We went here an hour before closing on a Friday night. The place was empty which worried me a little but we were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. I got sesame chicken and it was crispy, flavorful and enough to share. My husband got Mongolian beef and it was also delicious. We appreciated the vegetarian options they had for our friends and were happy to find a place that was good, delicious, and reasonably priced. This is the very worst food and customer service I have ever experienced! When I received the order I noticed an odd uninviting smell. I opened the take out of pork pad thai and ook one bite and the food was terrible. I contacted the restraunt told them about the meal and offered to bring it back to get a refund. Went here on 3/22/23 was informed they no longer offer sitdown meals , it`s to go only so sit in your car and wait --- And I think I know why ! ---- the food is ABSOLUTLY AWFUL !!!! -- Both the fried rice ( mine ) and my Wifes steamed rice actually smelled of DIRTY DISH WATER and was so hard and dry as to be inedible , I got `` Thai Basil Combo`` --- Really ? rubber veggies , almost NO meats and what little there was was overcooked and horribly chewy and about the sauce ? ---- HORRIBLE STUFF !!! --- tasted like thickened cheap soy sauce with some extra added salt and nothing else . First time trying China Rice and it was so good! Ordered take out. I got the szechuan chicken and crab cheese wontons. My husband got the kung pao chicken and the egg rolls. Stopped in today for the first time. I ordered Egg Drop Soup and Sesame Chicken. The Egg Drop Soup was oily. It was not something good. But, I decided to wait for the Sesame Chicken before I made up my mind. The Sesame Chicken arrived with a bowl of steamed rice. There was no plate to put the rice and chicken onto. I guess you are expected to eat them separately. Before I ordered, I asked if the Sesame Chicken was crisp. He said yes. I ordered it spicy. The Sesame Chicken I received was not spicy at all. No peppers. It was also very dry and soggy. It was obviously made previously and them warmed in the microwave. Very disappointing. I will not return. To top if off, when I got up to pay, and my plate was still full, I was not asked if everything was OK or how it was. The highlight was that the cook got the veg in our 4 dishes PERFECT. No underdone cabbage, no overdone onion. It showed real skill. Very kid friendly. The owners kid was happy assembling a Star Wars Lego set quietly at a corner table. On another note, the server kept refilling our water by taking it to the kitchen??? Maybe their pitcher broke?
