What can I say, it is a buffet that goes to the masses. Pictures seem up to date. It has been a long time since I ate here, never at this building, so more of a nostalgic for me to try them out in this building. The service was nice and friendly, staff roaming to grab up plates and clear the tables. The space is roomy, easily fit a large party. The noodle bar and sushi was excellent, probably the best part of the food. The rest of the food was mushy or tough from sitting out. Yes we ate there at dinner, the prices were a bit high for me for the size of the restaurant and options. My husband wanted to try it, he's obsessed with finding the perfect one ‍. I went in cautiously optimistic that I might be safe with some simple fried rice and steamed veggies and I could avoid an allergic reaction, since the place had no vibrant smell. The fried rice was almost cold, flavorless, the veggies were hard. I tried a second plate with a small scoop of fried rice and asked if they'd make some at the hibachi table for me. Walking back from the hibachi corner I saw a shrimp in the chicken bucket and gave up on eating, and couldn't find a staff member to alert to the issue. Before grabbing my purse to leave, we saw small kids, unattended, filling their plates with their hands; again not seeing staff to alert to the issue. Staff was difficult to find to alert to these things and there was no remedying this experience. We settled things at the counter and left. On our way to get fast food before home, I started to have a minor allergic reaction and had to stop by the pharmacy for liquid Benadryl. At least date night didn't end in food poisoning or an ER visit. read more

Service is horrible. I ordered an Uber pickup today, and the lady that was doing the cashiering was speaking Chinese with an earpiece the whole time and didn't give any respectable eye contact or say anything to me. My order wasn't ready until about 30 minutes after Uber said that it was ready. It made me lose my appetite. I said thank you when I finally got my order but that lady continued to be so rude. I have been here 3 times and I have to say that there is a lot of variety, which is why I come here. There always seems to be plenty of choices and they are very tasty. It's a buffet so there is not a lot of table service but they seem to get the plates as they stack up. While the food choices are good, I see one opportunity where the food could be warmer. I've noticed that some items are barely warm and that is. Concern for me. Thankfully I've never been sick or felt ill so it is probably just me being used to off the grill/stove to table temperatures. Over all the value is good and selection abundant. They have a huge selection of tasty food, sushi which I didn't try but the wife did and she enjoyed it and more food than I could try. Service was good and the place seemed to be clean although they were about four or five forks under the table. No idea what that was about but interesting. It's a buffet so you can't expect miracles or high levels of spice. Service for a buffet is great. They rotate the food out often enough to keep things fairly fresh. May be a misprint online or only given if you ask for it to be free,which is something I would never do. But plenty of wonderful choices and most were Absolutely perfect,as well as affordable, well beyond any other dining choice in 2024. The beef( broccoli beef,and Mongolian beef) we both thought was delicious but it seemed to be pork. Food selection and taste/quality was great, but what brings this review down is due to bad service. Waitress forgot drinks for some of my party members including mine who paid for the party of 13. My son asked twice for his Sprite and the brain dead waitress forgot (younger girl always wearing a headphone in her ear), that we stopped at the closest gas station because he was so thirsty. We went here tonight (Wednesday) and had a really solid experience. Really good service from the young Latino man on the floor. Warm, flavorful food. Their appetizer game is strong. The four different main dishes I tried each had their own unique flavor and were nice and warm. I had some fruit for dessert and a soft serve ice cream cone on the way out. Once you learn not to try their sad excuse for sushi, or even the dim sum, it's easy to find really pleasing food here. It's mostly very basic Chinese American, could be spicier but it's fine, is NOT greasy so not fair to call it a greasy chopstick. We were given a friendly greeting right as we walked in by the hostess and directed to a booth. We went for the buffet and found that there were more choices than we had appetites to try them! Everything that we sampled was delicious, from the hot & sour soup to the many choices of meats and fish to rice and noodles and saucy entrees. They even have a nice selection of sweets to finish off a good meal. The facility is clean and well maintained and the decorations added to the ambiance of an Asian restaurant. We stopped by for a quick lunch and was very pleasantly surprised!! We jumped right into the beef broccoli, honey walnut shrimp, fried rice, potsticker, and egg drop soup. Went back for more and got the chicken teriyaki, calamari, clams, and sweet and sour chicken. Didn't have any room for sushi but it didn't look like we were missing out on anything.
