" She laughed nervously and said "it's disapppeared now we will handle that when you get out of the chair." The lack of urgency and complacency was concerning to me, it signals to me that they have those large roaches often and may or may not be doing anything about it. To make matters worse I looked to their waxing room, and there was another large roach laying dead on its back. In addition to that, a health inspector walked into the salon as I was leaving. This may be routine, but it did raise additional red flags, considering the roaches. Overall, the pedicure itself is mediocre, nothing to write home about. The foot massage was great! Probably the best part of the pedicure. Joyce did great on that. After reviewing their price menu, I was surcharge an additional $10 on the $55 pedicure (making my total $65) for some inexplicable reason. Would I return or recommend this place? Not at all. The greatest irony is on the door of the salon, the logo reads: "Sanitary and safe" that should've been the first sign there for me!

I happen to be cooking yesterday and I used a little turmeric so I had a little turmeric stain on my nail and he said that that was the reason the nail polish came off. I apologize but she didn't answer and she keep on talking about me in Chinese with another Chinese person. Then she start talking about my food saying that oh you haven't done your foot in a long time oh maybe a year or so. I thought that was very unprofessional to say that to a customer.
