We ordered delivery to our hotel room. The wonton soups and bbq spare ribs were delicious. The ribs were big and full of meat, not dried out either. They were very flavorful too. We also ordered chicken with mixed vegetables. I didn't have any of that, but my partner said the vegetables were good but the chicken tasted off for some reason. Had delivery. They delivered onto Fort Benning. They said 1 hour, but took less time. I ordered House Special Chow Mein, and specified fried noodles. They said it also came with fried rice. Food tasted fine, but it was missing something. The Chow Mein had all the meats (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp), vegetables (cabbage, onion, celery, etc.), but there were no noodles. I was hungry, so I ate the stir-fry with rice. It tasted good, but who ever heard of Chow Mein with no noodles? read more

My shrimp and lobster sauce was nothing more than six shrimp in a clear gel. No vegetables included whatsoever. So to pay nine dollars + for 6 shrimp and fried rice is way overpriced. My wife had sesame chicken which looked really good and it was plentiful. She said it tasted very good. read more

China star delivered on time today and I was hungry. I ordered the sesame chicken and large egg drop soup and it was great. It was delivered in a tough paper bag that had a 'custom' cardboard piece cut for the bottom the food was so hot I couldn't take it out. The chicken is good quality and the sauce it heavy on my dish. I ordered fried rice with it so the dish was complete for me. The told me 40 minutes on the phone and it was actually here in 25 minutes. I have ordered from here before and will continue to do so! This is perfectly decent cheap Chinese food. I ordered delivery from the Holiday Inn and had Mongolian Beef, pork fried rice, egg roll, and crab Rangoon with a can of soda. Not bad for $14. There wasn't anything special about it, but everything was just good solid tasty regular Chinese food. If I wanted Chinese and didn't want to go out, I would order from them again. read more

We've tried several "Chinese" restaurants in the Columbus, GA area yet and were very disappointed. We reluctantly ordered delivery from this restaurant and it's the best we've found yet. We ordered the sesame chicken, General Tso's chicken, chicken lo mein for the kids, mixed vegetables, egg rolls, and crab rangoon (that was actually generously stuffed with filling!) We were very pleased and will be ordering from there again. And, they deliver on Fort Benning - delivery was timely - added bonus! read more

Food is good, called for delivery at 850pm received it at 925 still hot. Great service. $25 min for phenix city but worth it.

For Chinese delivery it is a great choice! Food arrived nice and hot with large portions all at a reasonable price. We were told delivery would take 45 minutes but it arrived in 30 minutes :) only downfall was that they forgot my sauce for my dumplings but they were stuffed with meat great appetizer. Give it a try if you are looking for a better Chinese delivery food around the Columbus area. read more

For being a hole in the wall this place was surprisingly good. Food was hot and priced well.

NO-JUST DONT DO IT. Out of the Chinese places around this has been the least worst so they don't deliver for under $25 to benning so I ordered crabrangoon which was so chewy and stale I threw it away immediately but the other food was ok. This is my second time ordering from them, they said it would be an hour, so at an hour and half I called asked where my food was, she said he's on the way and give him 5 mins. 20 minutes later I called back and she said she called the driver and he was stuck at the gate which I know is a lie since my wife was at the gate coming home and hoping for food. So I called back and told her I wanted my money, she told me I would have to come pick it up from them, as I was on the phone the driver shows up, My family is starving so I just took the food. Crab Rangoon was trash as usual, food was cold, they delivery guy was like "pretty busy at benning tonight" like wtf not even an apology, I will never ever eat here again, I would rather just crack open some can of beans that's been wasting away in my pantry before I give this place 1 more dollar and just get lied to by the chick on the phone. Some of the best Chinese food I have had since arriving in Columbus. It's a typical carry out Chines Restaurant. The food is good, We normally order Crab Rangoon; they don't skimp on the filling, Chicken lo mien, pork fried rice, chicken and broccoli or rice noodles with Shrimp. Honestly it's pretty sub-par Chinese food...it's gloopy and there's way too much sauce in everything. The noodles were mushy. Maybe I've just been spoiled with good Chinese food on the west coast, but this was pretty bad. read more
